This place Needs to change its hours that it has registered with Google,because me and my bf have gone to this particular Carl's Jr twice now, once a little over a year ago, because Google took us here, when we looked up 24 hr. Carl's Jr,But they are Not 24 hours, they weren't a little over a year ago and they still aren't 24 Hours, consumer beware this Carl's Jr is ONLY OPEN FROM 7am To 11pm!! I am going to suggest an edit to Google Maps,But until they get around to updating the hours of Operation for this restaurant, Don't be Fooled!! They close at 11pm,*** NOT A 24hr CARLS Jr***

The drive through has an ai bot that sucks but the staff can take over and make corrections and they are great. The food is overpriced and mediocre. I probably won't be going back if I can help it.

No ranch for zucchini, no dipping sauce for chicken tenders, if paying with cash you have to have the exact amount Fast forward to today....because it's clearly my fault for going back....I get French toast sticks. No syrup. One box had 4. One had 5. I paid for five and syrup. After I ordered I was told to wait in the parking lot. I did. But after 5 min. Had to get my food myself. There was no one behind me...why couldn't I just wait in the drive thru for my food. There are way better Carl's Jr restaurants to get food from. Corners are being cut for no reason...at customer expense. Today is 2/28/25. Zero stars for not putting syrup in the bag of French toast. I was the only customer. Way overpaid if these jokes are making 20 bucks an hour....

I've been here about 8 times. Food is standardized, so nothing to mention. Orders are consistently wrong, from forgetting the drink twice (one time I had realized when I already hit the freeway), or mixing up orders completely. Every time the issue was corrected, the staff was incredibly nice and I seriously felt for them. It's painfully obvious they're short staffed. All the employees here have been incredibly lovely to speak with, to include the managers that are hustling alongside the staff.

This spot made me not like carls jr anymore. I will no longer be eating here. They cannot take an order and follow it. The milk shake was water and scooped when they first opend. They store them in a fridge till someone orders it. Will add pickles when asked not to

How do we justify paying these workers $20 a hr for a entry level position that they can never get orders correct? I ordered a burger meal and got a chicken sandwich…. It’s really frustrating when you’re expecting one thing and get a completely different type of food.

Spent nearly $20 on El Diablo burger on mobile app and was given a teriyaki burger? You can’t put in an issue with an order in the app, and if you try to call, it asks for a PIN number and hangs up. Poor service and even worse at making up for it.

I ordered today with California burger meal , I got cold, saggy fries and burger. I do not recommend this place. Was delivered today by DoorDash at 4 pm. To the owner of Carls Jr, I wish a full refund

The new voice orders system sucks!! I order 2 Double Big Carl's. There was one car in front of me an no one behind. They had the car I front wait in the front of the store so that I could pay. Once there a car behind me they had me wait in the of the store for my food. Once I got my food the burgers were cold and that patties had been sitting for awhile. So cold the cheese is not even melted. The beneficiary of these burgers will be my dogs. They will eat anything.

I’m constantly having issues here. Wether my fries are barely cooked, or my order is completely messed up an I have to park an go back inside. Let’s start with the sides, I love the fries an poppers. What I don’t like is when my fries are “cooked” (warm but inside still needs more time) an barely have salt on them. Drinks, hit or miss on coke. Poppers are amazing! Only the manager only orders 1 box of house dressing (BEST SAUCE FOR POPPERS) an barely gives any when you ask. I’ve gotten sick from the spicy chickens before here, an the burgers can potentially be given not served fresh. My biggest issue is coming in to the store today an there being an online only item the 4.20 for (small fries, poppers an onion rings deal) well I literally had to show my bank statement an the fact they actually charged me for the item an they had to call the owner to get approval….. I showed you my bank statement why do you need to call the owner. I’ve never had problems with the worker KAT she’s absolutely fantastic and always helps me but this manager who’s smaller an is always there it seems like is very rude an has no customer service at all. Thankfully they gave me the stuff (barely cooked besides the poppers) but had the owner said no I would have been charged 4.20 for items I didn’t receive. Also if you use a discount or anything to not pay full price I’ve never had fresh food or hot food (even when I’m alone!) doing so. It’s just all around a hit or miss store an KAT doesn’t deserve the management she has.
