Had the Notorious P.I.G., the Mac, and the banana pudding. Definitely one of the best BBQ I've had in Austin. It's in my top 3. The sandwich had a fantastic combination of sweet and tang to it along with the fantastic choice of buns, the mac had a rich taste to it, and the banana pudding... I'm still thinking about that pudding days later. And the cookie it came with. Love the theme, guys. High recommendation from me.

Love their new location. Lots of space in the back for kids to run around and with both indoor and outdoor seating. Of course, the food remains awesome!!!!

Good BBQ fast casual place off Brodie lane with a nice outdoor area to grab a bite. Great place to bring kids because there is a large outdoor space and a designated kids area.

Look, you're in Texas and there and better places to get BBQ, but when you add in a brewery, slack line play area, kickball/wiffleball field, and location; good BBQ is just the icing on the cake. Tornado is good but I wish they had lettuce like the old oak hill location. Ribs are great. Nachos are fun but salty way to experience bbq. Chicken sandy is really really good. Need queso. Ribs are on point but different with the glaze. Beer next door is fantastic. Will come back with friends, kids, and dog.

Great little spot on a “shared” property with Nomadic Outpost. Limited indoor seating with a spread outdoor seating. Service was friendly and the food was brought to us quickly.

Cute cute cute spot with INCREDIBLE bbq! Highly recommend. We had the OG and el jefe and both were amazing. You can get a “small” which is more like a slider size or a large which is like a full size hamburger. The coleslaw has a little spice but it’s so good! They have indoor seating at Slab or outside shaded areas. Next door they have Nomadic Outpost brewery with additional seating inside and out. They have all kinds of beer and coffee! The bathrooms are also very nice! I would highly recommend making the stop here!

We catered our wedding buffet style with slab and the food was soooo good. Legitimate fall off the bone ribs and mouthwatering brisket.

Well cooked ‘que. Never had a bad plate here. Very nice outdoor pasture area where dogs and kids are welcome to run free. Parking is difficult when they are busy. I recommend the brisket nachos, a meal in itself. #bbq #barbecue #barbeque

Also, the guy at the front desk is having a bad day and he literally yelled at a customer in front of me which made things super awkward. They also screwed up our order a bit and I was scared to ask him to fix it because he was so intimidating. I don't think I'm going to be going back...

Nomadic is cool- good beer and staff The Slab food truck closes at 4 or 5 on Sundays- the brisket sandwhiches are copped brisket even if the photo shows otherwise. They staff is annoyed if you ask any questions or order not using the app and any beverages you should just order from the bar to save yourself having to show your receipt - its also cheaper at the bar.

Second time I got the same thing and it was just okay. Today I wanted to try it again and got a chopped beef sandwich and a trio. The bread was stale on all four sandwiches and the meat was cold. Girl at the counter wasn’t friendly at all. She just handed me the bag and moved on. Say Hello? or Thank you! I just spent $35 on 4 really bad sliders. I’m bummed and still hungry because I had to throw most of my meal away.

Not good anymore. Brisket tastes old, and nacho chips stale. Used to come to this location the last 3 years but won’t be coming anymore.
