I haven’t been to Outback in quite a while, but chose to dine here with a couple friends tonight. Our server Christian Rios went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. He suggested the new platypus punch which was a fantastic new drink. Christian took great care of our table throughout the night to ensure we had a great evening. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Had a yummy lunch yesterday and our server Kyla was great. Best service I had in a long time. Got our free bloomin onion with our dine in rewards, and got 20 percent off for Memorial Day being a veteran! Got the garlic Parmesan chicken, shrimp and chicken pasta, mom got Alice springs chicken, and we got strawberry lemonade!

This was the most pleasant restaurant dinner we've had in some time. The service was top notch!! The food was excellent. I will add our blooming onion wasn't so good. Half of the onion was not attached, and in a million pieces. I believe that's what made it taste icky. Maybe overcooked is the word I'm looking for. The other half was very good. Our meals were delightful. Meghan is an excellent server!! Actually every single person who worked there that night was smiling and seemed to love their job. Unlike other places we've been. We have found our new "spot". They didn't have Pepsi but they did have a very good kiwi strawberry lemonade. We highly recommend eating here. Maybe even request Meghan as your server.

This was the first Outback I have ever been to where my steak was ruined by the cook. I asked for a medium-rare bone in ribeye and I received a steak that was well done. The server offered to give me a new steak, but it had good flavor and I was hungry so I ate it. I hate to return food, get it right the first time.

I was pleasantly surprised by Outback’s Veterans Day menu selection. The three-course option worked out very well for me, and everything was tasty. Thank you, Outback, for appreciating your veterans — including myself. It truly meant a lot.

Outback normally has good service, which it did today. The atmosphere varies from outback to outback, this one in my opinion a little nicer than some others although not the nicest one I ever been to as that still remains with the downtown Birmingham, AL location. The chili was only like warm today, but that peppery spice flavor still shines through. The ribeye was cooked perfectly on the char grill and the potato, a perfect compliment with that salty skin. Just the standard overall good experience from this restaurant chain.

Fast service, the food was good (not amazing, not bad) just the beef was a little burnt for a medium cooked, and they forgot to bring one of the ordered items, but after we claimed it they expressed their apologies and even the cook came to our table. Not the best meal, bit they made up for the issues with good service. Found plenty of parking spaces and tables were available immediately.

This Outback is dead on a Thursday night I'd say maybe 30% full, if you go one block down Carrabba's Italian Grill is packed. This place has very few happy hour for drinks and no happy hour for food. At 6:00 this place is just dead. The first time I came here the ribeye came out cooked great at medium rare. today I ordered medium rare on the same steak and it came out almost medium well. Not even close.The bartender asked for like another one, I said no I'll eat it I wasn't interested in wwaiting round. I wasn't discounted anything on the failed steak, that's where the service failed. I should have had a 50% off since the steak was a Del Monte ribeye and I got nothing except the over done steak

We came with a large group and the experience was a bit chaotic. Our food didn’t come out at the same time, which made it difficult for everyone to enjoy their meal together. There was also some confusion with the check at the end. I think they could improve by having more than one server assigned to large parties to help things run more smoothly. I ordered TUESDAY got home, and the order didnt have the sirloin that came on the order. I called the restaurant and the manager said I could come get another order; they would maje it right. I went back today to get the correct order, got home it was a burnt steak, no toppings for the bake potato which I ordered all the toppings. The chicken was dry- it was overcooked. I didnt even bother to call the restaurant. Forget this place! I was totally disappointed!

This place has changed. Used to be 4 star but food quality has gone way downhill. Both steak and shrimp WAY overseasoned. To the point of being not edible. For the amount you spend there are way better options.

Recently, I decided to try every Outback in Tampa. This one by far, is the worst. Food comes out half cold half hot. My prime rib was room temperature while my sweet potato almost burnt my mouth. (Clearly microwaved ). Waitress did all she could but unfortunately the kitchen staff here is really really poor. I hope a manager can hop back there and see what’s going on because this was embarrassing. I love Outback, not this one.

We waited about 15 minutes to be seated after joining the waitlist, which wasn’t bad. Drinks were great and the Bloomin’ Onion came out fast and was absolutely bomb. Then we waited a full hour for our food, timed from when we got the text that our table was ready, only for the entrees and sides to come out cold. Not even warm. Cold. They were running a Veterans Day special and clearly didn’t have enough staff for the crowd that came in. The server and manager were both great. They offered to remake our meals right away and got them out hot and fresh the second time. The remade entrees tasted great and they also gave a generous discount, handling everything with kindness and professionalism even while dealing with a lot of frustrated guests. My praise goes to the team working that tonight. My disappointment is with corporate for not preparing their locations for such a big promotion. The staff did their best and deserved way more support.
