Ok dont get me wrong burger fantastic, service on point, place nice and clean well Tom you say why not give them the 5th star. I just paid 17$ for a burger and small fountain drink. Not fries not a hot dog on the side nothing but a bacon cheese burger. Dont get me wrong i know everything is up and im not cheap but come on. You see my reviews i dont mind spending money. Now if i was sitting at a bar with some beers no problem you get over on me but come on you can do better then that. Side note burger was fantastic.

So these guys had a great idea to put bacon in a milkshake. Then, they proceeded to way overcook that bacon. The net result is a shake with nondescript, salty, crunchy bits. The bacon flavor is long gone. So sad. So very, very sad. You folks had a fantastic idea and a brilliant opportunity. But, you just had to go and destroy it.

I love Five Guys. Foods great. Get here all the time. I used to get it more often but it's pricey. Anyways, poor Customer Service. The employee who took my order walked up with his pants hanging down eating a cup of fries and didn't greet the customer (me). Ate his fries the entire time not saying anything until the end asking if I wanted my receipt. Worst experience I've ever had at this location. You guys can do better hiring.

As far as the parking goes, the employees park in 2 spots, no respect or regards for customers. Very good burgers, but expensive. Lots of free toppings to go with your burger. The fries are pretty good too. They make it from scratch, so you wait awhile, but it's fresh. Store is clean and staff is friendly. Have the soda machine which makes dozens of flavors and choices.

Tried five guys for the first time on Staten Island, Richmond Ave. 2 burgers, 2 bottles soda, 1 large fries cost over $40. Pricier than I thought it should be. Also, the burgers were overcooked, very well done, to the point that it was dry, not juicy. The fries were not crispy, a bit soggy. Will probably not be back.

It’s been getting worse over the past three weeks and today it was just horrible. The burger was not seasoned well. The fries were soggy and oily, it was inedible, and I had to throw the whole thing away.

Purchased food during their stupid buy one get on Burger, their employees are so gross, used the bathroom and didn’t clean his hands but decided to put gloves on during this rush time right. After eating the food while the other worker made the food, the guy who didn’t clean his hands is wearing gloves wrapping up the food and tell me at 3am I wake up throwing UP and having DIARRHEA end up with damn Norovirus from this dirty establishment! Never AGAIN KEEP YOUR FAMILY SAFE AND AWAY FROM THIS FIVE GUYS LOCATON DIRTY PEOPLE AND WORKERS CLEAN YOUR HANDS YOUR NOT IN THE WILD SAFARI

While waiting for my food, i overheard the employees talking about seeing a rat in the restaurant. Super unsettling and completely turned me off from eating here ever again. Cleanliness should be a priority

This place has terrible management so you can’t expect the workers to do much I personally wouldn’t eat there again and I don’t think you should either…. Update I spoke to corporate and no apologies or even bad coupons just nothing so yeah they don’t care!!!!

Low quality, fryer oil is burnt, hotdog was burnt and the bacon was burnt. Terrible all around. Left the worst taste in my mouth. I am a five guys fan, but this last visit has turned me completely off. Especially when the price is $31 dollars for 2 hot dogs a a small fry. I feel ripped off.

Overpriced garbage, food all over the floor and even outside. It's a mess. Came here with high expectations and they sold me two plain burgers and fries for over 30$. It was the most disappointing thing I have ever eaten. The employees were all either sleep deprived or depressed. The cashier clearly had a script or something they were reading from and wasn't listening to me at all. I told them my budget but they kept trying to get me to buy more. Overall an awful experience, never again.

The atmosphere of this place is terrible. A man who looked like the manager was looked mean and like he disliked his life which in turn had a team with the same vibe. I felt awkward waiting to be helped but finally placed my order and left.

TERRIBLE experience walking into this Five Guys. Before even walking into the store I see fog from smoke inside then I walk in and smell burnt fries. I then walked to the pickup location and waited for the employee to finish his task before asking for my order. While waiting I'm watching this guy struggle to open a paper bag and then throws it from frustration, tries again with another bag and it rips when he picks it up. Then he pushes all the pick up orders to the side with more force than necessary for no reason at all. Finally he gets it on the third try and puts the greasy bag inside a bigger bag. The customer before me was even shaking his head in disbelief. I then tell him after he hands someone else their order I am here for a pickup and he just looks at me and says nothing. I wait some more and watch this guy work aggravated walking left to right huffin and puffin trying to figure out what he was doing last. Not sure if this was from the smoke filling up the store, being aggravated or just from years of using his employee discount so I decide to ask a different employee to just give me my food. The first employee bursts out that he needs fries for my order while the trays containing fries had plenty of fries. I respond you could of easily just said so before. I then tell him to just put the fries in the bag since its that simple and he then takes a handful of fries and throws in into my bag and tells me "Take this and don't come back here". I respond Did I do something to you? Another employee comes to calm him down and he starts shouting "you're too impatient." Took more time and energy to do his job the wrong way than the right way. I asked both employees once. The actions of this employee was beyond belief. Even while walking away he was still yelling from across the store with the store full of people including children. I've gone through the process of picking up food plenty of times including at this location and I never had a problem before this. Buddy was having a bad day and took it out on me. If you see this guy turn around and walk out it not worth dealing with psychos making your food.
