My family and I were craving pizza yesterday. We've had issues with local Dashers picking up our order and never delivering it. I called the store and the GM, Stephanie went out of her way to deliver to us outside the city limits, in the rain, and quickly! There is still good in the world! Our Sulphur Springs Little Caesars pizza is proof positive! You guys have earned customers for life and we appreciate you! Thank you! 😁✊🏾💜

The people are friendly. Quality is what you can expect from a $5 Pizza. Kind of missed the cutting mark on my last pizza...... Still good for the price!

Got slices and stix. Love being able to have both. The Gus Thomasson location in Mesquite is one of the better stores as far as food quality. Price is right

You get what you pay for here. The pizza is solid but honestly it can be hit or miss. The supreme is good and I really like the new thin crust. You can't beat it for the price but don't think they will have pepperoni and cheese hot and ready as advertised. We typically have to wait even for a regular cheese or pepperoni.

I went in to purchase a hot and ready item during the prescribed hours, which means the item should be available for immediate purchase. The person in front of me selected the same item. There were two in the case. When my turn came, the employee who took my order threw the second box on the floor. Apparently the item was out of date. I waited a few minutes and my order was filled. The employee who then filled my order forgot the marinara I had ordered, but a look at my receipt remedied the situation. The upside to the wait was my ordering being fresh and hot.

My family has visited this store three times in three months, but this is the first time I've had the urge to leave a review. Let me start at the beginning.. Visit #1 After using the app to order, I got the portal code to pick up my order & headed out. Unfortunately, there was an accident that delayed me & I arrived 15 minutes after the estimated pickup time. The store was empty of customers. My order was not ready. Even though two of my pizzas were ready, the third wasn't put into the oven until after I asked for it. That took nearly 15 minutes. So, 30 minutes after the original time I finally had my entire order. Visit #2 This time, I called in my order. I sent my nephew to pick it up. When he got there, he was told they hadn't gotten any phone orders. After he relayed the message to me, I called the store & was told the same. She even suggested I had mistakenly called another location. Since I had already paid for it, I was starting to get upset. After being put on hold for 10 minutes, I was told that yes, they had my order all along, someone just didn't write the name down. Visit #3 Earlier this evening my 63 year old mother decided she wanted pizza & used the app to order. When she got there, the pizza was ready. Seeing that my mother has a knee brace & was using a crutch, the front counter woman offered to carry it to the car for her. Which would have been wonderful except a woman in back yelled, "Oh no you don't, we're busy. She'll have to wait until the other customers leave & we don't have anything else." Seriously?!

The food is good but you're basically garunteed to get a wrong order. Do not ask for any sauces or customizations, you will never see them. Food is still yummy tho

The service was very quick at the estimated time said. The Atmosphere wasn't customarily hospitable. They were skimping on the pizza toppings.

Walked into Little Caesars to place my order on Friday night and received the most disappointing customer service in Sulphur Springs pizza history.The lady that was working was so hateful towards everyone that walked through the door. I was still waiting for someone to take my order. The lady walked up to the front counter and looked at everyone and said out loud you’re going to wait because I need a cigarette break. Well that made me definitely change my mind about pizza. I left and most people that walked in after me left Little Caesar’s in Sulphur Springs. I know times are tough, take pride in what you do and you will be rewarded in future.

I placed an order today and specifically asked that our pizzas be cooked extra and all 3 were undercooked and the crust/base of the pizzas were all super doughy. The last couple of times we picked up pizzas that is how they were given to us which is why we placed an order this time to request they be cooked longer/properly. I'm not happy to have wasted $20 but to their credit the toppings were at least correct.

We came in there a couple hours ago. We waited 15 minutes for crazy bread instead of italian cheese sticks. The crazy bread looks very sad like no garlic and little bit of butter. The lady didnt look like she even cared! Not coming back ever again!!!
