I ordered Chicken Enchiladas with black beans togo and they gave me refried in both orders. This has happened before and I didn't complain, but it's not acceptable anymore. I didn't notice until I reached my destination and didn't have time to go back. The nearby location that I usually visit is always accurate.

The staff is very courteous, attentive, and friendly. The staff's attention to details is excellent. They all need raises. The breakfast is only good because of the onions, jalapeños, and Salsa Ranch. Remove the extra toppings and you have yummy eggs with the driest cheese and tortillas ever. The extra toppings save the meal. I loathe dry burritos and tacos even though I am not the biggest Tex-Mex fan.

Our family has had Taco Cabana in several locations, this is by far our worst experience. We asked for no lettuce on any of our items however we received lettuce on everything. Our chicken fajita taco meat was burnt, We ordered 3oz of guacamole & queso that wasn't received. We love TC but this location needs to get it together for their drive thru customer's.

I have always loved taco cabana so much. I have been getting their cheese enchilada dinner plates for 20 years now. However, the amount of times I have found hair in their food isn’t normal, specifically when the food is for take out. I rarely step foot into the restaurant so I haven’t had this issue in person but anytime I order from them, the amount of times I’ve found hair in my food is actually insane. Yet I have continued to order from them giving them multiple chance but it’s ridiculous and I shouldn’t be ordering and paying for something expecting to have to look through my food before taking a bite just in case there is hair in there. This needs to be taken care of at ALL locations btw. This location isn’t the only one with this issue.

Let me start by saying I went through the drive-thru. They were very brief when I pulled up to the window. I saw why as I pulled up to the window . They had already had the steam Wells cleaned out. I ordered a taco. They went and got a cold tortilla. Got some meat off of a cart. Put it in tortilla and gave it to me. Wow! I'm trying to attach photos. What a waste. How disgusting. She was cleaning and did not change her gloves. I am so grossed out and will never go back. Keep up the great work guys!.

Where's the Health Department when you need them this place served me rotten lettuce and there's no excuse for it because the meat was lukewarm at best so I know that didn't cause it to wilt and rot. No worries I'll just spend my money with one of the other restaurants nearby.

Who are they left in charge, "Rodrigo" is absolutely incompetent and has ZERO customer service skills.... They charge $0.40 extra per breakfast taco to add cheese and I pay it and a dozen breakfast tacos cost $40... This is through the drive-thru window after waiting 15 minutes... Then I get home and there's no cheese on anything.... I call up in this Rodrigo guy offers no apology or any accountability at all tells me I have to go in person to get the "cheese charges" refunded????? .... On a to go order?

The double crunch pizzas were disappointing — they had less filling than usual, the shells were old and soft, and the meat didn’t smell right. Overall, it was an awful experience. It’s frustrating, especially when you only have a few locations. You’d think they’d take extra care to maintain quality. It’s almost like they’re trying to drive customers away.

Never coming back to this place. Ordered the street tacos, and tortillas were cold, BARELY any meat i was shocked. Ordered a large CHICKEN quesadilla and half of it had beans only. That is ridiculous. If you dont have enough chicken for the food, at least let the customer know. Not just throw beans as a replacement. It was my first and last time going to this place. Huge disappointment. I should have just gone to 7/11 for a meal. Save yalls money!!!!!

Something told me I should have turned around when I got to the drive thru. I will go with my first thought next time. The food was horrible I ordered a chicken quesadilla.. I don’t know what kind of meat was put on the quesadilla but it’s didn’t taste like chicken. I live too far from this establishment to take it back. Cheese tasted old and meat tasted old. They really need to improve on the food quality.

This location should close or hire new people. The restaurant was empty at 2pm so I went inside. Long story short, I watched the employees take out the trash for 20 minutes and never had my order taken so I left. I own several businesses in the area and I would fire the employees from this business. My mind was blown that an employee just ignores customers. Crazy. Yes I waited 20 minutes on the dot because after 10 minutes I was curious how long it would take to be helped, I never got my answer.
