Mind blowing! That's the word to start off with. Our order consisted of Chicken yaki, Katana special (both these were served with salad and miso soup), Explosion roll and Godzilla roll. The katana special consisted of 5 pieces of nagiri, 5 pieces of sashimi along with the the Ultra california roll. The sashimi was fresh and were huge in size; more than enough for a mouthful. Same goes with the nagiri and the rolls. The noodles had awesome wok-hay! FUIYOH! The soup quantity was more than at other places I've had sushi before (outside CA) and was yummy. We loved the fact that in spite of some ingredients being shared across the rolls we ordered each one had a distinct taste. Getting the feeling of a full tummy at a sushi place is a rare feeling for us Indians and trust me we were full! I also want to point out the menus on the internet for this place are not accurate. There's more to it! Ambience: We went here for late lunch. It wasn't too crowded. Quiet. They have sanitizers on each table! Quantity: Very generous Parking: Ample Times visited: 1

One of the best sushi places so far. Had spicy tuna. It was fresh but the portion was pretty big. Not sure if that was how it was meant to be. Also had chicken teriyaki and spicy chicken rice. The spicy chicken rice was really good. Good option if someone in the group does not want to eat sushi.

Amazing sushi rolls and bento! They don’t skimp on fish portions — you also get thick slabs of sashimi with your bento. We got the chicken teriyaki bento, salmon show roll, and first date roll. Will definitely be coming back to try other items. The wait wasn’t bad though we did an early dinner at 3 pm on a Saturday.

I’ve been walking past here every day since my work assignment started. Today I decided to give them a test run around the block. So they have a ton of ‘special rolls’ but not so many of the standard type rolls. I happen to like the standard rolls better and don’t understand the whole fancy this and that. That being said I tried both of what they offered. Both rolls overall were good. Not great, nothing that screamed special. It wouldn’t keep me from stopping back at a later date though. Service was again just ok. The typical where their phone was more important than checking on the customers. The atmosphere and location are decent with plenty of parking. Pricing is what I expected. Others have stated the portions are large and that is the case.

Stopped in for lunch. Not bad at all! Sushi is fresh and portions are huge. Clean and came out fast. I would come back to try other things.

Like the portion and quality of the sushi. The fried tonkutsu was too dry and they flat it alot that it looks more like a thin slice of dry meat with bread crumbs.

The salmon nigiri was one of the most beautifully cut pieces I’ve ever had 🧡💛💙 I won’t recommend the 911 sushi roll. The jalapeños was way too large of a piece and it overwhelmed the taste of spicy tuna… Overall, it was good quality, and service. I went on a Friday at 5pm when they just opened for dinner. Barely anyone was there so that was awesome! Would totally come back here! Ps, hot tea wasn’t hot… :( it was like less than warm… I spent around $25 total for the two orders plus tax and tips

We had Tokyo sushi roll and chicken noodles. Loved the sushi except the sweet sauce over it. Noodles are average. We added jalapeno spice but it was very mild. Other option given was Siracha spice which I dint like at all. Ambience is nice and service is bit slow.

I didn’t love the flavors of their katana roll combo for the price. The spicy tuna roll was not that good and the eel was just ok. The service was good though

A pretty good sushi joint out in Sunnyvale. Prices are fair. Tons of rolls to choose from. Large Sapporo and large sake is a good deal but the sake is def low end. Still solid though!

Visited on a Saturday night. Ordered combination tempura, dragon roll, sake roll, Philadelphia roll, and alaskan rolls. Shrimp and salmon was not fresh. Baked eel on top of dragon roll was cold. Hot tea tasted like hot water. Tempura was flavorless as well. Salad and miso soup were good. Good service but quality of food is not good.

I am sad to leave my first ever one-star review to this place. This is Americanized Japanese food charging unjustifiable premium prices. If you’re happy to pay triple the price for mall-cafeteria-level food, this is the perfect place for you. If not, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Plenty of authentic Japanese restaurants around. We ordered 3 entrees for over $80 after tax and tip, the fish weren’t fresh, the fried items were oily, cry, undercooked, and delaminated, the sauces were way too salty, the salad sat in a pool of water, the potato ball was ice-cold in the middle (common, from a bag of frozen ones, really?) Service was sub-par as well.
