It is what I expected. Nothing crazy, nothing fancy, just a good old fashioned, griddle top cheeseburger. I ordered a double cheeseburger, girlfriend got a single cheeseburger, and friend got a patty melt. Also ordered a large fry for the table. Burger was a bit greasy, but I was expecting and hoping for that. Fries were great, also a grease pit, but also what i was hoping for. We, a group of 3 with 2 fat people, myself included, could not finish the entirety of the large fry. We probably would had been good with just the regular size, but still good

You will have to wipe your own table down. Service is slow. You will have to get your own refill. I keep hoping it gets better. I have been there about 20 times and same story. The last time they were busy with a huge call in order, didn't tell anyone what was taking so long and after 45 mins I paid for my drinks and left without the meal they hadn't delivered.

Fries was good. Although the burger was not how I ordered it, it was good when I removed unwanted items. Great view outside. TV’s everywhere. Friendly staff.

Small place off the square. Walked in at 11 am, and they were already hustling and bustling! Kind wait staff, helped each other, covered each other, made it about the guests. Food was hot and fresh off the flat top! Fresh cut thin fries with cheese or chili. Solid prices! About 10$ each, no drinks. Patty melt was yum, burgers were a BIT over for my liking... I know a lot of places just make well-done burgers, but it really dries them out. Tasted good, though! Everyone was full, and everyone approved of their food! Even had a large fry left over. Recommend for a quick lunch!

Great little hometown burger joint. Fun atmosphere and friendly staff. On the negative side they did not have any gluten-free buns, and the fries were a tad over salted. Parking is also scarce out front with all the other shops and restaurants on Main Street.

Food was okay but not what we expected. Service was lacking. Our to go order was so late we waited over 30 minutes for it. Portion sizes on fries were over the top. Patties were overcooked and half the size of the bun. Sorry, not my favorite experience.

We ordered 1 burger, w chicken grill sandwiches one fries, and one fried tomato. Tastes for chicken was bland, Burger was good. Fries and fried tomato were great but we received them after the sandwiches and the whole order took longer than what we expected. If I will return I will take fries and to go. They serve their food without plates which is really weird to us.

When they’re busy the burgers are so good! But we were the only people in there and took 15 minutes for someone to come over. our burgers were so overcooked and greasy and just really tuff. I know their service normally sucks but We tried to enjoy it and all we could hear was 5 workers talking about people dying on their favorite Netflix show.

This place leaves a lot to be desired. The hamburger was okay but the bun was stale. People told me that their fries were really good but I just got a big paper plate of soggy old flimsy potatoes sticks. The price is too high for such low quality. I threw away $$ because it was not good. The staff is nice and the set up is cool, but they did not pass the taste or quality test. Aside from the ice cream place that used to be downtown, none of the restaurants I've tried have been better than my own cooking at home, guess that's where I'll eat from now on. What a disappointment.

My good friend really wanted to have the fries here. I checked the Google site for hours opened. It said 5:00-8:00pm. We walked in at 5:00pm to be greeted with “Sorry, we close at 5!” 😣. We were quite disappointed. So much so I didn’t think to ask about their hours on other days. My advice to you is to CALL BEFORE YOU GO! The hours posted online are not correct for today, Wednesday, 02/18/2026.

Food is mid.. service is slow.. and the drama in the atmosphere is ridiculous. No one cares to dine and eat at a place the workers can’t keep personal and professional talk separate and out of customers ear shot. Maybe with new management they will improve but unlikely.

Drove an extra 30 minutes to stop here. Got there at 11. Sure they saw me try to open the door. Nobody come. It was past 11 when they say their hours are open. Still people laughing and having a good time inside but nobody bothered to open the door. So I left.

My wife and I ate here for lunch and were less than pleased. We have been here many times in the past and always had a pleasant time, and the food was good. Today the burgers were still great but the experience started to go sideways right after the drinks were dropped off. The store wasn't very busy, maybe 4-5 tables, including us. Our waitress was rather short in attitude and at first we just passed it off. The burgers were delivered with an attitude but no fries. We asked to remind and then we waited......and waited...... and waited. There seemed to be some kind of issue between the cook and the waitress. Things really went off track when I asked about the fries after we had almost finished the burgers, and she snapped at me. I'll admit that I have a low tolerance for people speaking to me in that tone or manner. That tolerance is even shorter when I am the paying customer such as this situation. Needless to say the rest of the experience was less than happy. I started to ask for the fries to be removed from the ticket and the waitress started speaking over me and getting more snippy. I told her to cash us out more directly. She did as I asked while still making more comments. There was more context than this, but the point is that this is not what I paid $28 for. The waitress in question this Thursday afternoon was wearing a Nervana t-shirt and some skin tight yoga like shorts. Not trying to be one way or another but maybe some different clothing choices. We won't be back and that really sucks because usually the burgers and fries are outstanding. I just won't pay for that kind of service or treatment.
