Leticia was SO friendly and kind! I do not stop in and sit down to eat often, but she made the experience feel as if I was at a fine dining restaurant. For every single person she catered, ensured we had everything we needed, as well as checked in with those who were ordering at the kiosk as well. I don't know how Shake Shack got so lucky to have her, but she is the real deal!

Came here for a quick lunch, was welcomed by Leticia. She served me well. Also saw her checking on crying kids with warm manners. What an awesome worker! Other workers here also ask me how was the meal and everything. Good job Sugarland Shake Shack.

Shake Shack is always delicious, but this location is very good service.

Very clean and delicious. I enjoyed every moment at shake shack. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they even asked if I wanted a refill while I was eating! I had an amazing experience dining at Shake shack Sugar Land! I will definitely come back and recommend to others.

I remarked to the first person I saw. 3) The first person (see 2) was named CiCi. She told me they have an evening cleaning crew and then have hourly clean-up. 4) I asked if she was a manager and she was! I raved about the restrooms and the great food. 5) I asked if there was a way to compliment her and she gave me the feedback link. 6) You are very lucky to have such a personable and hard working manager at the Sugar Land location. 7) CiCi went to each table to ask if anyone needed anything and asked us the same. 8) The hamburgers cost more than other fast food places, but they are delicious and more than likely, they are healthier. I am not sure that the #240170 is the ticket number

This was my first time, trying shake shack, and I was not disappointed. The beef actually taste like something you would make at home and the bread was fresh. to be honest, this is the closest to a homemade hamburger that you can get

I tried the Tiramisu thick shake at Shake Shack, and it was honestly too good. It was rich, creamy, and full of that perfect coffee-chocolate flavor. What made it even better was the tiramisu biscuit inside such a nice surprise and added great texture to the shake. Definitely a must-try if you love dessert-style shakes. Super satisfying and worth it.

Great tasting burgers here at shake shack Sugar land. Small burgers for the price though. I only come here when they have promos for it to be worth. Interior is pretty spacious and they have easy parking. The wait time on a Monday noon was about 10 min for 4 burgers. I always get extra side of shake sauce to add on the burger!! Will def be back on a day they have a promo !!

Solid burger at Shake Shack. Juicy, sauce was on point, and actually a good size. They forgot my drink at first but fixed it quick. Should’ve gotten the combo with a Fries/shake — next time 😅

The location is very convenient. I like the atmosphere, clean and cozy. I ordered two burgers, a bacon cheese fries, and Oreo cookie shake. They all tasted pretty good. But the burger structure was not quite right. The portabello mushroom was much smaller than the brioche buns. The portion of the fries was smaller than I expected. But I don’t think it’s unique to this branch. Generally speaking I think shake shack serves smaller portions than other burger restaurants. The spicy shack sister burger was a pleasant surprise. It was spicier than I thought but I like it.

The food was indeed hot. My only gripe with the food was the fries... They're basically store bought with canned nacho cheese on top. However, my burger and shake were legit 👌. The prices are a tad high but it's location speaks to that. Overall I had a great time; I would recommend the burgers and shakes to those interested in visiting the place.

There is something about these cheese burgers, crispy but juicy, brioche bun and a creamy cheddar. Definitely good. The fries are good and could probably be shared by two. Shakes hit the spot! I like mine malted! A little pricey. The inside is simple and could stand a little more attention by the staff. The burgers are cooked after you order so it will taste fresh. Love that.

Food was good. Place was clean. Cashier made several mistakes on the order but I think he was new. He was really nice and he was trying. I think he needed a little more training before he was ready to be left alone. The food was very good. Will likely go back.

This was my first time. I like the space. I came around 8pm, so it was peaceful and relaxing. No crowds or disruptions. Pierre was friendly. I'm grateful for his kind welcome. I hope he is treated well here, customers or not. I tried the veggie shack and chicken wrap. Both were delicious, especially the veggie shack. I'll definitely come back to try more of the vegetarian options. Plus, the pomegranate sweet basil lemonade is a great choice.

Shakes are definitely worth it. Got both chocolates and Vanilla and enjoyed both. But the burgers, their prices are wild. 9 bucks for the burger alone and add 10 bucks more you get fries and a coke

I really love this place but yesterday when i ordered my favorite meal and arrived home to eat it. I was disappointed in the supposed to be chicken bites. They were not the same as they usually were. I feel like customers should be informed when an item is changed. I did speak with the manger who was very helpful and nice and she explained to me the change. The food was really good, we got a sandwich, fries and shake; there’s plenty of tables. We ordered our food ourselves and it was brought to our tables, which was nice. One thing I didn’t like is that this employee kept coming to our table over and over again to see if we were done. We would be deep in conversation and she’d come, interrupting. I understand that it’s a fast food place and people come and go but it was a week day, it wasn’t that crowded, so it’s not like they needed the table or anything. It was a bit disconcerting. So I’d come again just to eat but definitely not to hang out.

We ordered the Korean burgers for a spirit night. At first, they were good, but as we ate more, the burgers increased in saltiness. I couldn't finish mine. My husband and daughter agreed that the burgers were too salty. It was really disappointing. The tiramisu shake, though, was delicious!

Nothing better than to receive a defiant response (see below). I grew up on this type of food. Yet, the price for a milkshake (very small) and burger is ridiculous. Suburbanite kids and those that spend frivolously find it worthwhile. Those that want value will go elsewhere. Note the response and tone. Let's dig in a little more. The beef appears to be a nice mix of beef, but 78% with 22% fat is worse, slightly worse than most chains as 80%-20%? Any preservatives in the food or ice cream? Any processed food? Any shipped in frozen (i.e., chicken, beef, pork, etc.) versus prepared fresh? My earliest job and training was making and serving ice cream related deserts (i.e, shakes, malts, sundaes, ice cream cakes, sandwiches, etc.) Paid for college and grad school working in restaurants and fine dining...and I love food. One of my children is a French trained, degreed Chef (LeNôtre). High quality is a very undefined, thus, debatable topic.
