The food is consistently good. Dine in or take out, I’ve never had many problems. Staff is always friendly in my experience. Tonight we had chicken finger sub, chicken, beef tacos and fries. Everyone was happy with the food. No complaints as usual.

Best pizza in town HANDS DOWN I visited springville a little while back and while there I had the pleasure enjoying Tim and Bonnie’s pizza and wings. I have never had a more flavorful and delicious pizza in my life. I’m from Florida so it’s definitely no joke that NY water has an effect on the dough. And the wings were to die for. Perfectly cooked and the sauce was amazing. I would fly up just to get lunch here in a heart beat. Highly recommend if you’re in the area‼️

Food was so delicious! I had a steak deluxe minus peppers, my husband had a spinach steak, free refills on pop! And the onion petals were hot and tasted great and fresh.

Awesome pizza! Nice thick crust, excellently cheesed! I'm a truck driver and stopped into Lowe's for a morning delivery. I found my new dinner spot when I come up here to Springville. Delivery driver was very nice and courteous, overall great experience. Thanks guys!

I was having a hard time deciding on lunch and remembered that Tim & Bonnie's had a "Sub of the Month" lunch special! I got their ham sub with provolone and american cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and mayo....I also added banana peppers and jalapeños but only because I'm a spice lover! Omgoodness can I just say how amaaaaazing this sub was???! So delicious and so fresh...and did I mention fast???!

Placed an order for a couple of subs, one was a turkey club. The turkey club had 1 single layer of turkey. I thought maybe it was a mistake, so I brought it to their attention and I was told that is what you get for a turkey club sub. Really, 1 single layer of turkey and 2 slices of bacon??? Also, the subs were sitting up front, no one brought them out, I had to go up and get them myself. Not sure I’ll be going back.

Driving in for buffalo to generous pennsylvania, we stopped at this place.And I was quite disappointed, had a calzone, but it was undercooked, and it was quite expensive

We have been going to Tim and Bonnie pizza for over 4 years tonight 2/19 /26 was the worst pizza and wings we got,the wings where over cooked and pizza was burnt hopefully this was just a one time oops

I normally leave excellent reviews for Tim and Bonnie’s - except this time. We come weekly for their sub of the month specials - we order a whole sub and split it. This time we ordered and received a mini sub cut in half. We told the waitress upon receiving the food of them mistake- she talked to the manager and had to take the 1/2 mini’s back and agreed to make us the correct whole sub that we could split - she then proceeded to tell us that we had to pay $1.42 for the difference… are you kidding- they made the mistake and we have to sit another 20 minutes waiting for our correct order and they have the nerve to charge us $1.42. Also very small amount of meat for the Steak Deluxe. Extremely poor customer service- I would have never expected that…

Ordered over $60 worth of food tonight, and while eating our pizza, my wife found what appeared to be a brush bristle in her pizza, in the sauce between the crust and the cheese. Needless to say she was done, we took it out and got pictures (see below). I called and they said the only option available to me was to have them remake the pizza, which I declined and requested a refund for the cost of the pizza. I was then informed that that couldn't happen until tomorrow (1/8) and that there was nothing they could do. I asked again and was informed that the only option was to remake it and I would have to go pick it up. When I said that I won't be returning to that establishment and would like a refund, they rudely refused and then hung up. I called back and asked to know the name of the person I was talking to (because they never identified themselves when they answered the phone the first time), they told me I didn't need to know it and they hung up again. I took the time that would have been spent eating dinner with my family filing a complaint with the health department.

If i could leave a zero star review, I would. The head manager, believe her name is Mary, was extremely rude to my girlfriend and I. She refused to let us order our steak subs the way we wanted them!!!! Then continued to mock my girlfriend for working at blasdell pizza! We get out subs and to my surprise... They we're terrible! I ordered provolone cheese, it was white American because she told me she's not putting provolone on it for me. Refused to let us order it with mayo on it too!!! I am never, ever going there again. Absolutely disappointed and offended. This picture explains it all.
