If you blink you'll miss it. This lil hole in the wall is great place to sit and eat or drink while on miracle mile. My first time there and already ready to go back. Had their Smash Burger and shoe string fries. The patty was perfectly medium cooked and the grilled onions were just icing on the cake. Definitely will go back and try something else on their menu. Recommend this place to anyone looking for a good bite to eat.

Black Rabbit is a community hub and provides gastro pub mixology with local vibes and ambiance. The staff and owners are amazing and are an anchor to the Mile. I love their happy hours and recommend Black Rabbit as my favorite bar in Stockton California!!!

I've seen this place recommended on Google Maps dozens of times and tonight I finally got to check it out. This place is nice and small, a good place to snack and drink with a friend or small group. I got the Tiger's Blood (not pictured) and an order of Cracklins N' Hot sauce. Made fresh and they come to you warm, served with sliced lemons and good ol Tabasco (or Tapatio.) :) It was my fiesy time here and the bar tender was very nice and helped me out by suggesting light drinks. Had a nice time on my own. Thanks Black Rabbit Society.

My go-to neighborhood bar with amazing umami food. The staff are like family, awesome movies always playing in the background and genuine sporadic conversations with other guests usually arise. Moving to Stockton recently, I'm so glad to have found this gem.

What a beautiful experience we had from the staff down to the chef coming out to personally chat about the menu. The chef surprised us with new plates to explore. Each one was fun and filled with flavor. Having a conversation with the bartender and the owner, they brought us lovely cocktails to try. We tried 5 different shared plates, some not on the menu, all were delicious. The sliced beef sandwich (sorry I forgot name) was OUT OF THIS WORLD-if anything you must go just to consume this sandwich. This small quaint bar offered us such an enjoyable evening that will have us returning soon. It may be small, but the heart of this place of this place is huge. To all the staff, “Thank you”, and keep doing you!

We came in for dinner. The menu seemed truncated from what was on the website. I got a non-alcoholic drink, which was citrus, ginger and cucumber - very delicious and refreshing. The server was kind and let us know the kitchen was closing soon so we should order. She also apologized for the food coming out slowly. The music was a bit loud, but my tacos were good and my partners sandwich was also delicious. Very cool, laid back vibe.

If you haven’t already, definitely a must try bar/restaurant! I’m not sure why I’ve waited so long to check this place out, but I’m glad I finally did. This is an amazing little spot on miracle mile. I shouldn’t say little, they are pretty decent size, for small and average groups alike. The drinks are pretty tasty for all types of drinkers! And they have a pretty good selection of beer as well to try. And to top it all off, the staff is really amazing and makes sure you get exceptional service when you’re there alone or with friends!

When we walked in, the space around the bar was occupied, but there were available seating spaces toward the back. They also have a music player/juke box that you can pay to play music of your choice. The best part of this place to me was the burger. I got the OG smash burger, which was the best burger I've had since I moved to stockton a little while ago. They didn't have fries at the time because apparently the fryer was malfunctioning and substituted that for chips. The drinks were okay. The alcohol ratio in the drinks felt a bit high for my preference. Staff was pleasant, but it did take them a little while to take our orders and bring the food. The ambiance where we were seated was okay. It was a dimly lit space with red lighting. I would visit again, mostly just for the burger.

NOT A PLACE FOR FOOD, they are not adequately ready to serve food and the bartenders prefer to chat with their regulars than check on orders and actually help get orders out. Don't eat here if you want a meal, looking for a tiny dive bar, sure go but not for food.

We ordered appetizers and had to eat them off of the plate that it was brought on because they never brought extra plates to share and never cleaned them up once we were done. Food came out staggered, and people were done before the rest even got their food. Then the table behind us started getting upset because apparently they had a bunch of food charged on their bill they didn't order. On top of that, the first half of their bill was charged on my friends card. It was a complete mess. It took over an hour and a half to have the waitress figure it out. When she was done, she apologized and said she gave us a huge discount for all the confusion. We were late to our show and the next day found out they changed my friends account 2 times and completely denied the discount. When we called the owner to figure out what happened , he said that if we contested it with the bank he he would make the waitress pay the difference. What an absolutely disgusting way to treat your staff. We will never go back and plan on letting anyone we know it's not worth the trouble.
