One of my favorite breakfast place to go to! It is conveniently located on El Camino Sunnyvale, easy access to everywhere. Staffs are friendly and this place has always kept clean. Recommend to others for this location. Will revisit next time 😀

Was really missing DD’s around here until I saw this new location! We have gone their two times in the last two weeks. It’s always nice and clean and the servers/cashiers was super friendly. This last visit we ordered the bacon egg and cheese croissants, which were delicious! We also got donut holes and coffee to go along as well. Their coffee has their own unique taste which is different from Starbucks or McDonalds. Thanks for the awesome service!

Spectacular modern dining establishment for the west-Coast fable of Dunkin Donuts. As rare as it is to find one on this coast, this is a very well kept restaurant. The expected assortment and variety of donuts you would expect, but also tasty and relatively affordable breakfast options for on the go or dine-in. All COVID measures are in place and staff are welcoming, helpful, and provide great service (seriously, give these guys a raise). Parking is ample with a sidelot. Seating is a modern chic minimalist design with variety in seating arrangements to keep things lively. There's also built in chargers for some tables. The breakfast meals are quite good as well as their drinks, especially the coffee. Comparable to Krispy Kreme, the donuts have their own texture and flavour. While Krispy Kreme donuts seem more flat and sharp in sugar, Dunkins' have a bit more of a filling feeling and give the diner something to chew on more so. An excellent stop any time of the day, whatever your donut needs may be.

Just stopped by! Service is quick and donuts are fresh! Looks like you can order ahead on the app too, but I just walked up this time. I tried the hash browns (includes 6 pieces) and 6 donuts. I'll be stopping by again for sure! ✨🍩

We are now able to get our East coast doughnut fix right here. Awesome donuts, muffins, bagels and more. Excellent hot and cold drinks. Staff is super happy and helpful. They are really trying.

I’m from Boston and this might be the best Dunks I’ve ever been to. The freshest donuts. The coffee actually managed to have a little flavor. Wicked clean. Snappy service. It is clearly brand new, but the employees are crushing it. All around great. I don’t know why anyone would go to Starbucks.

When we asked about the donuts they had left he responded in such an enjoyable and kind way. His social skills are superb and that’s such an amazing skill to have. He easily broke the ice and that makes a great sales person. The drink that he made us was amazing and was made with a lot of care. And even though we came in a little late he was still so kind and joyful. He is such a good employee and it really heightened my experience at this establishment.

Off to a strong start! Friendly staff. Nice menu. Happy to have my preferred donut shop. I have yet to not see it busy. Downside is the app charges higher prices for the food items, which is frustrating because I have to choose between a longer wait or higher prices. I reported price difference to corporate and they refuse to correct the pricing. So for now limiting my order to correctly priced items only so I can skip the long line.

We usually go here for the donuts, they are great!! And we recently just started to drink the coffee, and they are pretty good, and nowhere as expensive as Starbucks. So if you want an amazing donut and some great coffee, hit up one of the Dunkin spots.

Somehow, the order was forgotten, but they quickly made it after she inquired. Cannot comment on their food since i have not eaten it, but their donuts looked pretty good...especially the maple.

The drinks were consistent and tasty, just what I expected, and the staff was friendly.

Good deal and convenient as we were able to order beforehand. Placed an order online while walking and it was ready when we got there (10-15 minutes later). Picked up our order and sat to eat it before walking back home. There was plenty of seating inside and some outside when we were there a little before 8am. Original: Classic coffee chain. Can't go wrong with an iced coffee here. It can get busy so I recommend downloading their app and ordering online for pick up. I ordered on my way over and it was ready in the pick up area when I got there. Tables available inside and two tables available outside. The parking lot is a bit tight to get into if there is a car there trying to exit, but plenty of parking. You just might have to park a little farther away.

My go to place in sunnyvale for breakfast. Service is great and staff is courteous. They have decent size seating area inside and outside. Limited parkimg space.

Having grown up in Chicago, Dunkin coffee and donuts were a frequent stop on the way to work. A lot has changed. The donuts are smaller, dry, lack flavor and the filled donuts were only partially filled. Not sure if it's just this location or if it's just how things have changed over the years. Lots of local donut shops with a much better product at lower prices.

Ordered a delivery order through Door Dash. Received 1 wrong item and 2 items with quality issues. The $3+ limited edition donut was tossed into a bag which caused it to get damaged in transit. The drink had an not fully removable sticker over the drinking spout. No straw was included. Dish soap couldn't even remove the residue, making the lid unusable. Corporate requires an account to complain, so I can't even report the issue directly. This is a packaging issue and it really needs to be resolved. Because of the way the sticker disintegrated, it nearly fell into my drink which would've ruined my entire drink. Gross. The drink itself was also very bitter and I couldn't taste the marshmallow ube at all. The image is also misleading--it isn't that purple. It's fine it isn't using a ton of purple dye, but this is false advertising. Fix this.

Traditional Dunkin Doughnuts coffee, which has the flavor of Peet's and the caffeine of *$. Friendly service, above average seating areas, not too busy, and easy parking. The donuts seem to get lighter and more expensive, a half dozen now costs almost $20.

Food/Taste/Flavor: 3/5 - Heart Shaped (chocolate frosting) with Boston Kreme Donut was filled unevenly with one side overflowing with filling and the other was 90% donut/air with no filling. We also got 5 Munchkins (variety) and the original tasted great but the chocolate was extremely dense and more cake like rather than light and fluffy. Ambience: 5/5 - clean, bright, organized. Seems like typical fast food chain store Service: 3/5 - surprised that we've never been to a Dunkin' and seemed a bit impatient with our questions Value for price: 3/5 - drinks were more expensive than we expected for just a hot coffee so we only got donuts. They were decent but not the best nor cheapest donuts around

Higher price than other locations while poorer service

If you like Dunkin, you like Dunkin - I get that. But service is really really slow. Four workers and over a dozen customers standing in close proximity in the waiting area (in the age of covid) is a common occurrence

I visited one evening and I was disappointed to find that most items on the menu were sold out. They only had two types of donuts left and a limited selection of egg-based snacks and wraps. I guess it's understandable since it was late. However, what really bothered me was their bathroom situation. The one available for customers was horrendous. It had a lock, but as soon as I entered, I felt nauseated. The state of cleanliness was appalling, with even the floor covered in a pool of urine. It was absolutely disgusting and seemed like it hadn't been cleaned for days. They had another bathroom without a keypad, which I assume is for the staff. It appears they have never bothered to check or maintain the one designated for customers.

The place are new and nice built, but is dirt Costumer leved bags etc The donuts taste old , and the service are confusion , like I have to whait for my drink After the costumer come after me got first served . Table need to by clean after every use. Just friendly adivise no prejudice I don’t think I will return period

It's quite small inside, and it seemed like there was no ventilation because I came out smelling of cooking or grease which is not great when you're going out.

I eat Donuts very randomly like 6 months into the year I may crave my favorite old fashioned glaze or a dozen donut holes and then I'm done for a long time again unless someone catches me off guard with a fresh pink box from a standard bakery with my favorite inside. Other than that I'm good. My daughter talked me into going and she and I both never really had a Dunkin nearby. We went to this location and it is a beautiful store although it almost faces the back or side parking lot. The modern decor' was very sleek and beautiful inside. All the pastries were neatly displayed. The cashier was pretty busy but pleasantly helpful and we had to wait a while because there was only 1 cashier and someone was ahead of us. It was finally our turn & my treat. I was actually excited to be there. I ordered their version of donut holes, a cake blueberry donut, a cruller or kruller, a maple bar, lemon filled, and a few other random donuts to fill a couple of boxes because there was some kind of deal that I may as well get more instead of less. Unfortunately, I hated it... I am sad to say... I guess all the hype is more for the coffee and drinks but definitely not the donuts and pastries. I really really tried to like something especially after buying a big variety of items but, Dunkin Donuts is not for me. It actually tasted like every donut had a light airy artificial texture and taste. Nothing like my favorite donuts @ Donut King. I'm really sorry Dunkin' maybe your special drinks and beverages will knock my socks off one day. 🧦💨 But, until then.... Unfortunately, the Donuts & pastries are a "No" for me. I gave them away to people that were interested. 😔

The service was good, but the food was very disappointing. It didn’t taste fresh at all. Even supermarket donuts taste much better and noticeably fresher than this.

There was a male working on drinks who was ✨zesty✨ and flamboyant with an attitude. Employees look miserable here. I’m from the east coast, and these Dunkin’s in California really don’t portray the quality of Dunkin. For some reason the east coast coffees taste so much better.

Wow is this a Dunkin or a sad excuse for a place? The staff were rude, ignored people and took forever just to get ready made donuts packaged from disay shelves and handover to customers. One employee was standing by the counter and flirting with a customer and another stood behind the counter and kept scrolling on her phone. I gave the benefit of doubt and stood with other customers patiently waiting for the employees to get free. But they kept ignoring people. Just getting a donut took 10 minutes which is not excusable. No wonder Dunkin is so far behind Starbucks in all metrics.

I recently visited the Dunkin' Donuts at this location. Unfortunately, I received the wrong order I asked for a glazed munchkin but got a different item instead. I was looking forward to my usual morning drop by, but this mistake was disappointing. Hopefully, the staff can double-check orders in the future to prevent this from happening again.

My little boy wanted some donuts so we decided to try Dunkin'. We arrived at this location around 7:25pm (4/16/25). We were all excited up until we started to order with the young lady at the cash register. We would say a name of a donut we wanted and she would give us a blank stare and say 'which one' with a very unpleasant tone. I was speaking clearly and her response was not because she didn't hear/understand me. We decided to only get a few donuts at that point and no longer order our drinks anymore. I'm not sure if she was upset because of the time we arrived (still 30 minutes before closing time) or if she was having a bad day but our experience here was horrible and we'll never return. My son even noticed something wasn't right and he is little!

The incident I’m about to share took place on 12/30/24 at 7.50 PM. When I arrived to collect my mobile order, the Desi (Indian) male cashier gave me a terrible attitude with raised voices for his inability to fulfill my order. He claimed that the kitchen was closed when I mobile ordered my food. He also arrogantly limited my compensation: refunds or a dozen of stale donuts that were about to be thrown away. He gave me worse attitude when I asked to be compensated with the equivalent available drinks though I finally got it after a bit of an argument to defend myself. As a context, the value of my dinner order was nearly $ 11 and I don’t really order sweet stuff like donuts for health reasons. I also travelled a bit far to this location. When I politely raised my concerns about the situation, he arrogantly told me to call the customer service as he couldn’t control the app. I’m sure he knew the call center would redirect me to him as it’s a franchise-based operation. The situation could have been handled professionally with a sincere apology for the mishaps without the terrible / defensive attitudes and the liberty for customers to choose the equivalent replacing items. The app didn’t indicate that the kitchen was closed and I don’t read minds, so it’s definitely not my fault as a customer.

Went to get a coffee about 20 minutes before closing and the worker was too lazy to make a drink for me. I reported this and Dunkin’ didn’t seem to care. Skip this place.

It’s a regular dunkin with extremely rude employees. I ordered an Iced Caramel Latte and when I got it it looked like milk with ice. I get this drink very often so I know what it should look like. I kindly went up and asked for an extra shot of espresso, completely willing to pay, (even though the drink shouldn’t look like that in the first place) and the young lady looked at me with disgust and explained to me that I would have to pay extra for the espresso shots in a condescending tone and talking to me as if I was a toddler. The one and only older man was very kind and said i will take care of it and only charged me for 1 shot. The young lady went over to the other 2 girls and went on to gossip about me and they all looked me up and down with disgust. I will not be returning back to this location

I used to love visiting this location, but today I ordered an iced latte and got milk instead. I told them it tasted like just milk. The girl started gaslighting me, saying that this is how a latte is supposed to be. I asked for my order to be remade, but she refused. When I asked to speak to the manager, she said there wasn't one. I spent $6 on milk and left it there. I will never return to this location. Dunkin, take care of your employee management. You've lost a customer.

Yesterday morning, I bought a bagel with cream cheese and a coffee with creamer, and it gave me the worst stomach bug. Either they’re not washing their hands or they’re using old or spoiled ingredients.

The girl up front in the early mornings has no people skills unfriendly and doesn't like taking orders your best bet is to go somewhere else local donut shop or something stay away from this place I'd give it a zero and I've been here more then once to try again im done!!!!

Note to the owner - if the donuts are old, get rid of them. Went to pick up couple of donuts. Should have known better with an empty place. The cashers were totally bored. Finally got one of them to get me the donuts. Took them to go. Took a bite in the car and the first thing sub conscious split out tasting the oil and staleness. Being an avid fan of donuts, this is first time I had such bad donuts. Overall - prime location, bad donuts, bored cashiers and service. There are plenty of good mom and pop donut shops with great donuts and good service. Will be a good idea to support local and get something great in return. Avoid this place.

Let start off with the service at this Dunkin’ Donuts. The service here is awful…They completely ignored me when I came in and the worker(white women) had a whole attitude when I asked for a straw in which she ignored me and had me waiting there for 20seconds just to throw the straw onto the mobile order stand when I asked her a second time. Now let’s start with the drinks…I ordered a drink with modifications and when I received my drink it looked like murky dirt water, and I also asked for sweet cream foam which they forgot to put on. I then told the lady she forgot to put the foam in which she responds by saying “oh yeah” in a manner as If she purposely did it on purpose. The drink was honestly disgusting. This is my second time having the same encounter at this establishment and it’s just awful. I would recommend everyone just to go to another Dunkin’ Donuts because this location is just terrible. If I could I would give this place a zero rating
