This restaurant was the most pleasant I've been to in a while. I had been having a very trying and stressful day and walked into this restaurant and treated so well. Happily greeted, happy to serve us and quick service to table. Several times they came back by to ask can we do more... why every restaurant doesn't do this is beyond me. Whomever is running this restaurant has definitely trained everyone properly. Thank you for the sunshine I needed when I came into your place. ❤️❤️❤️

Extremely friendly staff and the food was delicious. In My hometown the McAllister‘s is not near this quality.

Ordered a catered tray - everything was great. Jacob the manager was very helpful on ordering - staff was very helpful when I picked up the the food.

Stormi was amazing at helping us. She got everything we needed in a fast manner. They atmosphere of the restaurant was very clean and fast paced. A minute after we ordered in a packed restaurant, we got our food and was asked if we needed anything. I recommend visiting again.

We always get great service from Stormie and Alexa as hosts, and both are great as assistant managers! Always friendly and always helpful! They stop by regularly each time we are in to make sure we are good with the meal and the service! Blessed to have them in the Stephenville location! Thank you for hiring great staff!

I had Stormi for a cashier and let's just say she was amazing. Stormi always has a positive attitude when I come in and the biggest smile on her face. Sometimes I wish I had just a share of happiness she has for her job for mine.

If you think the Schlotzky's down the road sucks like I do, this is where you should be eating. I spent almost an hour convincing my girlfriend — who is highly food sensitive — to let me bring their food home and give it a shot, and the both of us were highly impressed. We ordered on the app, got a deal that took our order down from $35 to $23, the food was ready quickly, and everything we tried was delicious. I attribute that as much to knowing our preferences as to quality ingredients. The herb mayo here is so good I would put it on my cereal. Best casual dining experience I've had lately.

This was the nicest, cleanest McCallisters I have ever been to. The manager was taking orders and checking on people. The waitress that came by filled our drinks frequently. The food was great too. Honestly one of the best dining experiences I have had in a while.

Great service and great food! Ray Lennon runs a great location here in Stephenville! Great staff like Stormi, Alexa, Caitlin, Jacob, and Bradley make a huge difference in the service received! These people make it enjoyable to come in and bring people to meet them and to share the experience!

I'll update my review once I go again hopefully it won't smell like home improvements.

However, we went this last Sunday during the ice event (yes, we’re surprised they were open too) my wife, mother in law and I got essentially the same sandwich, grilled chicken club, sandwich was fine, chicken seemed old was dried out but didn’t think anything of it. Come Monday, I go to work in North Dallas for a 48 hour shift and can’t make it even to Monday evening before I start feeling terrible. Text my wife and come to find out my mother in law had vomited that morning and my wife is now feeling bad as well. 8 PM hits and I had been lying down since 4PM and now my wife is saying she has started vomiting, and I decided it’s time to come home… well on my drive through the crazy roads all the way through DFW it hits me at the worst time, having nowhere to stop being stuck in cars on the highway and Ice giving me nowhere to pull off, well you can only imagine where the vomit went. Now I have to get my car detailed to clean the mess, quite disappointed that McAlister’s would be so careless with handling of their food to allow something like this to happen. Safe to say we will not be going back, at least to the Stephenville location.
