Evening staff greeted us at the door. Gave us a few mins. And checked to see if we were ready. Also, answered some questions. Their donuts n ice cream was yummy. Overall experience was great. Store was clean n organized. Staff was sweet n friendly.

Love the drive up window to order doughnuts! They were the cutest Halloween doughnuts. We weren't expecting them to be festive. Thank you to the business for providing such an easy way to get our sweets for our party.

I visited specifically for the bucket of Munchkins for Halloween. I placed an order via the app, scheduled for later in the day, and it was ready by the pickup time I chose. I was able to pull right through the drive thru and grab my order. The lady who gave me my order was very friendly. The pumpkin latte was just ok, watered down by the time I arrived, and the munchkins were slightly disappointing. The picture showed some with sprinkles, but I only received plain, powdered sugar, and a few chocolate. The bucket itself is very cute, but the lid doesn't fit! Oh well. It will work for candy, I suppose.

I just don't get the hype. I've had donuts from here a couple of times now since they've opened. They're good but nothing to write home about. A couple of days ago my wife and I went there for a cool treat. This place is a Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin Robin's combo. My wife ordered a Mangonada drink and I had a double scoop ice cream cone. Was it good? Yes. Was the price reasonable? NOPE! $17.35 for those two items. INSANE! We probably won't go back anytime soon. Ridiculous!

I ordered a mocha expecting it to be hot and got an iced mocha. Maybe I should have clarified but I had never ordered a mocha from here and really wish they would have asked hot or cold. I really felt like they didn't ask because it's was faster to do an iced mocha. I also ordered a coffee cake muffin and it was a little stale. There was very little seating and big open space where they could have had seating. It was not welcoming whatsoever

I was super excited to have a DD near me. I've been coming here since they opened last year and I figured early issues were just because they were just opened. I was wrong. I went there today and the lady at the drive thru seemed more interested in small talk with other employees then even bothering looking at me when handing things to me. I almost dropped my food and debit card on the wet ground because of her lack of attention. They lack proper management, all the employees seem lost and don't care about customer service

No complaints about the store and it's merchandise but the service needs improvement badly. There is absolutely no reason to stand and wait for a small scoop of ice cream for 30 minutes when there's only customers. I barely give 2 stars but this store needs to either hire some more staff or employees needs to hustle up. It should not take 30 minutes to scoop a small ice cream :-(

2nd time ordering through the mobile app and picking it up in the drive-thru. I ALWAYS get missed orders. And even when I bring it up to Customer Support, they have an automated chat trying to offer points to make up for the mistake. As soon as I declined to speak with someone, they make a case then close the chat. Horrible experience every time

This could be a good place with the combo Dunkin' Dounts/Baskin Robbins, but the employees are so unhappy. Customer service is REALLY bad. We have been ignored for several minutes waiting about half the time we go there. Literally, no one says hello, goodbye, thank you, you're welcome, come again, nothing. Employees don't seem to want to be there. They move slowly, sluggishly. Its such a strange atmosphere to walk into with not one person making eye contact or welcoming you or saying they will be with us very soon. We are always just ignored until they are ready to help us. We go there for ice cream and coffee drinks, and I don't think I've ever seen any of the workers crack a smile since the place opened.

Scheduled a mobile order pickup the day before for 9:10am, but none of it was even started when I got there at 9:10am. I was waiting around for about 5-10min with no assistance at the mobile pickup line until I had to bother someone. I had to have the delivery somewhere by a certain time, but that could not be done due to it not be done on time. I will say the donuts were good and the coffee was hot. Not worth being late for delivery over though. Never had this problem at other Dunkin places. Order was not done till 9:32am instead of being done at 9:10am.

So I work in the same complex so I visit at least 3-5 times a month and over the last year or so the service has just went down hill I don't know if they got new management or what. But the ladies who do not ever wear their name tag so you can't call them out by name for the poor quality of customer service. But STEVEN (sorry I hope I spelled it correctly) is awesome I mean awesome at least Everytime I go in and yes there he greets the customers hes on top of making sure you have what you need and gets out as fast as possible! Shout out to Steven keep up the awesome work!!!

I have been to many dunkins in the past but this one is by far the worst. Starting off with pulling into the parking lot, all the trash cans are over flowing. Inside the floors and tables are dirty. Second tue staff was clueless on the donuts they offered. They didn't even know what the bakers choice was. Like seriously?? They also didn't greet and were not friendly. They had the look of They didn't care. The donuts were the only slightly positive thing. They tasted ok. We will not be returning.

The donuts are always good. Today we ordered two breakfast sandwiches and they tasted so burnt. We should have been cautious once they opened the drive through window you could smell the burnt bread. Definitely disappointed because it wasnt cheap!

The doughnuts never have enough icing and taste below average, the customer service is just terrible, and they've gotten more of my orders wrong in two months than Starbucks has in two years. The way things are running you'd think it's been there for years with no corporate support or strong leadership but it's only been a few months. I miss Del Taco.

I've been here 4 different times in the 5 months this location has been open. Without fail, there has been issues. Once a strawberry milkshake ordered was so runny it was basically strawberry milk. Okay, not doing drive thru for Baskin Robin's products. 5 months in, this location is missing signage. Example - went in for an ice cream for our daughter. At least 7 slots just had empty plastic holders in front of ice cream tubs. No one even hand wrote on paper what the flavors were. I get supply chain issues. I get running out of doughnuts later in the day, so on. I do not get this place looking as if it just opened when again? It's at least 4 or 5 months in. Also a Def need for a manager or adult on site. The staff seemed confused or incapable however, I put that on poor or no management versus grossly underpaid staff. Was excited a BR/Dunkin' is so close to my house but totally skip this location. Sunset Doughnuts across the street been there for years.

Horrible service. You’re lucky if they even input your order in correctly. Even luckier if they actually manage to give you the correct order at the end of the transaction! Refused to provide a refund for something they charged me for then realized they didn’t even have. Offered me something that was only $1 for said $4 item. The list goes on. Don’t go here. I order a brew coffee medium roast (extra hot) explain detail as possible not much just too make sure it was extra Hot, when my order was yelled ready I got my coffee and Lis was not put on right spilled over my hand and shirt after cleaning up try to sip on my coffee it was Cold to top it off brought it up to if I can please have another or if possible to heat this one up to get it to a hot temp, I was told “No it’s how the machine makes it”. didn’t want to make it a bigger deal I asked for refund and went about my day.

Wanted to order food and coffee . Made the mistake of ordering the coffee first. So then the menu disappeared with only my coffee showing. So, we deleted the coffee so the screen would bring back the menu. It did not work, . The attendant asked to read me the menu which was nice but I did not want a menu read to me. Too much hassle so I didn’t buy a thing. You need to change the menu as permanent so folks can see the menu g the whole time they are ordering like ALL other Fast food establishments . Now I’m stuck in line! And it is a long long wait

Terrible customer service, terrible donuts! Went inside to order. I counted about 5 employees and none of them had some form of greetings or something. Just ignored me. Thought maybe they’re "busy” enough to handle 3 cars in drive thru so ok 🤦🏻. So looked for what I’ll fill my dozen donuts to order. I had eye contact on 4 of them and they just still shunned me. Didn’t want to be rude but after a long wait with not one telling me they’d be with me I just had to call they’re attention and asked if they’ll have someone to assist me or do i have to go to drive thru to be taken care of. One girl said " oh yes there is we’ll be right with you🤷🏻. So a guy took my order and seems to be lost, had to completely spell out what i wanted🤦🏻. I’ll cut this short too long already but they are slow, lacking in proper customer service etiquette and all that for donuts that is nothing to talk about! People are right that Sunset donuts on the other side of street is a WHOLE LOT BETTER, great service, BIGGER & FRESHER donuts for right price too! Well I tried to check out dunkin donuts but I’d definitely stick to Sunset donuts or Jelly donuts in west texas. 🤷🏻🤷🏻🤷🏻

Was so excited to have DD close by. So disappointing!!! Love the powdered chocolate cream donuts. It was 97% donut and 3% chocolate cream. I’ll go somewhere else for some good donuts. DD just needs to shut down. And they have a bunch of kids who don’t care about customers.

This place will not make it if they don’t pay attention. Ordered two 2 scoop hot fudge sundaes. One came with caramel topping whip cream, nuts and a cherry. The second came in a tiny cup with just a single scoop of ice cream and no toppings at all. When I questioned them they had no clue what I was talking about. Had to ask them to add whip cream and nuts. In the end both sundaes where wrong.

Stopped by with the kids to get some ice cream. We were not greeted by any employee, yet there were at least 10 employees just standing around. The couple of employees I did have interaction with were very rude, one girl kept giving me dirty looks from behind the counter. They weren't helpful or attentive. Took forever to take my order. Got it wrong even after repeating it several times. STILL tried giving me the wrong flavor ice cream. All I ordered were 4 single scoop cones. I wanted to order coffee but they seemed to have trouble with a simple ice cream order so I decided not to go with the coffee... another customer behind me had a similar experience and decided to voice his opinion. He asked for a manager, basically three employees just stood there.. one supposedly was a manager but wasn't clear on who. There was what looked like a store manager conducting interviews at the other end of the store, but even he seemed to have been unbothered by the way this place was being ran. Also there were no napkins available, nor were they offered. All around horrible experience. The staff needs serious training

Service especially in the drive through is TERRIBLE! The guy working today Saturday 10/14/23 1:20P needs to be retrained on his customer service!!!!!! After his attitude about a drink I wanted to ordered I reversed and left YOU WILL NOT HAVE MY BUSINESS WITH EMPLOYEES WITH ATTITUDES Also to add to this, I have been to this establishment 3 times and all those times the same guy with attitude was pouring himself a drink and touching everything even the donuts without washing his hands and I told myself and have warned my family not to come back but I try to give it another try and again same guy has a bad attitude in the drive through, if you want loyal customers to keep coming back your employees need to be retrained with customer service and hygiene around food/drink!!!!!

Restroom extremely dirty!!! Urine all over toilet seat, no toilet seat covers, very smelly!!! Informed the crew, (very unfriendly)and begged two times if I could use the other restroom, they said it's locked and they don't have the key. Never again!!!

I ordered through the self kiosk and she gave me all the wrong donuts. I should've checked before I left the store - I got a chocolate cake donut got regular chocolate. If they were out of the cake I assume they would have asked if subbing it for the regular was okay but I wanted a cake donut that day.

Tried to give Dunkin another try here in Suisun after a previous (Just as bad) experience. I waited between 20-25 minutes or so for my iced coffee (Caramel craze) and they barley had any orders. They asked what I ordered 3 separate times. They made it wrong the first time, then they remade it. I drank maybe 20% or less of the cup and threw it away because it tasted discusting like they burnt the coffee and just kept letting it burn. Yuck. I can almost guarantee they don't clean their machines based on both taste and texture. They seriously have no clue what they are doing there. 2 of the workers had their underpants hanging out (They must think it's a cool look) and it was both unprofessional and not sanitary. I will never come to this location again. Especially when the one in American Canyon (Where I live) is so much cleaner, a freakin million times better trained, quicker, and their customer service is amazing. Suisun Dunkin customer service is non-existent. Period. Now I'm sad. I hate giving bad reviews.

this place needs to be shut down. i’ve gone three times and each time my drinks taste like dirt water. nothing is ever made right, always have to throw full drinks away cause they’re terrible. rude employees as well.

Bring back fresh made in store donuts. Stopped by for some donuts to see how it’s going with this franchise and I would say downhill. Literally threw away my donuts they were so disgusting.

I received my doughnuts right away but was forced to watch 10 drive thru specialty drinks being made and stacked up before I asked for refund my drip already coffee brewed coffee. Then when I asked for the refund the cashier who was same one got me doughnuts says would you just like it now which is what should occurred to begin with. Completing tasks before moving onto others seems practical to me but hey maybe not is the dunkin way. Then the cashier purposely overfill the coffee so that it leak even leaking on her doing so and throughout the lobby as I carried it out. I won't come back even if you offered free doughnuts for life as this us a typical dunkin customer service experience.

DO NOT WALK IN DRIVE-THRU - even if your ordering for the whole basketball team!!! Terrible Service – Ignored for Over 10-15 Minutes I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin' Donuts. After placing my order inside, I waited over 10-15 minutes while 5–6 cars (only the ones i counted after waiting 8mins) were served at the drive-thru. I was the only customer inside, yet completely ignored. To make things worse, the employee had the audacity to say “thank you” as if the delay was acceptable. I always check reviews before visiting, and I regret not taking the negative ones seriously this time. This location clearly prioritizes drive-thru customers and has zero regard for those who walk in.

Today is the second time I ordered drinks via doordash. I ordered the large tropical guava refresher that had no flavor or sweetener as I requested on my order. Another time I ordered the iced chai latte and it tasted bland. These drinks are not cheap! I wish they would at least make the drinks flavorful or worth buying!

My son and I were excited to go to Dunkin’ Donuts to eat. After arriving, I planned to use the restroom following an employee, but I was shocked to find it in a disgusting condition—there was human waste all over the toilet and even in the sink. I informed the employee, a young Indian male, and he casually acknowledged the mess, saying, “Yeah, it’s dirty.” When I asked if someone would be cleaning it, he surprisingly responded, “I can’t clean the restroom!” We immediately left the store.

So I’ve come here a couple times, drive through service is meh.. so today I decided to walk in. They just looked at me like I was stupid then after a minute the older lady just asks if I need help I said yes, she then just walks away.. 2 weeks ago I saw a woman with a baby stroller where they make the food… not sure how this place is still operating…. If you need donuts just go to the grocery store.. avoid this place. It needs a lot of work… hope the owner is aware of what’s going on.

They are very slow, the fritter was salty but the iced beverage was fine. I ordered something incredibly simple through the drive through. I wasn't told my total (it may have been displayed on the screen) and I sat at the window for several minutes while they rang up several other orders.

Ordered on the mobile app...2 coffees and a coffee cake muffin. My account was charged 17.09 twice and they didn't have the muffins. When I asked about the issues at the drive thru they said they couldn't do anything and I could just come back tomorrow for the same order. I explained that I was passing through and couldn't come back. They employee said she couldn't do anything. Don't waste your money at this place

I would give less stars if I could, My mother was told to come into this Store the following Monday To get a cup she wanted to purchase by an employee. The man at the register then proceeded to tell her when she came back in that all the employees had bought the cups out and that there was none left then when she decided to speak to the manager, he called her some white lady and then proceeded to be rude and dismissive about the entire situation saying She was wasting his time this store will never get my business again

I would give less stars if I could, My mother was told to come into this Store the following Monday To get a cup she wanted to purchase by an employee. The man at the register then proceeded to tell her when she came back in that all the employees had bought the cups out and that there was none left then when she decided to speak to the manager, he called her some white lady and then proceeded to be rude and dismissive about the entire situation saying She was wasting his time this store will never get my business again

DO NOT WALK IN DRIVE-THRU - even if your ordering for the whole basketball team!!! Terrible Service – Ignored for Over 10-15 Minutes I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin' Donuts. After placing my order inside, I waited over 10-15 minutes while 5–6 cars (only the ones i counted after waiting 8mins) were served at the drive-thru. I was the only customer inside, yet completely ignored. To make things worse, the employee had the audacity to say “thank you” as if the delay was acceptable. I always check reviews before visiting, and I regret not taking the negative ones seriously this time. This location clearly prioritizes drive-thru customers and has zero regard for those who walk in.

Today is the second time I ordered drinks via doordash. I ordered the large tropical guava refresher that had no flavor or sweetener as I requested on my order. Another time I ordered the iced chai latte and it tasted bland. These drinks are not cheap! I wish they would at least make the drinks flavorful or worth buying!

My son and I were excited to go to Dunkin’ Donuts to eat. After arriving, I planned to use the restroom following an employee, but I was shocked to find it in a disgusting condition—there was human waste all over the toilet and even in the sink. I informed the employee, a young Indian male, and he casually acknowledged the mess, saying, “Yeah, it’s dirty.” When I asked if someone would be cleaning it, he surprisingly responded, “I can’t clean the restroom!” We immediately left the store.

So I’ve come here a couple times, drive through service is meh.. so today I decided to walk in. They just looked at me like I was stupid then after a minute the older lady just asks if I need help I said yes, she then just walks away.. 2 weeks ago I saw a woman with a baby stroller where they make the food… not sure how this place is still operating…. If you need donuts just go to the grocery store.. avoid this place. It needs a lot of work… hope the owner is aware of what’s going on.

Ordered on the mobile app...2 coffees and a coffee cake muffin. My account was charged 17.09 twice and they didn't have the muffins. When I asked about the issues at the drive thru they said they couldn't do anything and I could just come back tomorrow for the same order. I explained that I was passing through and couldn't come back. They employee said she couldn't do anything. Don't waste your money at this place

They are very slow, the fritter was salty but the iced beverage was fine. I ordered something incredibly simple through the drive through. I wasn't told my total (it may have been displayed on the screen) and I sat at the window for several minutes while they rang up several other orders.

Service especially in the drive through is TERRIBLE! The guy working today Saturday 10/14/23 1:20P needs to be retrained on his customer service!!!!!! After his attitude about a drink I wanted to ordered I reversed and left YOU WILL NOT HAVE MY BUSINESS WITH EMPLOYEES WITH ATTITUDES Also to add to this, I have been to this establishment 3 times and all those times the same guy with attitude was pouring himself a drink and touching everything even the donuts without washing his hands and I told myself and have warned my family not to come back but I try to give it another try and again same guy has a bad attitude in the drive through, if you want loyal customers to keep coming back your employees need to be retrained with customer service and hygiene around food/drink!!!!!
