I always go here as part of my mall ritual. Depending on the staff, my experience will vary. But today the staff was really friendly and helpful!!

Absolutely outstanding! The lady manager, Amber, does an outstanding job at keeping the stock fresh cooked to just the precise pretzel color-ist, and always has a smile on her and the staffs faces.

You going there several times when you get to the real manager, that’s supposed to be over the store you let him know that they are not cooking the mini dogs right either they’re gonna be burnt or when you get them, And you pick them up at the cup the wiener falls out, so therefore You have to put the wiener in there and hold it tight just to eat it. They have not made this stuff right over a year. It’s been garbage. Even the cinema sticks are very hard sometimes.

It was a very strong artificial taste that did not go with the pretzel. Plus the amount of cheese in the packet is so little for that price. $7 for this is way overpriced also.

Two stars because a 13 year old boy served me and I think that’s great. However, even for his age he lacked any social skills or enthusiasm. I don’t think he ever even talked to me. He could have been deaf, idk. Okay, whatever, but take a look at the pretzel (or pieces) I received. When you pay like $4, you kind of expect there to be some standards. Unfortunately, this was the best service I’ve received at this location. Last time I filled out the survey on the receipt (almost a year ago), was contacted by the manager who appreciated my feedback and promised to send a free pretzel voucher, but never did. I just can’t support this place. Disappointed every time.

The time you spend waiting in line for a pretzel is equivalent to the amount of time you would wait in a fancy Chinese restaurant. This place is terribly understaffed and unorganized. Your legs and feet will hurt by the time you get to even place you order, on top of which you wait more for them to make your order. Not to mention, the cashier is like 12-13, which I’m pretty sure is illegal in Texas. The only reason this gets two stars is because the pretzels are always delicious 💯💯

So annoying to receive something so awful and I’m pretty much burnt when this is what you’ve been craving. Very disappointing and I’ll be disputing this transaction.

I went there on 5-23-2021 around 4-5 pm and one of the workers touched her hair, phone, pants, and wiped her nose with her hands. She did not change her gloves after doing all that and continued to touch the dough and weenies. I am currently pregnant and ever since I ate there I feel sick to my stomach no it’s not my symptoms I’ve already passed that stage. I have a headache that has not gone away and I threw up everything almost immediately after eating it. I am complaining tomorrow to corporate and the managers. Also the employees look to be 15.

They took it out the case and said they were already bought… 3 boys in the front were rude/dismissive and they were playing inappropriate music loudly. They said they were closed when they clearly weren’t.

The service was very slow and when I finally got my pretzel bites, it was cold and very soggy at the same time. I tried to eat it because I really wanted it but I gave up after two bites. I won’t be returning to this location.
