It was fantastic. The staff was super kind and the coffee was fast and delicious. The atmosphere is super confortable too which would be great for studying or chatting.

Saw another review about being “pressured” or “forced” to enter a drawing, not sure what they’re talking about because the entire staff was great to us! The coffee and baked goods were delicious, the people are top notch and the atmosphere is awesome. We’ll be visiting Deep Routes again and as often as possible! Keep up the good work!

I love Deep Routes and the little boutique inside! It's an ideal local coffee shop, perfect for meeting a friend, studying, working (free Wifi!), or just grabbing a quick drink. The drip coffee (Bourbon Pecan) is yummy. Can't wait to try the new selections as they come out!

No better place to get coffee in Sulphur Springs! The coffee, pastries, and shopping area are all great, but what really makes the place is the people. The owners are local, hire local, and you can certainly tell. There’s just a personal touch Deep Routes has that chain coffee shops don’t have.

These people were so kind I ordered online and was confused by the online ordering and added alot of syrups that was already part of the drink I ordered instead of charging me anyways they refunded me and let me know that I had added stuff that was already part of the drink I ordered! I decided to get a brisket burrito once I got there and the kind person in front of me in drive thru had already paid for it! So the thing that makes this place so great is that they and their employees are kind and honest people and nowadays that's a great feeling to get from any business!

I LOVE THIS COFFEE SHOP!!! They now have chicken salad that is absolutely amazing!!! Best employees and owners. Everyone should stay true to our home town and owned coffee shop!!

First visit! Loved the coffee & pastry! The seating reminds me of a farmhouse version of Friends’ Central Perk. Plus, they have a whole shop full of fun decor, candles, etc.

Very sweet owner. American was good. I had the lovers Lane is seen on FB. Didn't know it was a cold brew, which is fine but all the chocolate was caked to the bottom. Really cute place to go, warm atmosphere, nice staff. So glad they are here in Sulpher Springs! Finally a coffee shop I feel good spending my money at, the quality is way better then Starbucks!

First time coming to see this shop; the atmosphere is probably my favorite part about it! The people are friendly and helpful, and took care of my order right away. It’s a great local alternative to the kind of studying/relaxing atmosphere that I enjoy about big name coffee shops.

Cute local vendor setups with unique items, SOME of which are adorably hand made. I recommend this place for maybe some little gifts and the coffee is excellent. Very sweet local feel. 👌 I had an iced lavender cupcake latte. 🌸🧁☕️

I’m very particular on what coffee shops I go to because I usually spend hours studying. Deep Routes has been nothing short of perfection. The cozy and welcoming atmosphere is perfect for me to settle in and spend some time studying. The people are always nice and helpful. I’m not a huge coffee drinker, but the teas, pastries, and hot chocolate are amazing! I have been a frequent flyer here lately, and I couldn’t recommend it more! I’m thankful I have somewhere like Deep Routes to go and get work done!

This place is a whole vibe. It's comfortable, the music is great, and the service is A+, wifi, and charging ports. What more could you ask for? Small town with local products promoting other local products. The girls that worked there were friendly, and we didn't feel rushed as we had our coffee and sat for 2 hours to do some work when our internet went down.

This coffee shop is a hidden gem. Mrs. Kendra and her family were so kind! They made sure I had an incredible first time. They made sure my coffee tasted great! I’ll for sure be coming back again, I highly recommend this place! Coffee, and the people here are AMAZING!!!!

Everyone here is always so kind and you’re greeted with a smile. My kids absolutely love getting a whip cream cup topped with sprinkles:) It’s easy to feel at home here.

One of our saddest parts of moving to Sulphur Springs 2 years ago was losing our local coffee shop, but now we have one again! We love the Wallace's and all the staff there. A Texas Delight drip is my favorite.

A cozy coffee spot with great brews and unique finds. However, a word of warning: the loud music can be a bit much, especially if you're trying to work or read. Despite using earbuds, I had to leave earlier than planned. It's a nice place, but not the best for quiet time if you're looking to chill.

Great coffee & breakfast snacks. The decaf was 5*! Wasn't a huge fan of all the preachy religious things, but I'd still return for the coffee.

Expensive for what you get. I wasn’t really blown away with “the tux” and my wife’s drink tased like ice with a hint of coffee. The cheesecake wasn’t made in house and average at best. The atmosphere was nice and clean but products were expensive even for the little trinkets. (Bill was 21$ for two coffees and a cheesecake)

I keep trying to give this shop a try because this town really needs a good coffee shop but every time I come by during open hours to work or read they are closed! So unpredictable, Starbucks it is ☹️

Don't know if it is good or not. Their website and Google says open till 5. We walked in at 4:10. On our way to the counter to see what they had we were told they were closing. "We close at 4, we haven't changed our time online yet". Customers were still just sitting on the couches chit chatting. You'd think you'd lock your door if that was the case and unlock it to let people out. Ended up being a wasted drive to sulphur springs. What "coffee shop" closes at 4 anyway?

Very welcoming store. When we came in the women were persistent we “signed in” which included our names, dob, etc. I personally did not want to enter. When I walked away I received a disapproving glare from a woman. Once we ordered, we where approached by a brunette woman that said shes doing a give away and insisted we must give her our names to enter this giveaway. I personally did NOT appreciate being pushed to enter a giveaway and give my personal information when frankly I would rather be left alone. The frappuccino was okay for a beginning coffee shop. I wish it wouldve been blended more and not had small chunks of ice in it. Do not plan on returning. Overall nice coffee shop but maybe going forward they can take constructive criticism and learn how to respect peoples boundaries. Especially not make them feel forced to enter a “giveaway”.

Next 6:50 in the morning is too early to be rude to someone delivering groceries to you . Next your in customer service don’t treat people like your better than them when your in the same feels do better be better same on you .

I really wanted to like this place because the employees are very friendly and the atmosphere is nice. However, the coffee is terrible. I got a drip coffee and it literally tastes like burnt popcorn. It was supposed to be a medium roast but all of the sugars are burnt in the beans. The only flavor that comes through on the coffee is charcoal. I'll probably go back and see if an Americano might taste better. The beans inside of espresso grinder Hopper didn't look waxy so I had hope. But the drip coffee is just bad and expensive. For over $3, I expect to get a really good cup of coffee, not an incredibly burnt cup of coffee. Maybe they just had a bad batch of beans but the roast was so off for a drip.
