Angelina's was everything & more than expected. All of the Staff went above & beyond to make my Daughter's sweet 16 dinner a great memorable experience. The owner Angelina greeted us like family always making sure that what ever we needed was taken care of. Thanks again for a wonderful time.

Fabulous all around! The Staff was extra friendly and went out of their way to make our anniversary so special! We even had a flat coming to the restaurant and feared to lose our reservation. When I called to let the hostess know, there was so much compassion and concern in her voice as well as a reassurance that there was no problem. When we arrived, she asked us how we were and had such heartfelt concern for our situation. That was so very kind and it eased our mind to just enjoy our dinner. Our waitress was equally pleasant and heartfelt. What service! In addition to our experience, we were presented with a surprise treat for our anniversary : to receive champagne with a strawberry in the flute as well as the anniversary gelato served on a special platter. We were made to feel so special at the restaurant! Highly recommended for a special occasion or just to experience excellent food and service! Thank you so much!! 😊

The restaurant has changed its menu, which is reduced, and there is not a good variety of dishes. The taste of their dishes has also changed it is not as good as it used to be. The service is not as good as it used to be. The waitress is rushing you, and the busboy takes the dishes before you are done eating without asking. Very rude. To order the main course, we had to call the waitress to the table because he didn't approach us after we finished the appetizer. We were disappointed and went there to celebrate a birthday.

My friends and I dined at Angelina’s Ristorante on Christmas Eve and the experience was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks to the incredible manager. From the moment we arrived, he went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. He checked in on us multiple times throughout the evening, ensuring we had everything we needed and that our experience was perfect. His kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care truly stood out and made us feel so special. The live singer, was absolutely incredible! The music created such a fun and festive atmosphere that we couldn't resist singing along the whole night. It was such a joyful experience that felt like a celebration from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, and the festive ambiance was magical, but it was the manager’s thoughtful touch that made our Christmas night unforgettable.

I had the most AMAZING and unexpected experience last night at Angelina's. A dear friend is having one of the most difficult times she will ever experience in life. We were in Staten Island and someone recommended to her that we HAVE to eat an Angelina's. What an understatement!!!! If it was only the case that the meal was EXTRAORDINARY...that would have made our night. But...it only got better. Angelina herself is a BLESSING!!!! Her hospitality is second to none. The pure warmth and JOY she creates in this lovely place leaves me speechless. Then...Arlette on vocals...WHAT??!!! She is as gifted and beautiful inside and out. We didn't just sing...we had a full on party! To see my dear friend laugh and feel that kind of joy...priceless. From the Valets....to our wonderful server, Ida 🥰...Felix the Facilitator of Fun...and all our new friends who made last night magical...thank you!!! Had a wedding party Saturday 10/5 that was incredible. All the food was perfect, and I’ve been to many different venues for parties but have never experienced service like this before. From the time we started planning our party with them till the end of the night they made the whole experience so easy and pleasant. I fully recommend Angelina’s.

I was born, grew up and attended grammar school at St. Thomas Aquinas in South Brooklyn - now part of Park Slope as of the 1970’s. I moved to Los Angeles in 1980 for work, but I always come back to NY regularly to visit family and friends for all kinds of occasions. One such time was in the summer of 2022 when my sister and I took six friends and their wives to dinner at Angelina’s Ristorante. I had never been there before, but all of my family and friends highly recommended Angelina’s and I am so glad that they did. We had a wonderful evening. The food was excellent and the service was exceptional. So, when I decided to put a reunion together for my St. Thomas Aquinas classmates on September 14, 2024, I suggested that we have it at Angelina’s. Some of my classmates live in Staten Island and were very happy that we choose Angelina’s. The rest of us came in from Colorado, Chicago, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Long Island, Westchester County, Brooklyn and Los Angeles. All and all there were twenty of us. We had a wonderful evening and we all agreed that we will be doing it again next year at Angelina’s This is a very special thank you to everyone who made our evening a Night to Remember. As a wedding officiant, I've had the privilege of witnessing love stories unfold in many beautiful settings, but recently I had the distinct pleasure of officiating at this truly enchanting venue. Angelina's Restaurant offered a perfect blend of elegance and had a breathtaking outdoor space right on the water!

Probably one of the best Italian restaurants in staten island. Really cool beach location that is perfect for summer. The table side service was very well done and the atmosphere was romantic but casual. It's on the pricey side but totally worth it.

Probably the nicest restaurant on Staten Island. Great Italian food. Great service. Great atmosphere. The meal started with some cocktails at the bar. Moved to the outdoor dining area, they have a beautiful view of the bay. For the appetizer raw oysters, raw clams, fried zucchini flowers; dinner was the squid ink pasta with frutta di mare (my GF), and the pasta with broccoli rabe pesto, paired with a big red wine; dessert was torta ciocolatta, tiramisu, and espressos.

It is an amazing place for any occasion. The concept of the place, the food, view, and the venue alone would have been enough for a 5 star rating on their own. Adding the fantastic team to that made it an amazing experience.

Was treated like a queen when I arrived. From the minute I walked in and was received by the beautiful and super friendly hostess to the amazing waiters who were so attentive. It was a true dining pleasure to eat at Angelina's. Our meal was pure perfection. The chef outdid himself with our meal. Bravo Angelinas!!!! Birthday celebration was phenomenal!

Our experience at Angelina’s Restaurant was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious, and the service made us feel like part of Angelina’s (the owner) own family. She went out of her way to make my daughter feel special on her Confirmation day, which meant so much to us. Fine dining the old school way! The food was great, but it is the service that really sets this place apart. The prices are high but you get well choreographed service. From the pouring of the wine tableside, to slicing your meat and de-boning your fish. This place is top notch. The plain pasta and tomato sauce was stellar along with the steak. The veal was a table favorite with a slight hint of spice. For an extra special night out and a lot of money, this place will do you well.

We went to dine in to Angelina's with my husband. We got oysters, main dishes, and a bottle of wine. The bread that they gave us at the beginning was a little stale other than that the main dishes were delicious.

Went with small group of friends The Atmosphere Was wonderful Beautifully decorated Service was quick fast and friendly professional and Courteous. The bathroom Was clean and spotless all night long (Clean bathroom =clean Kitchen, I looked ) Food was fresh and Good, For appetizers we had bake clams Fried calamari And a cold seafood Boat platter which consist of oyster's clams lobster Shrimp Crab clusters and king crab It was Perfectly cooked Sometimes you get lobster and it tastes like rubber Overcooked . But Not here Just Right Great job to the Kitchen Staff from the Chef to the dishwasher. This spot is perfect for any occasion; the food was delicious and well priced, the atmosphere was pleasant and well kept, the service was fantastic and quick. Our server, John, was great- very patient and kind.

We came here after work on a Saturday. Food is of high quality and the menu has some unique choices in addition to traditional Italian dishes. The crowd is very well dressed, I would even say we were underdressed, something to note if it’s your first time here, dress for fine dinning. Place was very busy but even then our server Antonino was very attentive, pleasant and professional. We were seated as we requested, the heating lamps are nice, overall we are definitely coming back, it was a wonderful evening.

Love the lobster boat we ordered. Great for 4 to 6 people. Very fresh. The atmosphere is excellent. The outdoor has a nice view and several cute photoprops. Parking is fairly easy. Ample spots on the street.

I just had a last minute Holiday party at Angelina's and it was fantastic ! The room on the 2nd floor was set up beautifully, from the table setting and the stunning views.Felix the manager made everything a breeze , any request was handled flawlessly. Our server Ida was beyond fantastic. You never needed to ask for anything, I think she may be a mind reader. The food and menu are exceptional as are the wait staff and Angelina herself. A few of us gathered for a grammar school reunion (62 years after graduation) and we all loved it. I found everyone kind and considerate and very accommodating. Sitting at the bar, something I don’t care to do, waiting for my friends the Maitre D approached me and asked if I’d be more comfortable sitting at a high top table. I definitely was! We chatted until a friend came in. When our fellow classmates arrived we were led to a table and our server , Ita I believe she said her name was, was very accommodating and helpful. The food was fantastic, definitely not your run of the mill Italian food. It is an inspired menu. I had a saffron risotto with squid ink breadcrumbs and langoustines. It’s was perfectly cooked and unbelievable. During our dinner Angelina came over to our table introducing herself and asking our names than shaking our hands. I highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to eating there again.

A step back in time. It was a wonderful sunset dinner on the terrace. There was a talented live singer on Saturday. I don't know if they do this every night but it just added beautifully to the ambiance. The food and service was also exceptional. I can't wait to return! April 2023: went back for dinner and it was still good! This time we sat inside and it was just as good.

There are three places to eat here.There is an initial entrance a backyard ,and a banquet hall. This is my first experience with fine dining and might I say the food is exquisite. Everything is methodically placed including the garnishes. I got the clam linguine and was not disappointed! It was buttery and a faint taste of lemon definitely was refreshing. The drinks are also beautiful and strong. Right off the water this place is absolutely ethereal at sunset.The music was chill but modern.The decor was absolutely beautiful 🥰 I would dare even say I would get married here ! So many opportunities for photos!They also play Boccee every Wednesday! So if you're looking for authentic Italian cuisine and culture this is the place to be

We attended a wedding at Angelina’s. The venue was gorgeous! Cocktail hour everything delicious. For dinner I had the chicken, it was your run of the mill mass produced chicken. The people at my table that had steak had theirs cooked to their liking and enjoyed it. I cannot speak on the fish dish. The service was wonderful!

Went here for a wedding. The place is beautiful, right on the water, but the food was nothing to brag about, and the service was ok.

I had a very nice evening. Food was excellent, atmosphere and ambiance, great. Service was good up until the end. My bill was $160. I left a $30 tip on that which is just under 20%. My waiter didn't even have the decency to come over and say thank you after i paid the bill. I had to coax it out of him. That sort of annoyed me. $18 for one glass of sangria is way out of line too. I went in there knowing full well that it is probably the most expensive restaurant on the island. The only reason I was in there is because I won a $50 gift card the week before. No way in hell would I spend $190 to dine ANYWHERE. Not even if I was trying to impress anyone. She has a very classy and elegant place though. I am sure it attracts a higher class of people. Sorry, I work way too hard for my money to spend it like that.

We made a 7:15 reservation and sat down at about 7:35 (although there were plenty of open tables when we got there). I prefer to sit in the back room but there was a private party so we were sat in a room partially outside. At the bar I ordered a peach mule (I forget the name) and it was great. We ordered appetizers. The fried calamari were huge and a little hard to eat because they were so big but was good nevertheless. We also order crabmeat cocktail which wasn't on the menu but they accommodated us. The crabmeat was covered in lemon which was over powering. I ordered the filet & it was cooked perfectly (med-rare). One of the best cooked steaks. I didn't want the potato side it came with so they were very accommodating and replaced it with mashed potatoes. I ordered the zuppa de Pesce. I was surprised it didn't come with macaroni so I ordered it with linguine. It was fantastic! There definitely could have been more macaroni, however. It barely had any. It was full of fish though & absolutely worth the price ($60). We were too full for dessert although I regretted that on the way home. The service was very good. There was also live music which is a nice touch. All in all, 8.5/10 and I definitely will be returning.

I read the open table reviews and thought would be a great place for a cozy evening to bring in my wife’s birthday. The ambience and service was great. However was really disappointed with the food. The appetizers were ok we shared a grilled octopus. I ordered a pork chop which came undercooked and I had to return it. My wife ordered a pasta which was ok. The staff did come and apologize for the chops but kind of spoiled the whole dining experience that you would expect.

This is my fourth time at this restaurant. The first two times they sat me with a view of the lake, which was very nice. The last two times they sat me in a very uncomfortable and not very delicate place for my taste. I will not go back. I come to a nice place and they sit me in an ugly place. The delicate part is ALWAYS compromised for private events. They have to warn you when you make the reservation. I simply will NOT go back. I do not recommend

After reading the good reviews I decided to try this restaurant out with my family. The food was decent but definitely not worth the price. The atmosphere and service was TERRIBLE the restaurant was 84 degrees inside, myself and my family were sweating and very uncomfortable, we couldn’t even finish our dinner. After asking 3 waiters if they could open a door or put some air conditioning on so we could be a little more comfortable, the air blew out hot!! Then the waiter messed up our drinks and was never around to fix them. With the money this restaurant charged for food and drinks, i think they should upgrade their air conditioning so their customers can have an enjoyable time and eat more comfortably.

Their brunch was extremely underwhelming and disappointing. $160 per person and we were STARVING when we left, we went out to eat somewhere else afterwards. Completely unacceptable. Family style menu but they don’t give nearly enough food for everyone to have a decent portion/plate. For that price point everyone should have gotten a plate instead of 4 pasta noodles and an egg. Other than that it was open bar, which I still don’t feel like it was worth the money. The only positive thing I will say is that the DJ was good. Probably won’t come back.

We visited on Saturday 11/2 for lunch. The restaurant is located on the water but has zero water views, which was a great disappointment. The food was also below average, with tiny portions but high prices. On top of that, two staff members and a manager were re-arranging tables and chairs causing a huge commotion disturbing our meal. Very rude indeed. I believe that ownership has focused on the function hall angle of the business, and the restaurant is an extension of the kitchen. Not at all a good investment of our time and money.

The food-I’ve had better tasting food in the Italian restaurant of all-inclusive resort in Jamaica. The service-we had to ask the waiter to bring us bread basket after they already brought us appetizer ( baked calamari with soggy bread crumbs), also when they seated us there was only one cloth napkin on the table, we asked for more-they brought us a dirty one. And the restaurant was 1/3 full at the time of our reservation. 2 stars for the atmosphere-life music, the outside seating is pretty. Never again.

I recently hosted my daughter’s bat mitzvah at Angelina’s with about 150 guests. The planning process with Brandi was smooth, and the venue itself is beautiful. The decorators and musicians we hired were fantastic and really made the night beautiful. I especially want to thank Felix, the manager, he was incredibly helpful and handled issues quickly the night of the event. That said, there were several problems that really took away from the experience. The biggest issue was the food. We added sushi at $135 per platter and were promised it would be a large platter for each table with more than enough to feed the table. It was a small plate of basic rolls ( about 5 or 6 rolls) that couldn’t feed a table of 10–14. I complained immediately and they brought out more, but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place and there should have been a larger variety of sushi. I also heard from multiple guests that the kids were starving and ended up going to adult tables to eat. Apparently the kids were served last, only once the hot food came out—several hours after the event started. My daughter told me they were asking the waiters for bread constantly because they were so hungry. We had over 45 kids, so this was disappointing. The food overall was a hit or miss, but the family style portions were definitely not big enough for the table and we had to ask for more frequently. Some guests also sent me pictures of fruit that wasn’t fresh. There were other small but frustrating issues: some kids’ tables didn’t have the correct number of seats, so we were scrambling to rearrange chairs, and the waitstaff kept dropping plates and bottles throughout the night. After the event, I called about picking up the remains of our $600 cake, only to find out it had already been thrown out—no call, no heads-up, nothing. I did reach out afterward to share my feedback and was told management would call me back, but I never heard back. Angelina’s is a beautiful venue but the food problems and multiple oversights fell short of what I expected for such an important and expensive event. I hope they take this feedback seriously for future clients.

I recently went to this restaurant with a large group of people, where the price for dinner had been negotiated in advance. However, once we arrived, we were served extraordinarily small portions and had to request additional food to accommodate the size of our group. The food was mediocre, and when we received the final bill, it did not reflect the price we had initially agreed upon with one of the staff members, Felix. The original price was set at $90 per person, but by the time the bill arrived, we were charged $150 per person. It felt like we were completely scammed, as the service and pricing were far from what was promised.

We had a semi large party of 18. Price point was negotiated before parties arrival days in advance. We will come back to that fact. Let’s talk about the food , small portions might have been acceptable if the food tasted like they bothered to put seasoning on it. Don’t ask me how I want my stake cooked if you’re only going to burn it . Now back to the price that was negotiated was 90 a person . Now we are not including tip and tax here . Final cost not including tip and tax 150 a person we still don’t understand how the number jumped . We paid and left however we will never go back . The total experience was poor. Shame on them for bait and switch.

Absolutely horrendous!!!. Our party host made a deal for $80 per person and they made us pay more than double. 150$ the food they served us was not quality food, could have eaten better buying Walmart frozen food then they had the audacity to make us pay 800$!!! For 8 drinks (pink lemonade with alcohol) absolutely horrible save your self from the wallet burning torture that this restaurant has to offer

The food is so bad I do not know where to start. I hosted a bday dinner for my husband there and the only thing we enjoyed was the ambiance and the view. The food was super cold and plain. No seasoning I just wish they would serve better food with that type of price the charge. The service was mediocre

I was so excited to finally go here for Valentines Day, I wish I would have known I needed to go to McDonalds and have a happy meal afterwards. The food portions were so small & the price was so high. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone who is a foodie!!!

I wish I could give this zero stars, but I can’t. I came here for my birthday, and it’s nothing but rude, snobby, wealthy people who think they can disrespect people and treat them in any way. The service was horrendous. They weren’t helpful or respectful. I even heard them yelling at each other in the back, which isn’t very professional. The food portion are very small and nasty, not worth it at all. I will never come back to this location again and I don’t recommend coming here.

The food is good but horrible service and ambiance ruins it. We were sat in a doorway because of how much they crowd the dinning room. It’s clear they focus on how much they can make in a night over guest experience. Not impressed. At any given moment there were 3 waiters congregating near our table. Other times as many as 9. It’s hard to enjoy conversation when someone’s so close listening, making noise or distracting you.

We were very excited to go but came away very disappointed. Bad food. Bad service. Would not recommend Price point is on the higher side but would be ok if the food was half decent. We had the calamari, burrata, fried zucchini dish, rigatoni (which they claimed was a “game changer”), linguine vongole, salmon, and finished off with cheese cake and tiramisu. Everything except the parm to start was bad My wife put it best -- "hmmm — Target's store bought meatballs with Rao's sauce" is 100x better.

This was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. After being seated, we waited over an hour just to receive our first course. When the food finally came, the steak was completely raw. To make matters worse, the restaurant somehow managed to bring out dessert before the entrée. We sent it back, only to then receive the bill before our main course even arrived, which came another hour later. After all of that, we never received dessert at all. It was only at the end of the night that we realized our appetizer never came out either. We asked multiple times to speak to a manager, and no one ever came over. No explanation, no apology, no attempt to fix the situation. We were stuck there for four hours with terrible service, completely disorganized pacing, and zero accountability, yet we were still forced to pay the bill even when people who were there for SHORTER time than us received a comp off the bill. This level of service is unacceptable. If this situation is not addressed, I will make sure everyone in Staten Island knows to avoid this restaurant. Save your time, money, and patience—go somewhere else.

Worst dining experience of my life. This place is nothing but an overpriced scam dressed up as “fine dining.” We were forced into a Valentine’s Day set menu at $159 per person, no other options, and somehow still walked out with a $500 bill for two people. For that price you’d expect incredible food and service. Instead, we got spoon-sized portions that were barely lukewarm, like they’d been sitting in the kitchen for 20 minutes before hitting the table. The pacing was a joke. We were trapped there for over three hours, waiting 30 minutes between each course with nothing to do but stare at empty plates. Not relaxing. Not romantic. Just frustrating. And to top it off, a forced 20% gratuity added automatically, which is wild considering the food quality and how poorly the night was managed. Tiny portions. Cold food. Ridiculous prices. Endless waiting. Mandatory tip. Absolutely the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. I will never return, and I’ll make sure everyone I know avoids this place too.

I NEVER write reviews, but after my Valentine’s Day experience, I feel compelled to share. I’ve been here multiple times before with no issues, which made this especially disappointing. We made a reservation two weeks in advance for 7:30 PM, yet it took nearly two hours to be seated and another two hours for our food to arrive. The food came warm and was not properly prepared for the price. The service was very poor, and many other guests were clearly frustrated as well. If you can’t handle the volume, you shouldn’t take so many reservations.

We had a dinner reservation for 5:30, we sat at 5:40 (which was our fault, we were en route to the wrong Angelina’s initially). When we sat down, we were presented with a pre fixed menu for $159/person (with additional gratuity and tax). The pre-fixed menu was a bit of a surprise, since it was not aforementioned that it was required upon making the reservation. We got past that and decided to stay since we were already seated. The sliders were dropped on the table almost immediately after we sat. Our appetizers of octopus, tuna tartare, and fried mozzarella also came out in a timely manner and were delicious. We continue to sit and enjoy our time as a family. We begin to look around and notice that tables that sat after we received our appetizers were already onto their entrees, and before we knew it 2 hours had passed. We continue to sit and wait and our first course of dinner, which were pasta dishes, had still not arrived. Another half our passes and we flag down our waiter and ask about our pasta dishes, he was very confused and did not know we still hadn’t had our first course of dinner. It takes another 20 minutes before my husband’s lobster ravioli and my cacio e pepe comes out. The portion of lobster ravioli was 2 raviolis. Our daughter’s buttered noodles did not come out for another 15 minutes. We were assured the entire time that her pasta would be out shortly. My husband and I ordered the filet mignon option which did not come out until 8 pm. It looked like they took a filet, cut it in half and called it a serving, and it was cold! My daughter was still waiting for her chicken fingers and fries at this point. It was closer to 9 pm and her food had still not come out, so I shared what little filet I had with her, because I couldn’t eat while my daughter sat and watched, hungry. I finally decided to ask to speak to a manager and no one came, I happened to see the owner seating another table near us and decided to say something. Her response was “unfortunately it’s a holiday this happens.” After pretty much being ignored for 2 hours our waiter finally came over to apologize for everything taking to so long, and in a very snarky/condescending tone the owner came by and said “take 20 percent off of the bill.” When the waiter dropped the bill it was still for the full amount and he had never taken off the 20%. I mentioned this and it wasn’t until my husband approached him and asked for the revised bill that we finally received it. When we reviewed the bill, the 20% was taken off of the subtotal and the taxes but not the gratuity. I mentioned this and it was finally fixed. Ultimately, 4 hours for a dinner is unacceptable. The way the owner handled the situation and her overall attitude was also unacceptable. The whole situation was to a point where tables that sat next to us noticed that they had eaten their whole meal and realized we had not gotten any of our food. $450 (after the discount) for half of a cold steak and non-existent service is thievery. The excuse of it being a holiday would have maybe even been acceptable if everyone had been waiting, but they just completely forgot about our table, and then the owner had the nerve to seem appalled that we even mentioned it. To top it off, I mentioned when making the reservation that it was for my daughter’s birthday and they did not accommodate accordingly. If I could give zero stars I would. This restaurant was good in the past. Now it seems the food and service is just subpar and the prices are too high. Greed with no customer service at its finest.

I just ordered Fried Calamari and Angelina's salad for pick up, and I am disappointed. Fried calamari, even though it costs $28, was chewy and rubbery, portions super small for the price. I ate probably 4-5 pieces and didn't finish it. Angelina's salad was fresh and ok, but again, the portion was super small for $18. I am disappointed with me paying $50 and not enjoying it. Restaurant has nice location.
