An excellent pizza in Moncalieri, made in a wood-fired oven. Friendly and helpful staff. Truly delicious pizza, with a light crust and full of flavor and toppings. My only regret, actually two: not having tried the chickpea farinata and the special-dough pizza. But it's one reason I'll want to return ;-)

Super large variety of pizzas and the staff it's nice and super friendly. They offer also to cut your pizzas. Furthermore, you can create your own pizza. I tried one particular called "fagottino" with a big variety of filling and was really good!

The pizza is very good. I have lived in Moncalieri for two years, and come here often. The staff are a wonderful team. They say hello to all that enter, and goodbye to everyone that exits. It's like Cheers! The team hustles, everyone has their role, and they work that pizza oven. There may be a better pizza downtown Turin, but for me I prefer this pizza place over any other nearby. I like my pizza with double sauce, and slightly undercooked. And they do it for me every time! Other places take the order, but it either does not get to the guys in the kitchen, or they don't care. Love this place, very much enjoy the pizza, and really like a team that is experienced, and having fun at their job. Heck, even the delivery guys are nice to the small crowd waiting. I strongly suggest you go early. They get swamped. They even put a pizza or two on the counter to chomp on while you wait for your pie to come out. I am on my way back to the US, and will this place!

Super friendly despite the workload. Very coordinated, and it's enjoyable to watch them work and interact with each other. Let's get to the pizza: super digestible, good dough. Overall, an excellent pizza. Fair prices. If we really want to nitpick, they sometimes run late for takeout, but that's about 30% of the time, and not often. It's still worth picking it up.

Meet at the Cafè

It's the closest pizzeria to my house, so I've ordered pizzas from Mondo Pizza several times. The pizza is generally okay, sometimes better, other times it's burnt or overcooked. We ordered two pizzas on Sunday night, and they were a disaster: one with chips you could count on one hand, mostly burned, and one with sausage and onion. I can't say which ingredient had gone bad, but the taste was truly terrible, so we didn't eat it. We called not so much to raise any issues with the pizza as to let them know so they could check to make sure nothing had actually gone bad. Let's just say you'd expect at least an offer to offer another pizza since the one we paid for was thrown away, but that wasn't the case. It doesn't matter, but I was craving pizza tonight, and after the last time, I preferred not to risk it. A little further down the road, I discovered a fabulous pizzeria.

We returned to try this pizzeria again after the renovation... the place has definitely been modernized, and the new oven is impressive... Too bad the pizzas were all burnt... not a single one out of four... when I noticed, we were already home, otherwise I would have had them remade... (The person who picked them up said the area where they are put in the boxes wasn't clearly visible from the counter...). The problem wasn't just the burnt crust... they were overcooked! A real shame because the ingredients themselves would have been good... but everything was lost in the aftertaste... The only positive note was the farinata... I don't know if the problem was the new oven... or if we were just unlucky... but it wasn't a pleasant experience... 😓

A giant bald guy in his 50s named Dario, a friend of the pizzeria, threatened and physically attacked some kids for no reason at all, terrible weather, they barely kicked him out, I waited for half an hour and the pizza was awful

I'm sad because my family and I have always gotten pizza from Mondopizza and More in Moncalieri (near 45°), with a home delivery service for €1.50 (sometimes even just €1). This time, we decided to change things up and try this Mondopizza, as recommended by a girl at Mondopizza and More, since they're often too busy to even make deliveries. The unpleasant surprise began already when I had to wait 10 minutes at the door with the delivery guy because he didn't know how much I had to pay. Then, when he finally managed to call the pizzeria to ask for the price, they told him the delivery price was €5!!!! (so a total of €13 for a 4-season pizza). The same guy was surprised and said into the phone (embarrassed), "Look, they only have one pizza!"... and was told the reason was that the place is too far from the pizzeria. Here we're talking about Moncalieri - Trofarello, 3.9 km and a 7-minute drive, not even, to get there. (So ​​we're not talking about Turin-Trofarello) ... While Mondopizza and More is also 3.6 km away at a price of €1.50. Now I've paid anyway... since the pizza was for my mother and unfortunately she can't travel or discuss it due to problems, but I honestly feel very sorry for such an experience. Apparently, what they told us about the two places being the same isn't true, nor were we told when we booked that this would be an exorbitant price, given that they asked for the address for delivery. I will definitely never order from this place again, much to my disappointment.
