The food is delicious! I always get the vermicelli bowl. They serve the food fast, maybe only 3 minutes. Atmosphere is relaxing. Definitely would give this place a try for lunch!
I almost didn’t give this place a chance… I haven’t trusted any place out here for pho as I have my favorite spot in the bay I go to. However, I haven’t felt good all week and really wanted some to help me feel better. This place doesn’t have alot of stars but close to my house so I gave it a shot. I got the filet mignon pho … The broth was super flavorful, and the noodles themselves were great. I also got a pork bahn mi which was good, not the best but good. I ordered online and didn’t have to wait at all at pick up. Overall it was good and I will be back for sure!
The seafood pho is very tasty. The fried Calamari and spring rolls are great.
Love their wings and grilled plates. Their pho could have bit more meat but it’s still good and one of the best in town.
It was amazing, I ordered the shrimp pho and my brother ordered the beef pho and both were delicious. The broth is incredibly seasoned and the chili sauce they gave was good as well. The shrimp and beef arent seasoned but the broth makes up for it. Definitely coming back. It was very clean and the lady who was working there was nice. It’s reasonable priced, about $13 for a small and $14.20 for a large. If you’re in the area, definitely stop by.
It’s become our go-to! We’ve tried different pho spots in Stockton but this by far seems to be the best quality noodle spot for the wife and I. Also great that it’s only 5 min away! Be sure to give it a try. The place is very nicely put together and has a very modern look to it.
I read a lot of reviews on this place and was highly skeptical so I decided to see for myself. Everything that I ordered was fresh and everybody working was HIGHLY attentive and friendly. I had the Vermacilli Bowl and Banh-Mi Pork sandwich and both were amazing!
I passed by this place often, but I didn't know about this place until a friend told me about it, so we had lunch there together. I ordered bunbohue, and I was surprised that it was better than I expected. I'll come and try it again next time, and if it's good, I plan to come often.
I’m always skeptical when it comes to trying vegan foods at new places but the vegan pho was DELICIOUS 🤤! The only dislike would be how much imma be spending here, and that I’m full but keep slurping this stunning broth! Next time I’ll definitely stop by instead of ordering Togo as the indoor decor was very calming! Overall great place and food! Idk about the regular meat options for this place but the vegan pho is a must try for any local vegans, just in time for the winter!
Loved this place! The restaurant was clean, the staff were attentive & kind. The ambiance was nice, they make you feel welcome. The food & drinks were delicious! I got the veggie pho with a Thai tea (which was the best tasting one I’ve had in a long time.) Also shared veggie spring rolls with my family, which those were also delicious. The veggie pho was great, good tasting broth, plenty of vegetables, and they also added a plant based meat but that I didn’t care too much for. They also added that plant based meat to the spring rolls which tasted better in those, than the pho. They have good vegan/vegetarian options overall so that’s a plus. I also enjoyed that the utensils come wrapped individually. A great pho place in my opinion, I definitely recommend them!
The place is not that big but quite busy. The price is around $15.00 and over. The soups are good but if you like egg noodle, they don't have it. The vietnamese coffee is good and strong but the vanilla smell is too strong.

I just wanted to say thank you to the young lady that was at this store on February 25 when the doors open at 10 AM she helped me out. I don’t know her name, but she was really helpful The Pho🍜 Was really good again I thank you so much🤗
I love the pho here, the broth always tastes so fresh it hits the spot. Clean environment, good decent customer service. In my opinion, The Pho is my favorite pho spot in stockton.

This is our favorite pho spot! The food is always so delicious! Only negatives I have is I wish it was a more homey experience. It’s all new staff every time we go. One time we went, a customer got the wrong order and when the server took the order back, the chef was screaming at him for everyone to hear. Everyone felt bad especially those customers. Love the food, just have a feeling I probably wouldn’t like the owner.
Food was extremely tasty and their milk teas are Supreme, but the service was not up to par. Like you can tell that they don't have enough staff or that it's extremely busy. But does get busy to the point where the servers don't really acknowledge you at all except what I assume look like the owner/manager. Whoever the manager/owner was was very helpful and the gentleman who was running the hoops.
Food was good but they never even gave us an water. I understand they were almost closing but at least still give your customer some service. The young lady that was cleaning up was shoving and slamming tables and chairs I couldn't even eat my pho properly. And still gave them a tip cause the food was bomb.
First time here. The #3 pho is tasty. The shrimp egg rolls were very good. We also tried the fried chicken which had a nice crisp skin but the meat was a bit dry. The menu is not as extensive as other pho restaurants. The servers are very friendly and welcoming, yet they rarely check in after serving the food. Prices are a bit high given the smaller portion sizes. The restaurant appeared popular given the full room.
What's good about this restaurant is the food quality, the service, and the place. The taste of the food is well balanced, not very spicy, not too sweet, not very salty and every food that is served are fresh cooked. The staff are very helpful and they always smile. The place is wonderful, best for couples and families.
Pretty standard vietnamese restaurant with all the standard dishes ---------- #1 Combo Pho Grade: B- Pretty decent serving of noodles and broth. Broth had decent bone broth flavor. I wish it came with a little bit more meat for the price you pay. ---------- Pork Chop Plate Grade: B+ Very standard rice plate done well. Pork chop is cooked nicely with a nice slight char without overcooking the meat. Comes with a bowl of soup. ---------- Spring Rolls Grade: A- Very well done spring rolls with the wrapper not too sticky/tacky and inside fillings decently proportioned. Comes with a peanut sauce.
Sister wanted us to go to the pho to try out their food and i was not disappointed by it. I order a simple Hu Tieu Khu which is dry noodles with a broth served aside, sister got the stir fried noodles and mother got the shrimpho. They disliked it because sister added too much hot sauce but it tasted great without the spice but they and i washed it down with a mango slush and passionfruit tea. Price was a bit over with the quanity and quality but it could be worth it if there were more toppings or broth added but i do hope order here again soon.
Food was great, vermicelli grilled pork and pho broth were delicious. Just the shrimp for the vermicelli was overcooked and bland. The service was 5/5 excellent though! Our waitress memorized our order of 7 dishes- one meal to go. Our food came out in what seemed like less than 10mins. Then without prompting, as we finished our meals and started to ask for the check, our to go meal was brought out. Our waitress even packed our leftovers for us. I was simply impressed enough to leave a review. :)

Today was our first time here, we had a guy greet us really warmly he was really good at customer service, he was very engaging. Our table had more people coming over to join later so we were left some time to look over things and decide. Soon after everyone was seated and ready to order except 2 of our party. We were ordering and had some questions for the person who was taking our order. This time the person who was taking our order was a female, she was shooting daggers out of her eyes and had a very annoyed air around her, so I gave up trying to decide between two orders and just chose one to hasten my time spent talking to her. She decided that she will come back to get the other 2 orders in later and left. When our whole table was done with the menu she said to us in a very annoyed voice, "Can you give me the menu, you don't need it anymore." She brought out our food in a VERY interesting way that could cause a lawsuit. The way she handled the soups could spill onto one of us and scald us. She also burned her hand when handling them. I watched her for a while when she brought out food for another customer, and she mishandled that bowl of soup. Our whole table was very wary of the way she brought out our food so whenever she did we would move many things on the table to make a big space for her to put our food out. It was pretty uncomfortable. Soon after though the manager saved the day by switching our server, who was a lot more engaging. Thank god. Also the food was really good, I will still come back regardless of this incident.
Good place to eat. I’ve been here a couple times and always enjoy the food. I like to order the beef rib pho. A small has two big ribs with bone. Very hardy meal. I get extra green onions put oyster sauce bean sprouts lots of lemon and jalapeños. Simple and tasty. 7/2025 Took an order to go for the next day. All ingredients were packaged neatly and with care. Soup separate from noodles and toppings so you can warm up soup n just pour over. Very yummy. Came with Sriracha chopsticks fork oyster sauce n chile oil.
It has a wide menu and looks cleaner than other pho places in Stockton. I’m not sure about the ingredient quality or the taste.

I really wanted to like this place bc it’s the cleanest and most modern pho restaurant in Stockton. But it just falls short. We ordered large #1, bbq vermicelli bowls, and 1 bbq rib + 2 Thai teas. I have to agree with another review that mentions the pho tastes water down. The flavor of aromatics are present but unfortunately, it is not full bodied like it is missing salt. My sisters said the vermicelli bowls were good tho, so that’s great. Then the Thai teas are way too sweet. Overall, we all agree we would not come back ):
Idk what happened to this place. Before I enjoy their food, but today their pho was blah, egg rolls tasted old. And I hate their hot sauce.
They charge 3% to pay with debit or credit and leave you standing at the counter for 10 mins while they serve dining area, get more staff!
My first impression was the table we sat at felt dirty. I don't know if its just the cleaner they use, but I could see previous customers finger prints all over and it was streaky, as if it was covered in grease. I'm sure it's their cleaning product, but it grossed me out. Secondly, the flavor was good, I enjoyed the flavor. My family enjoyed the flavor of their plates.....but my goodness the portions were VERY small 😣. The amount of money I spent, I wish I just took it to my regular spot. Leaving unsatisfied, because the price and the portions do not go hand in hand. I really wanted to enjoy this place, because I live so close by. I was very excited to see a Pho place in my neighborhood. But now I wish I didn't even bother today.
Bo bun hue. This is my go-to dish. This place served me bo bun hue flavored chicken pho. if your not going to take time and make Bo bun hue then take it off the menu.It was too many flies in the restaurant. Several flies landed on my water cup and soup bowl and I left without finishing. I'd come back and try a rice plate if they can curtail their fly problem.

If customer service is important to you. Don’t dine or eat here. They don’t treat all customers equally. I paid and tipped before eating just like everyone else . Yet they treated me differently. They bagged my food up , brought it to my table and never came back to my table to check on me again . I observed how they treated other customers as I unpacked my food and ate at my table . They checked on others . Brought them glass pitches of water , cups , plates and utensils. You would’ve thought I was invisible the way they walked past my table which was between two other eating parties. I don’t care how nice your restaurant is decorated with chandeliers and plants. Not impressed at all . I have a nicer chandelier in my dining room at home. You can’t be a successful and respected restaurant treating people so rudely. I will never eat or recommend this place to anyone. A friend of mine remembered being treated the same way recently . You’re definitely in the wrong industry being prejudice toward specific races. Luckily there are plenty more places to go eat Pho in Stockton. 👎
I was hoping that this place would be good. Came in an hour before closing and was served re-heated shrimp rolls. They were warm with a rubbery texture and came out seconds after I ordered them. The pho wasn't that much better. Warm broth and just not we'll made.
I was seated but I waited 20+ minutes to be serve and ask what I would like to order. It wasn't even that busy. Probably like 6 customer in there including me. Tried just looking at my phone, tried closing the menu and put it to the side. Made eyes contact with the one who seated me. To see if they notice that i was ready to order. I watched as everyone who came in after me get serve. I just walk out after.
The pho was so bland I had to put in 4 tablespoons of fish sauce just for it to be edible, it also didn’t help that their waiters ignore you half the time. we got our drinks almost at the end of our meal and they had forgotten 2 of them until my husband was able to flag them down after multiple tries trying to get their attention . The place is nice and new and that’s about it.
I have been here before a couple of times . Their pho is good. Unfortunately they don’t have a kids menu! So I had to order my kid a big plate and paid way more . Shrimp spring rolls were made sloppy, used the wrong lettuce and no cucumbers. The beef short ribs tasted old and had nothing but straight fat. Waiters were so unprofessional and rude. Especially the Mexican looking girl. I liked coming here but I found a better places “pho island “ is so far the best I had.
I was doing a door dash order and they told me it would be another 15 minutes and I have already been waiting for 30 min so my dash had ended by then and this was the first order I had gotten I ended up waiting and hour and a half and was only able to complete 1 dash in that hour because the had no concern for my time. The manager was just in the back not helping and avoiding the people. The nice lady worker was working so hard to get everyone calm and maintain the restaurant. The manager needs to step up.
2 disabled seniors asked if a big bowl of hot soup could be divided and they said yes… brought the soup and another big bowl and told us they couldn’t divide it for us. It would’ve taken them less than a minute but they refused saying they had too much to do. It was hard but we did it but we will never go there again! It’s not disability friendly… not even the fresh spring roll could they cut it for us and gave us a plastic knife to cut it ourselves. Terrible Service!!!
BUGS!!! BUGS! BUGS!! Eating and when I look down I see a small fly. Could’ve been from where we were sitting so I picked it out and began to stir my bowl 3 more floated to the top. I could see them not comping the 3 bowls halfway eaten due to a complaint but this is surely a time comped meals should’ve taken place.
This is the worst bowl of Bon Bo hue I’ve ever had. The tendon was inedible. Completely tough and rubbery and the rest of the meat just tasted like freezer burn. Skip this place
Just tried to have lunch here and walked out from frustration. I was craving some good pho for my lunch and had eaten here before. The food on my previous visit had been good and quick so I figured this was a good option as I only had 30 minutes. It took a few minutes to seat me but they seemed to have few staff so I wasn't overly concerned. I was sat next to the entry and provided a menu. I knew what I wanted pretty quick so I pushed my menu to the side to indicate I was ready to order and waited to be served. Thirty minutes later no one had come to take my order. Servers walked passed me multiple times, seated, provided water, and took orders for other customers who had come in after me. The final straw was when food started to arrive for a couple who had come in 10 minutes after I had. I might as well have been invisible. I will not be returning here.
Meat tasted old and expired. Service was subpar. Our drinks were delivered after we were nearly finished with our entrees. My mom told one of the servers that the service needed improvement and the server was complacent and uncaring. The business isn't concerned about the poor reviews because they have friends who will give them good reviews.
We just dined in for lunch. The atmosphere was nice and inviting. But when it came to service. That was horrible. The host got to us fairly quickly and she brought us waters as soon as we sat down. The server that served us had a bad attitude. Was not personable. Did not check up on us maybe she was having a bad day. But at least fake it and respond back with something when we say “Thank you”. But not a single word from her until I went to go pay. Food was mediocre. We had the combination pho with rib bone, Bo kho, and wings. It was just bland. The only thing that was good was my iced coffee. My bill was $64. Not worth it.

We are so lucky to have lots of amazing Vietnamese food in Stockton— this place is not one of them. The food is not good at all, especially compared to other places in town. Additionally, the service is so slow and unfriendly. Bummer because I’d love to support another local spot but cannot justify going here anymore.
Ordered from The Pho through DoorDash and noticed the prices are bumped up compared to in-store. Just a heads up if you’re ordering delivery. Also, if you’re getting pho through DoorDash or any food delivery app, stick with the small. I ordered a small once and it was pretty small, so the following week I ordered a large, expecting more food, but it was the exact same size as the small. Didn’t see any difference in portion at all. I think it was like $2 difference too. Typical Vietnamese restaurant, rude employees and poor customer service. What’s up with Vietnamese restaurant always having an attitude lol. Food was okay, but the portion sizing for the price was disappointing.
My family walked in and were ignored waiting for a table. A couple came in and were immediately greeted and sat down. They asked the server if they were going to seat us too and that we were here before them. At this point I felt like they just didn't want to seat my family so we just left.
Went to the restaurant to order take out. No service was provided. The worker didn't acknowledge I was there. Got tired of waiting, so I left. What a waste of time. This restaurant need better service. Would not recommend.
