May Flower Chinese Restaurant

We've been ordering from this place for a few years now. Often when we call the person who picks up is rushing us off the phone or hangs up immediately if we tell them to hold on. If we want to pay with card they rush us through and we can barely give them the card info. Today the woman who picked up was calm and patient and polite. It was such a positive and refreshing change.

Mayflower food is tasty...but it's becoming costly. The service is quick but not too friendly...it's all business! Mind you they aren't rude...just not as welcoming as I would like them to be.

The food is delicious and didn’t need any of the sauces that come with it. The restaurant looks like a dump and it’s near the projects which is discouraging but the food is worth it.

Beef w Brocoli was $6.75 when I ordered last week , this week its $10.50 ( Cash ). Not sure if everythings Okay with mayflower but the prices are Ridiculous for single plates. Food Quality Is good,Too much inflation On prices

These people are rude and very cheap with food. And it still have a grade pending . China bell is much better

This place is disgusting. Stay away. The food is undercooked. They overcharge and always try to keep your change. When asked about your change, they laugh in your face. It's amazing how they stay open.

The lady at the window has one of the most miserable dispositions I’ve ever encountered. The customer service is awful and the food is mediocre.

These people are mean and miserable with a disregard for the demographic of people they are serving. Terrible. You want your food prepared by happy people and you won’t find that here. Periodt.

I had to actually go in person for a refund, do to poor customer service. The place is dirty that is no where to sit and they have this dumb policy where you have to spend $15. In order to use your debt card. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

I just moved into this neighborhood. Deciding to try this restaurant, I called and placed an order at 9:43p. The person on the phone clearly spoke little English. I called at 10:30 to check on what’s taking so long. then called again at 10:55p. No one answered WHATSOEVER. The food was never delivered. Being that it was too late to get anything else because EVERYTHING is now closed, my children are now having to go to bed hungry. Talk about pissed. I will NEVER order from this establishment EVER AGAIN. And will inform everyone I know of the horrible experience. Will be reporting this incident as well.

I order all the time here so I know when I say they mess up your order most of the time and then charge u more when they fix it. Last time I order ever from there again. There food is like a 2 put of 5. Only ordered because it was the closest , I'm moving and to a closer one ,and thank God they have better service then they will ever have here.
