Pizza Factory

My families favorite pizza in all of Susanville. Very large with plenty of seating. They now have a lunch buffet with all their yummy pizzas, bread, salad and soup. Jeff, the owner always remembers his loyal customers. The pizza is very yummy, but so our their salads, soups and sandwiches.

Called in order while passing thru Susanville reroute to Reno . We love our local pizza Factory here at home so it was just a chance stop for dinner on the road. We were glad to see our pizza made just the way we always get it at home! Crispy light crust and coming right out of the oven as we arrived! Thank you for such great service and delicious pie. The pizza was pretty good. They don't do the kid's cheese pizza meal anymore so we shared an Alfredo pizza with the whole family. The wait time is a little long, but I'm sure they're short staffed.

All-you-can-eat pizza buffet: 11am until 2pm, Monday through Friday. (Haven't been there yet- I just called about hours and rates)

A fellow pipeline technician told me about this place and said it was one of the best pizzas he's ever had... so I had to try it out. He did not lie. I got the mini meatlovers with a side salad bar and they loaded that mini with meat... just as it said... meat lovers! The young gal at the register was friendly and helpful with a smile. Owner brought out my pizza and was really polite and hospitable. This place is on time and great quality of the meats and dough. If your passing through and want a good bite then this is the place to stop. Wish I would have taken Pic of salad and pizza before I thought about it... lol

We ordered the calzones, they were huge. My husband and I both took half home. The staff was friendly and the restaurant accommodating with Covid regulations.

Was super good! Definitely got the most for your money as well. Had plenty of leftovers.

Great Pizza, authentic flavors, a trusted brand, but the service is less than par. I want uniformity, and consistency. Uniforms and a greeting that feels more than welcoming, but all I get be right with you and then finish conversation with fellow employee.

Salad bar is always top notch with freshness and customer service is Super friendly, the owner goes above and beyond . Left my cup and the salad bar and he brought it over to me and even asked what I wanted and got it for me …. I won’t go anywhere else now for salad

By far the best pizza in Susanville. Very fast delivery service. However I can't say much about the hot wings. I've never seen such small wings. I ordered ten wings and only one was of decent size. Never again will I order the wings but I will always get my pizzas there.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. You were closing in less than a half hour when we ordered, and the amazing customer service took away our guilt for the late order. Good pizza (Got the Awesome) but took about 30 mins after walking in to order at 4p with no customers. Suggest calling in first then go pick it up if you are staying in town. Lots of teenage help in the kitchen which was gratifying to see. I assume it's a great starting experience for many of them. Kudos to the owner!

We eat here way too much but we love the pizza. Usually very friendly staff. Can get packed and very busy but that is a great problem to have. Close to the highway and hotels. They have space for family events or sports teams. Saw some birthday parties there and had a family reunion. Overall great food, friendly staff, and sports on the TVs.

The food was good the people that were working there were so rude and told me that I needed to wait to get my food because she said she needed to know if I was eating there or not but it sines not matter how I say it we sit down and they didn’t call are name for us to get to are food the works name Kylene she was not nice !!! I would not go back

The good: interesting decor, decent food, good prices. The bad: the man that I assume was the manager was rude, and food took a long time. Overall: the manager ignored customers and yelled at the kitchen in plain view. The kitchen staff was sitting around a lot. Took about 45 minutes for a pizza and wings. Food didn't make up for the wait, but it was decent.

While the food was good the service was sadly lacking. We ordered "to go", the store was not very busy, and 45 minutes later we had to ask where our order was. They checked and said it would be right up. 10 minutes later we finally received. We ordered family salad and small pizza. When we got to our room, we had one fork, one napkin and one packet of crackers. Who eats pizza without napkins, etc. I realize we are under covid situations, but the service was very disappointing. I will admit, im from a much larger city, but geeze! Pull it together, please.

Decent food but my god I've never got my pizza in under 45 minutes. So many employees just wandering around. Ran out of lettuce and literally took 20 minutes to get a salad. Needs better management.

Average pizza place, food decent. Staff should work on being more pleasant, they made it seem like I was bothering them when I went to the counter to order. 1990's country music played the whole time, it was like a dance club on redneck night.

Came out to be $49. Not Sure, why was it so expensive? Maybe because it was on Main Street.. there was not much customer service. We had to stay up front to be noticed to order. Once pizza was brought to the table. The server did not say a word.

My husband, daughter and I came in for the buffet. The pizza was good but cold when we got it. It was a cute place but empty. The restaurant and food weren't too memorable but the staff were amazingly sweet and friendly. They're the reason I'd go back.

NO masks on any staff or customers. Crumbs & toppings all over floor. Mini Hawaiian pizza good, sub sandwich ok.

Super slow! Passing through town tonight and ordered a single take out pizza around 7pm. They said about 30 minutes. Took over an hour. I think they messed up the order, but no apology. Pizza is decent, but don’t know if it’s worth the price. Salad bar looked unappetizing. Susanville has really limited food options, but can’t recommend this unless you are really desperate.

The food was a bit pricey but quality all around, the service was also good but management attitude was definitely subpar. I tried to buy my kid a toy from the gumball machine that promptly ate my money. Managment pointed out a sign (at your own risk) about 10' up the wall and told me to contact the vendor. To me that was off the chain underwhelming customer service after spending close to $50. Beware managment don't care.

I also ordered the Antipasto Salad but got some chicken salad with raw or undercooked chicken in it. I'll cook it and eat it, and the food was hot and delivery was quick, but this store has gone down the toilet. Hire some sober people that can follow basic instructions please, and then I will re-view my review. What a discouraging waste of money! For the record, the store DID replace the breadsticks when I called and complained, and it was delivered promptly by an AMAZING delivery driver. (I wanted to tip him for the return trip! But I didn't have any cash on hand.) I know that if I called again right now to have the salad replaced they would replace that too- but I'm not trying to feel like the jerk customer that complains about everything. I'll just be stuck with what I got, but I will not be visiting this store any more. Janesville on the other hand is awesome. Bottom Line: Food is great, except for what feels like undercooked chicken on the salad. Food was hot, and delivery was fast. Store did not deliver the correct order, and it felt like instead I got a bunch of leftovers. Only one item was correct. DO NOT TRUST DELIVERY SERVICE. Go in person to verify your food order is correct BEFORE leaving! See my previous edits to see the rave I have been giving this store in the past.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! We stopped for dinner on our way home to Reno, & arrived around 6:30. There was a family in front of us who ordered 3 pizzas, a salad & wings, when we got to the counter, we ordered a large pizza & a pitcher of beer, which came to &40.00 & we were told it would be 30 minutes. We said that was fine & sat down to wait. While we were waiting, the family, who was across from us, got 2 of their 3 pizzas, which they ate, they then got the other pizza & had to ask for the salad & wings. By now it had been over an hour, so I went to the counter & asked how much longer? I was told 7 more minutes, 30 minutes later, still no pizza, the family had finished & left & we were still waiting. During this time another couple who came in after us actually went & asked for their money back! When the pizza did finally come I asked for the manager, who came over & said she was sorry it took so long & that they shouldn't have told us it would have only been 30 minutes, & then said it was because Round Table wasn't taking credit cards, so they were getting the overflow. We will NEVER go back to that Pizza Factory & it will even be awhile before we go to Reno again, just because of the way we, & the other customers were treated in Susanville!! (I wouldn't even give them a star, but it is the only way I can post this!!)

I was given two $50 gift cards. I took my kids. Large pizza and 7 drinks it was only $48 but I gave the other card away. We had a scab like over cooked pizza that was so tough it wasn't cut. So I had some poor employee use lots of elbow grease and cut it. I tried to look past the unfortunately cooked pizza, however I found the sauce gross and I am not picky. I was hoping they had other menu items, but I gave the card away. Save yourself and go to Papa Murphy's pizza.

Pizza and breadsticks hardly cooked, doughy more often than not. Mentioned it during a call today, older gentlemen that answered didn't care. Became argumentative when we wanted to check pizza quality after prior problems, not apologetic in any form. Rude. Recieved an overcooked hard pizza today. Must have had a change in management and staff since it wasn't like this a year ago. Never again. Can not recommend. Go anywhere else. Too expensive for those kind of problems.

Have had extremely long wait times. Have to call basically two hours ahead of time to get food here. And when I tried to do so most recently I was talked down and basically laughed at for asking for pan pizza (I meant thick crust, which has never been an issue any time I’ve asked for it before). I was told “we’re not round table. We don’t do that. We have regular crust or thin crust. Yeah, We’re not round table.” I don’t know about anyone else but I’ve had nothing but bad experiences the last 3 or 4 times I’ve ordered here.

The food was just bad never had a can soup served at a restaurant, the worse soup ever and the server had the audacity to say that it was not from a can, also the pizza was mediocre the server was very rude very unprofessional . once she brought the food never came back to check on us. I do not recommend this place at all.

Let me clarify that it goes to one particular person behind register who is forbidden to smile in life. It was almost comical, except now we are left with food we did not want and charged for food we did not receive. In case the management reads these reviews: I am happy to provide more detail; at minimum, it would be nice to be refunded the money for the items not received. If no response, we will go elsewhere in the future.
