The tapioca (Pearl) in the milk tea from this place is the worst compared to all competitors. It's not chewy like it should be. The tapioca was undercooked once you tried to chew it, and it would break down into pieces and you are literally eating uncooked flours. We went here before (ordered different toppings), and it wasn't that bad. Will there be another chance? Well... may or may not be. There are more choices in the mall for bubble tea, which I would rather go to.

Pretty good. But for an expensive cup of boba why didn’t i get any juice it was legit all boba and i didn’t order extra boba or anything. Other than that very adorable cup for the snoopy surprise.

I usually love their bubble tea. Today was a completely different story. We order two bubble teas. Both were horrible and not good as they should be. The boba was hard and not cooked properly. The tea didn't have the same flavor as well. It tasted like a water-down milky sugary drink. I hope they can fix and train their staff properly to uphold the standards of good bubble tea.

Way too sweet, all three drinks taste so bad. Its like drinking syrup, and you can tell from the color, its not milktea🙃 I even rinse my mouth and it doesnt work.

I've been to other Gong Chas in NJ and they've always been great so it was really a shock to see how poorly run this one is. I ordered two drinks today and from the time of my receipt, it took the 2 girls making the drinks 15 minutes to make our order. The girl at the cashier was the only one actually working. There was only one couple ahead of us and we watched the girls goof off on their phone, chat with two friends that came by while the line for people waiting for their drinks grew and grew. One of them even made a phone call while they giggled and ignored the drink cups. They also had no idea which drink was for which order because they didn't care to look at the receipt numbers when they made them, a guy that ordered after us got his drink first. When the girl finally picked up the cup for our drink order she distracted herself TWICE to pick up her phone and text, completely ignorant to how many people were waiting. What garbage service, I'll never come back.

Oddly tonight I ordered an extra large no ice and they said no, they said it has to have ice, I said I dont' like ice and I don't want ice. Why can't I get it without ice? That kinda messed up. Expecially since its like over 8 bucks. Insane, so I guess the customer is not always right at gong cha. just lost a regular customer, not going back again. I'll find something better. have a nice day. I litterally got an extra large a few days ago without ice and it wasn't a problem. my money best spent elsewhere, vote with your dollars people.

When I looked at the drink, I saw that the milk foam on top was clearly congealed, indicating it was spoiled. I went back to let them know the milk was bad and asked for a replacement. They gave me another drink, half the original size (as expected since I had already consumed half), but it still contained the SAME spoiled milk. The milk foam was still congealing, with clumps falling into the drink with a sour taste. I immediately tossed the drink after two sips and swore never to return. Just go to Tiger Sugar—it’s worth the trip to Brooklyn or Manhattan.
