They are drive-thru Panda Express! Perfect way to beat the heat and get your Chinese Fast Food fix in for the day! Inside is clean, Associates are Speedy, efficient and friendly! Everything you'd expect from a panda. You get more if you order a to-go plate in order from inside.

Don’t let the negative reviews stop you from eating here , I’ve been eating here since I moved to Los Banos in 2005 , and it’s a great place !!! The food is amazing and tasteful . But since Los Banos has been growing over the years that’s why the wait time is a bit more longer than usual “that’s something to consider when going during lunch time or after school hours “ as it could be busy !! I normally only go to panda when I don’t want to make dinner , around 6:30pm -8pm and I’ve never had any issues ! Love the Beijing beef and mushroom chicken. ! The organ he chicken is always good as well !! I’m actually going right now 🥰

I found Panda express here in Los banks a good place where to eat Chinese food! I really recommend it. It's affordable but keep a high quality service and food. The staff is really nice and helpful, the place clean and the food tasty. I'll come back!

Two things: It was later evening and we stopped for dinner coming from Fresno on our way home. When we got home my wife discovered she did not have her purse. She had left it at PANDA. We made a call and YES, they had it. It was near closing time and we lived 1 and 1/2 hours away, so we made arrangements to return the next day, small inconvenience when one thinks of the alternative. The purse contents were totally intact. Wanting to reward their honesty with a monetary gift, we were told it was Panda company policy not to accept money. She further graciously contented the explanation saying "we are here to serve good food and help our customers in any way we can." Such a high level of customer service one does not often experience these days in the commercial arena. It was reassuring to experience this amazing act of kindness and "doing the right thing" when it seems our society has gone crazy with selfishness and too many hurtful acts and words. The meal we enjoyed was delicious! And no MSG in any of the food! The crew that night was personable and efficient. They were busy the night we were there, keeping the cooks busy. The was minimal waiting for a favorite selection to be replenished ...well worth the wait.

Service here is really bad. I went through the drive-through, and it took the girl 5 minutes to get my name (it's Juana, Juan, plus an A). Then they give me my daughter's order wrong, tried to blame me for missing items in the order on me, then make me sit outside for 2 apple pie egg rolls, and I go home with cold food. They need to get their act together because their service is absolutely horrible!!!!

It was a busy day but I have never been there when it wasn't. The people are super friendly and very efficient at moving people through the line and all the food was good and hot. It was quite noisy but there were a lot of little kids 10ish. Not the restaurant fair and I could have moved seats but was just being lazy. Was tired from the drive

This place was super busy you just have to check your order before you leave because they usually forget to put the teriyaki sauce in the bag and the soy sauce. They always forget to put our fortune cookies as well.

The food at this location is the tastiest I've found. Prepared nicely, plenty of vegetables in the chow mein, crunchy (not soggy) chicken and shrimp. The only negative thing at this visit was sweet tea in the unsweetened tea dispenser.

There might be some bias here, as a heads up. I've been living overseas for about 2 years, and there definitely aren't any Panda Express where I live. With that said, I've missed some good ol' orange chicken. So that's what I got, a bowl of orange chicken over white rice. I was so pleased to eat this again. Service was great. The drive thru worker was very kind and helpful. Overall, it's a decent Chinese-American fast food joint with good folks working there.

Very stingy with food portions. I've had workers remove food from my plate right infront of me. Dosent compare to out of town panda express with good serving sizes and food. Sometimes the chow mein come out weirdly chopped for some reason. The rice is always hit or miss comes out tasting different every time. Panda Express in Merced mall is way better in comparison.

No broccoli beef, low on chow mein, of course I had the teriyaki chicken, it's always moist and tasty. I counted 7 people who had ordered waiting for food. It seemed like the drive thru takes precedent here. Arrived at 7:30 no one in line.

Very disappointed in my visit this time. The lady serving us was just either having a bad day or flat didn't gaf. I will say that by the time we got to the register that guy was way more helpful as in making sure we had what we wanted. He was getting backed up a little but that was because he was having to pick up the slack from the Lady not doing her fair share! The lady wasn't interested that most of the pans were empty or if they were making more of anything she would just say idk. I'll go back but this time around was not a good time.

Service is slow. Be sure and check your order before leaving the drive thru. Had issues with getting a wrong order and no receipt. I live 20 miles (one way) away so turning around to have my order done correctly isn't an option. Plus even after calling in to complain about not getting what I'd ordered and being told the cashier admitted to not giving me a receipt. When I went back for a replacement order I was given a HUGE hassle. Ended up demanding the original cashier be called ( he was the assistant manager) and the manager on duty. I was treated like crap and accused of trying to get over on them!!! Really?! I'd spent $35 for a dinner that when I got it home wasn't even what I'd ordered. Very disgusted with the whole incident. Haven't been back since.

Went to panda last night, went through the drive through, he stated to pull up front because they didn't have the walnut shrimp ready and it would be a 5 minute wait. Waited for 25 minutes for the food and when I got home it was cold like it had been sitting there for a long time.

The food here has mostly been adequate, until the last 2 visits. They have been giving half the amount of food they normally do, for the same dang price! I understand inflation and all has hit but why? Also when you give someone something wit the peppers in it, make sure there are more than 5 pieces of actual food in the scoop please. I don't know anyone that will only eat the peppers.

Good food but the drive thru was very slow and I had to wait 20 minutes for mushroom chicken to finish cooking. My boyfriend ordered teriyaki chicken and after waiting for my mushroom chicken I had to go back into the restaurant to get the sauce for my boyfriends chicken.

Usually I like panda but not this time. When I asked they said they had a new cook which I'm hoping means they will improve. The string bean chicken was sweet like candy and it never is, the teriyaki chicken tasted off even the fried rice and chow mein didn't taste right.

The rice and chow mein had very little flavor. The beef and broccoli had some what of a fishy or clam taste. Witch was unappetizing. The coke tasted between a light flavor of coke and a sprite but mainly carbonated water. And they need top aaf more flavor to their food!

So, normally im a pretty good fan of Panda Express due to Price and Convenience..When I went on Sunday, I knew what I wanted before drive-thru but got flustered when she ask me to try the Shrimp promo ans I said sure why not!!..So in placin the order, she repeated the order backwards and then cut me off in doin so. I wasnt trippin cause it dors happen from time to time, but then after taking my order, She was talking trash about me with her mic on, so I heard every work she said. When i went to the window, now all of a sudden no one with authority was available and the one that took my order just happenned to be too busy to come to window..She was put in place by second party employee telling her from me.."Next time\ you talk trash about a loyal customer, make sure your microphone is completely off, as people and companies get sued for lesser actions, if not worse. You never know who people are over the microphone, so treat ALL the same with some respect and patience. She lucky She wasnt a He, or I woukd havr gotten out if my car and told them myself..FACE TO FACE what I thought of her Poor and Disrespectful Customer Service..Thank You "Fanny" for covering for your "Idiotic Co-Worker" and I will make sure I post on website as instructed!!.✌🏽😎and I nvr complained or commented about her not speaking clearly and talking fast with her accent to understand what she was saying in the first place!!.😬

The food is amazing but every time I visit the drive thru I have to park and wait 10-15 minutes for an item. It's ridiculous Los Banos definitely needs another Panda location we need options for better service.

Though I have stopped at this Panda before, today I waited in line for 15 minutes in the drive through to give my order. I was asked to pull up and my order would be brought out. After 25 minutes, I went inside and had it inquire where my food was. Granted they were busy, but there were also quite a large number of staff present. The server did give me 4 spring rolls as a compensation. I think a warning that it would be a lonh wait might have helped.

Made me sit outside for 30 minutes, waiting for the food I ordered in the drive through. Went inside and they apologized saying that they haven't even started Making my food. They started and it took less then 5 minutes to cook it. Plus food is honestly trash. 2/5 cause they apologized.

Not good! The rice as always is not cooked. But cannot discredit the Orange Chicken and Black Pepper Chicken. Those are good dishes. I only hope they would start cooking their rice thoroughly!

Pretty cool that they a WIFI for everyone! A little pricey for a bowl and a side of apple pie dessert: $10.55 ... but, the cashier was friendly and fast. The place had fresh AC, and I got to sit all alone when there wasn't a rush inside.

I'm a local and have been frequenting this location for years, and usually have a great experience. Unfortunately, the last few times my family and I have visited, the service hasn't been great. The last time we visited, my partner had to wait 15 minutes in the parking lot, and when he did finally receive his food, food and sauces were missing. Despite that, we visited again this afternoon for lunch, and unfortunately service wasn't much better. Not only was the person taking the order rude and pushy, but we still didn't receive the right order, sauces we asked for, or 3 sets of silverware even though we ordered 3 meals. I try to be understanding because I know people have had days, but lately the bad service is overshadowing the good food.

The employee taking my order could not hear me and sounded irritable. My order on the screen was correct but when I received my order at the window it was wrong. I had to park and go inside so they could correct my order. They forgot to serve me 3 of my items. Instead of serving me a new order so my meal would be hot they wanted to give me the original meal with the correct missing items. I asked if they could serve me a hot plate since I had been waiting and my the rest of my meal would be cold by the time I drove home. They were not happy with me. It's not my fault that they waisted both my time and their own. Next time double check that you have people's orders correct.

Received super small portion, compared to the other plates we were ordering. When we mentioned it to the server and asked for another scoop, we were instantly shut down with the excuse of only one scoop per serving...(which is B.S, cause I'm literally watching them give 2-3 scoops to everyone ordering right now as I write this!!!) Food is good though definitely horrible customer service, and to top it all off the forgot the fortune cookies, and they argued about those as well... Smh come on Panda, you gotta do better....

Had to wait 10 min. for chow mein. Not a big deal. But when I got my food it was overcooked and cold. The freshly cooked chow main was even mildly warm. I was waiting in my car because I went through the drive through. Hoping I could salvage my dinner. I dug for some soy sauce, only to find none. Two stars because the flavor of my dry cold dinner was still pretty good.

Manager has no clue ! She was rude Said what you want us to remake it? No sorry, no courtesy at all, horrible customer service!!!Went trough drive thru for a bigger plate chow Mein was dry tasteless no veggies, beyond orange chicken was dry cold, beef broccoli had no flavor seemed like the broccoli was just steamed and thrown in the beef was super salty and old. Manager says want us to remake it I said yes she says it’s gonna be a while for the beef broccoli, I said no problem. They served me the same rice and chow Meir didn’t even make a new one, the orange chicken was the same all cold and tasteless (sauceless). Beef and brocolli was just as bad. Chef that weekend sucked !! When I worked here at this location my fried rice and chow Mein was the best super flavorful. I would even add extra basic sauce to make it extra golden and tasty. Panda just sucks I Guess !

Waited 15 mins inside while 2 workers are standing around talking & cooks are working their butts off and 1 employee restocks things that don't need to be restocked. Any of them could have just got out food real quick and then continued to slack off. Do not recommend. I almost asked a cook if there was anyone working the front since they seem to be the only ones actually working 😅

Panda Express in Los Banos is losing its touch. This used to be a great place to eat but lately the food portions are smaller, taste is bland and overall flavor is not the same anymore. Noodle are dry, meat is tough and just seem like Panda doesn’t care as much as it used to. This is just my opinion.

When we ordered the bigger plate, they gave the smallest portuon sizes. We asked for extra sauces, they filled them a quarter full.. total joke. Dont waste your money here. Edited: My family of 4 has either thrown up or been on the toilet due to Undercooked chicken. If i could contact the manager I would tell Him/her to fire those people that work and cook there.

Stay away from this Panda Express! The food and service is extremely poor. We ordered a family meal online tonight. The Panda Express website said the food would be ready at 5:28. My wife got there at 5:30 and is still waiting for the food at 5:51. This Panda Express has continued to go down hill over the years. I will gladly drive an additional 10-15 mins to the Santa Nella location. The manager and employees actually care about customer service and the quality of food.

They have the worst customer service. They had me waiting in the parking lot for almost 20-30 minutes for my food and it was hot i had my daughter and nieces with me so I had to go in to see what happened to my order, those people never had my food ready. I'm never going there again!!!!

Zero stars but to post had to pick one we waited 32mins for our food to go. Rice and veggies were undercooked no chicken in the string bean entree and the honey walnut shrimp was soggy and cold sorry won't be returning

Have not had a meal made correct in drive through ever. Ask for diet coke and you get regular. Just went through and asked for mushroom chicken and got orange chicken. Terrible. Never going back.

Orange chicken looks like it got picked up off the floor, Shanghai Steak I got all the bottom vegetables including broccoli with the flourettes removed? Dont understand why thay think I want a broccoli stalk? On top of that the chow mein is awful and dry. This place sure has gone down since I moved here.

They never have what I want it’s always you’ll have to wait 10-15 minutes. I went yesterday 11/19/22 ask for grilled chicken wait 10 minutes so I said nevermind I will have walnut shrimp they said oh that’s 15 minutes wait also. Bad service never have anything ready. Knowing it’s a drive thru.

Was on my way fishing when I stopped by to buy food here. I bought 2 plates and didn't bother to open the plates to look to see if I had everything inside, because I usually do, but this time I didnt! I didn't notice until I reached my spot to eat and noticed I didn't have an entree in one of my plates!! The server knew I didn't have an entree yet still had the audacity to charge me full price! Don't order from here!! If you do, better look at your plates and stuff and make sure you got everything in there before leaving or else you'll be like me, disappointed and feeling cheated! What's worst is, the girl server smiled at me while she charged and handed me my plate of food!!

I had lunch here on a Thursday at 12 p.m. The employees were not friendly, some of them looked like they didn't want to be there, the restaurant wasn't even busy. One of the servers forgot to bring me my extra entree even after I reminded her, she looked annoyed, I had to get back in line to order it myself again. They mixed up the freshly cooked vegetables with the old dry ones that remained. One of the bathroom door locks didn't work, somebody walked in on me while I was in there.

I hope ever customer reads this! The owner of this facility should be ashamed and so should the employees, they made me wait 45 minutes because they want to act ignorant and not take peoples food outside because they hate their jobs, it’s not the customers fault you employees don’t like it you get paid to do a job so do it. I was told to park even though my order said it was ready and I had ordered 15 minutes before that I had to pull up to the window again just to ask for my order a second time just to be told sorry, sorry doesn’t pay for time or gas why apologize for stupid behaviors people like that will always be sorry for life. So angry right now I hope business goes out for this place.

I was told to go park and wait for my order. 20min later everyone even cars with bigger orders that got here before me got theirs; besides me. Ridiculous! I had to call the store so they could bring my order to my car and told them it’s being 20 minutes. They had me repeat my order twice because they did not remember it! Who ever is in charge of this place should really look into their employees. We came through the drive through and asked for beef broccoli and mushroom chicken and Aaliyah who took our order was so rude and disrespectful while taking our order. They were out of chow mein. And I guess a bunch of other stuff. So don't do online ordering if you're going for your lunch break. It took 30 minutes for then realize their mistakes and refund my money. I was late from lunch without eating. On a 100 plus degree day. The manager couldn't care less. Thumbs down

HORRIBLE. Orange chicken NASTY. Chow mein NO FLAVOR. Teriyaki chicken …. COLD. Food was bland with in addition that the orange chicken almost tasted sour and not fully cooked and on top of all of this, I tried calling the store to let them know about my unpleasant experience but NOBODY picked up… just a bad place overall.

Please pay more attention to what you Guys send out via DoorDash! Even when a customer is in person! It’s the 3rd time I get a wrong order and it’s been both in the drive thru and DoorDash. You can’t just put what you pick in orders either because there’s a wait time or because it’s being sent out and you assume a customer won’t care they you send out and item not even ordered. PAY MORE ATTENTION your customer help you stay in business and you jobs.

I am very disappointed in my plate. I had to wait 8 to 10 minutes for honey walnut shrimp. I ordered a plate and in the container of the plate that I ordered for the honey walnut shrimp. They filled half of it with fried rice. I only got four shrimps. The whole reason why I waited 8 to 10 minutes was for the honey walnut shrimp to only get four shrimps and no walnuts. Everything else came out perfectly fine, but I’m really disappointed in the shrimp ratio and how they went ahead and try to fill the space with fried rice which is very cheap. The orange chicken was great but I got a lot of tiny pieces which made me feel like it was the end of a batch please Panda Express do better I understand you’re the only one in the Los Banos area, but don’t take advantage of your customers like that. They MUST NEED NEW MANAGEMENT.Thank you.

The quality of food, service is very bad specially last 2-3 years. We made a mobile order and picked up the food and all 3 plates had wrong food. They asked us to bring the plates back to fix the order. Once they confirmed the order was wrong they tossed the plates. Made my order and this was worst, because when we came home saw the food was dry (like it was sitting their for while). Following day all 3 of us where feeling sick, stomach upset....

Ordered online around 430 to pick up at 5:00. Get there at 510 and they have no idea what I'm talking about they check the cue and say oh there it is we just got it. Lies! Come on I got a family to feed. You order online so I don't have to wait. Someone needs to keep track of online orders.

If give it zero stars if I could. Regular staff was fine, but the manager at this location is disrespectful, rude and straight up a liar. She lied about being able to give a partial refund on RAW CHICKEN her team served bc “we didn’t have the whole meal”. We were only asking to refund the meal with the *raw*, inedible chicken, that could literally kill someone. She tried to say she could only offer a food certificate even though we won’t be supporting this location again. We absolutely had the right to a refund and the manager acted incredibly condescending and blatantly rude about something she easily could’ve done, but refused to because she’s lazy and clearly power tripping. The owner of this location should reevaluate management and make sure their staff has basic food health knowledge. It’s crazy because the OUTSIDE of the chicken wasn’t even cooked fully on one side. They should’ve noticed that.

Bad service! Ordered food through drive thru. Upon getting my receipt I noticed they charged me twice for a large drink so I told the worker. He asked me if i just wanted another large drink so I said yes thinking it would be faster than requesting to get my money back. He then proceeded to ask me to park. For a drink? I was already at the window! Ridiculous...

We ordered on line so we didn’t have to wait in line, food was ready but had to wait for all the people in line while they were trying to decide what they wanted, made me get out of the front of the line to take care of them first, when my order was already done. We specifically requested sweet and sour sauce for our egg rolls, we live 6 miles out of town got home no sweet and sour sauce. Called and asked them about it and they hung up on me. Won’t go there again.

I asked if I could get the shrimp for one of my sides for my plate and she told me it cost more. I told her that was fine bc I was in a rush and I was in the drive through. I got home and they didn’t put my shrimp in my plate. They always forget parts of your meal here. I also called the store to let them know what happened and they never answered.

Yesterday night wanted to eat Panda Express more than 7 staff available inside they have only one staff handling drive through orders and dine in orders at the same time everyone else just starring at each other confused faces.I was the only customer in line and was asked how can I help you? Assuming it meant what would you like to order laughing I don’t see anything funny but I didn’t say anything and then asked to wait while the employee is having socially time with some teenagers who walk in never experienced this type of environment at a fast food restaurant or any other panda Needed to leave city to another Panda Express due to bad customer service hopefully management can provide positive training to staff and would like to have a better experience next visit.

They like wasting peoples time. They say they open at 9am it’s currently 9:35 all employees are in their cooking and nothing. Why lead people on with your guys fake open hours it’s frustrating like if we all had all day to wait and to make it worst I can almost guarantee there’s going to be a wait on my food. There always is. 😤 UPDATE: 9:46 AM Apparently they don’t have water to boil steamed vegetables. Like literally water? I walked out of there never again.

I did not expect the bad service coming here for lunch. I came during a time that was not busy went through the drive thru placed my order very rushed by the worker like if they were busy. No one else was behind and when I go up to the window before I get the total I asked to add and small appetizer and was denied saying that they could not add anything. When I asked why and if they can help me place another order after paying the first one they denied everything. The worker talked back even questioned religion. There is no helping customers out here. Never coming here again.

This location is trash, my orders are rarely right, cold, minuscule serving size, or just disgusting. Tonight I had a 30 minute wait on a mobile order that said it was ready at 6, they somehow lost it and when I did get it found a long strip of plastic in my steamed vegetables. I'm done, this is just ridiculous.

On July 4, I went to my work to buy food, and for $10.50, they gave me less food. The honey chicken and green beans weren't fresh, and the beef was dry. They'd already reduced the portions, and it was expensive. I'm disappointed, I need my refunded my money. I sent them an email, but they didn't respond at all.

I eat at Panda Express restaurants about 4 times a week throughput different locations as I work in different cities and I was completely dissatisfied with this location. The food is not what I’m used to from panda. Nothing was cooked correctly today. lol at all the chill is in one serving of kung pao and the veggies were raw. The noddles and rice were over cooked and the grill chicken cold. Then there wasn’t many selections and I told her it was fir fine in and she just hands me all my items without a tray. I tried to use the restroom but a homeless person beat me to it and was in there so long I just left. I won’t be back to this panda again. Corporate needs to come check this place.

This location always gives you the wrong entrées and the amount of food they put on the plate is ridiculous seems like the workers are paying for the food 🤦🏻‍♂️Like stack it upp man 😂 They also never give you sauce for your food SPECIALLY when you get chicken teriyaki lol seriously the worst Panda Express I ever been too.
