We are regular customers at Hot Breads and our family loves it. My kids love the paneer puff, cream roll and the mango/black forrest pastries. Best thing is everything is so fresh and tastes consistent everytime. I would recommend Hot Breads to people who still haven't tried it yet.

This is my 5th time getting eggless cakes from them even though I live in Fremont. Always fresh, moist, perfectly sweet and neatly decorated. A small surprise for my kid was this Mango cake and it made his day! Loved all the flavors, butterscotch, black forest, mango etc. Also a fan of their Paninis, a nostalgia from Indian Street foods!

We recently ordered a birthday cake from Bay Area Hot Breads and had an absolutely wonderful experience! The cake was not only delicious but also matched our requirements perfectly. It turned out exactly the way we had envisioned. Everyone at the party loved it so much that they went back for multiple servings! We received countless compliments, and many guests kept asking where the cake was from. Thank you Bay Area hot breads for making the celebration even more special. Highly recommend!

I am from Texas and my brother here recommended this place during our trip this time. Everything was good. We got black-forest cake for new year and it was really delicious. We also tried pineapple pastries, dilpasand and different varieties of puffs! Everything was good and we all enjoyed it. Would definitely visit here again and recommend it to others too!

Place is good for their Pavs. They are fresh house made. Tried Pav bhaji which was no where close to the one at Pav bhaji Hut truck. So if you are looking for that taste I wouldn’t recommend. They have custom cakes though I have never got one from here.

It's a decent place to get Indian style nostalgic aloo puff, veggie puff as well as Mumbai and veggie sandwiches. They taste good. Great options if someone wants to buy eggless cakes. Plenty parking in the complex. . I took off stars because of lack of visible cleaniness and hygiene. Employees touch food with bare hands. Yesterday I saw a customer requesting extra edible flowers on the cake he had ordered, the employees got 2 flowers from inside to put on the cake, all with bare hands. They need to wear gloves or at least follow the best practices. Also, a few months back, while buying the patties, the employee (he was a Bengali) on the counter started hitting on me. I was just talking politely and in return he started asking for my Instagram. I said I am not on it (of course I am), then he asked for my Snapchat, I again made the same excuse. Then he asked for my number. I declined. Fact that he refused to back down made me really uncomfortable. Gosh I was there to buy food. They need to keep their employees in check and demonstrate sone professionalism!!

A friend had recommended their mango pastry (since pastries at some Indian grocery stores have "fridge" smell). I went in and told the staff that I'm looking for fresh mango pastry and it is my first time and a friend had recommended this place. I asked a couple of times if it was fresh and made today and she kept saying everything is fresh and same day. I took that and thankfully a tiramisu as well (first time had an eggless one). I ate the tiramisu first and loved it; I was glad to have found this place etc. Then I had the mango pastry and it tasted stale and was pretty hard! I took it back and mentioned it and they quickly replaced it, while also apologizing! I was skeptical and said give me a fresh one, doesn't have to be mango pastry and she said "sorry sorry this one is fresh". Which clearly shows they knew it was stale when selling it, especially even after a customer pressed on the freshness aspect. The second time around was definitely fresher but I was disappointed by the experience. It certainly makes me question the hygiene and food safety standards followed by them. And this behavior ensures that the customer won't return and won't recommend your business to anyone!

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Hot Breads. We regularly order eggless cakes from them, but the chocolate cupcakes we got for my son's birthday were a letdown. They were dry, crumbly, and tasted stale, although the decoration and cream were decent. I'm so put off that I've decided not to order from them again.

At first, I thought it might be something else, but when I pulled it out, it was clearly a strand of hair. I checked another slice, and the same thing happened — there was another hair embedded in the bread. If possible I can upload the video but video option is not there. This experience was both unpleasant and unacceptable. As a customer, I did not expect such poor hygiene and quality standards from a reputed brand like Hot Breads. I genuinely feel this warrants a formal complaint, as no customer should have to deal with such contamination in their food.
