Chick-fil-A on Cortez Blvd is ALWAYS OUTSTANDING! Team Members are welcoming, efficient, and very helpful! The food is prepared exactly the way you requested, it's hot, and always delicious. The restaurant is clean and spotless, no matter how busy they are, the tables are quickly cleaned off when someone leaves.

I just picked up my breakfast order for a monthly sales meeting we have at our office. And the pick up process was very pleasant. I walked in and someone asked me right away if I needed assistance. She was happy to help. And then I had 3 other ppl ask me if I needed help while I was standing there. They brought everything out to my car for me. Everything was made on time and very hot. The meeting went well and everyone was so happy and full. It was a great experience and I will definitely be ordering again for another event.

I'm finally here. Watching a viral video that's not in Korea, I've always wanted to go there, but I went today. I ordered a spicy Durex, and the chicken patty was fantastic with the right spicy taste. Also, the staff at the drive-thru was so nice. I want to eat it again before I leave. ♡

2023 - now they will let me order an x-ray on my burrito. I don't know why they had the probation for over a year this was very disappointing. But at least now they have corrected their mistake 2022 - I've been going to this Chick-fil-A Almost every weekend for breakfast for 2 years I always order burrito with extra egg. Today when I went I was told I can no longer have extra eggs put on the burrito. This was a policy for management. I called the corporate customer service number and was told each restaurant can make their own decisions.This is very disappointing.I guess I will need to have breakfast with the Burger King from now on. This way I can get it my way 2022 - went today and everything was good I enjoyed my breakfast 2022 - I had the strangest experience here last Saturday. I wanted to order a breakfast and substitute bacon for sausage. I was told by the manager I could not do that. This was because they did not have nutritional values for that combination and could not be responsible for food allergies. Chick‑fil‑A is clearly still doing something right—you can tell by the never‑ending line of cars wrapped around the building from the moment they open until the moment they shut the lights off. The place runs like a well‑oiled chicken‑sandwich machine, and the food is still consistently good. That said, I’m one of those people who still mourns the older menu items. The spicy chicken and the coleslaw were literally the two things I went there for, and losing both feels a little like losing childhood friends. Sure, the current menu is solid, but those classics were my go‑to order every time. So yes, Chick‑fil‑A is still good—clearly the crowds agree—but I can’t help wishing they’d bring back a couple of the items that made me fall in love with the place in the first place.

Great food but I think the waiter was pulling a fast one on us when we made the order. If you're gonna eat here, be aware of what you order and check you items before you leave that drive-through... Best of luck 🤞🍀

Some days are better than other's. Breakfast is always good. Chic biscuit. Hash browns can be a little greasy. Frosty .. lemonad ! The bomb! Chicken salad is good to breakup the chicken sandwich routine! . A busy place and sometimes orders get missed. Not alot. But it happens.. Polite staff and always clean!

Awesomeness with a touch of Brilliance in every order! Thank you so much! Unfortunately, I lost the battle in eating the Spicy Chicken. The cutest puppy we are dog sitting for out smarted me and ate the filet and left the pickle & waffle fries. How can you get mad with those puppy eye's?!?! Fries were great! I’ve had some recent issues with my orders and found out that they screen and block their calls, so if you have any issue you can’t contact them. You have to drive all the way back to the store to tell them there was an issue . I would think they would want to know right away when there is hair found in their food. Normally they have always been good.

My husband got the grilled chicken nuggets. They were tiny. Some were not much bigger than a quarter. Way overpriced for quantity and quality!

3pm on a random Saturday is good for business. Hospitality and staff was great. Good food that came out in a timely manner etc. but something needs to be done about the play area rules being enforced. Some family lazily allowed their children to roam, romp and literally shriek so that me and my 2 1/2 year old’s experience was ruined. Three children, a girl with blonde hair and ripped jeans who looked to be far too old and big for this little play place, and two boys (they were all clearly related) that also looked too big for the play place were screaming in other kids faces. Unprompted. This is unacceptable. As a Dad of two I understand that children can be difficult to manage. But also as a Dad of two I understand that you can’t just allow your children to take over a play place and bully other kids. They screamed in the face of another small child and my daughter in order to intimidate from getting on the slide. If the parents of these kids, who are obviously not paying any attention to them are going render themselves as obsolete and not watch their children while they are in a SMALL play place for SMALL children, then there needs to be an attendant. My daughter did nothing wrong but was screamed at by the kids of this lazy, sloppy family. For context, this was TODAY 11/22/25 between 3-4pm. I am putting this out there as a warning to other parents to not bring your small children to play in this play place unless it is empty. By the way, i asked the cluster of families in the main dining area if the kids belonged to them and none of them would say anything. At all. So this is why u feel the need to do this so publicly. I hope that this causes enough of a change in policy so that at least these lazy parents have some shame because it is unacceptable with everything going on in this world that ANYONE should have do deal with this type of classless stupidity. Small children should NEVER be treated like this. And now, I’m going to do everything i can to make sure that people like this are called pur

This store was rebuilt year or two ago and it’s alway busy. I stop going to chick fli a when they changed there chicken and bugs to chemical filled poison for humans…. Did you know how many ingredients are in the chicken sandwich??? Check yourself and be shocked like I was. Also the salads are ok I used to get them few times a week before the change 2 or so years ago in the food.

So I hadn't been to Chick-fil-A in a very long time decided to get some breakfast there this morning. Now I remember why I don't go there. They used to have a lot better food on their menu like biscuits and gravy but that's been gone for quite a while. But now you get bacon egg and cheese biscuit with cold cheese. Very poor quality sandwich for high quality price. Not worth the money in my opinion.

Don't waste your time/money. Two weekends in a row they have got my order wrong. Seems the only requirement for there employees is incompetence.

On Thursday, January 15, 2026 at approximately 8:48 PM Eastern Time, this Chick-fil-A location caused damage to the interior door panel of my vehicle. While my order was being delivered to my car, a Chick-fil-A employee reached into my vehicle to hand me the drinks while I was turned placing the food on the other seat. When I turned back, the drinks had been placed inside my personal space and spilled onto the inside of my car. Chick-fil-A employees should not be reaching into customers’ vehicles. I will be requesting contact from Mr. Mitten so this situation can be resolved. Report Number: CARE0932773

Ordering breakfast for multiple people at 1025 was a mistake. By the time I got to restaurant and got a pickup spot it was 1038. I got a receipt notification with only my tea. Thinking it was a glitch I waited in my car... nothing. I finally go inside and wait even longer for someone to acknowledge me so I can find out where my order is as I watch multiple employees touching my tea and sliding it back and forth on the counter out of their way instead of taking it to my car. I finally get someone's attention who ask the supervisor about my order where I was told because I didnt park until 10:38 my order was canceled. I was already waiting 20 minutes for my order but what really aggravated me was that fact that if my tea was brought to me at my car at 10:38 maybe a conversation would of been had about my missing order when I had time to make a new order instead of after I waited, then walked inside for a curbside order, then waited for someone... anyone to acknowledge me to find out not only was it canceled but that I no longer had time to get food for the group of people as I ran out with my tea that even that I had to ask to be given to me. This was NOT MY PLEASURE!

Before today, I didn’t know it was possible to have a bad experience at Chic- fila-A I ordered my usual 12 ct nugget and asked if I could order an egg that the Cobb salad comes with . I wasn’t sure, If that was something they could do, but the young lady said yes and I was charged for the eggs. When I got to the pickup line, I was told that I would need to be refunded or I could choose another item because they couldn’t sell me the eggs due to them being a side item. I said , no problem and the young lady offered me kale , I agreed… However the manager Steve, refused and told her to inform me that I have no other option than to receive a refund. I was initially told the eggs were only .75 cents, so I told them to keep it. This is just a ridiculously petty situation that I honestly couldn’t believe I had to jump through so many hoops. After finding my receipt I was actually charged 2.80 for the eggs I never received. I hope Steve will personally benefit from eggs, the side of kale he didn’t want to replace it with and also the $2.80 I paid for nothing. God bless !

Jan 2024 update. Was at a two star, downgrading to a 1. Ordered in the mobile app. Got home and found a chicken biscuit was missing from the bag. Drove back (approx. 20min each way) with the bag and my burrito and hash browns unopened in the bag (didn't want to eat without the wife). Very nicely explained that the first item in the ticket was missing from the bag. Now keep in mind the food in the bag has now sat there for 40min. They come back with another bag with the chicken biscuit and a small hash brown order for my (inconvenience). Our order already had hash browns (large), which in my opinion should have been remade now that they're cold and soggy. So I'm sent on my way to eat my (by time i arrive at home) hour old burrito. Another suprise presents itself, not only was my burrito cold.....it's made wrong. (See pics attached of ticket and the food). I ordered a spicy chicken burrito and was given a sausage burrito. Now I understand mistakes happen, however had my order been remade I may have got the correct burrito. Having the food missing was a mistake, everything after was horrid customer service. Deleted the app, will not be back. See my older review below, this is not the first time Drive through design is terrible. Food quality is on par with any other chick fila, so good food. Was given no french fries in all 3 meals ordered. Called in and was at first told to re enter the line (which takes 20 minutes to get through) not acceptable service at all and not what i expect from chick fila. Ended up going inside once arriving back at location as line was wrapped around the building. Also when i arrived home and took everything out my avocado ranch sauce wasn't in the bag. Check your order before driving off at this location as you may not get what you paid for.
