Round Table Pizza

We're definitely going to be going there again. We dined in, had the back area all too our self, played video games, they have a claw machine that lets you play until you win a rubber ducky. Our waitress was so cool, and had a few funny stories she shared with us. The pizza was perfect. Parking was close, and the overall experience was memorable.

The staff here was great ! Came through Susanville to visit some family ,stopped in and had a salad bar and a pizza totally enjoyed myself, chatted with the staff a little bit. They were so kind so friendly, and the price of their salad bar is so reasonable.

A fantastic experience. The pizza was so.e of the best I've ever had. The second I walked in the smells and good looking food blew me away. The staff was extremely nice and very inviting. Will definitely be going again and recommending this to all my friends and family.

I took my family there for dinner and the customer service was great, the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They helped get us the best bargain for our money. When the food came out it was great and went above and beyond for our picky eaters! It was great to have great service

I like the comfortability of the seating, and at ease it provides. The buffet is limited, but special request can be accepted sometimes depending on who's working. Service has improved tremendously!!! Good job owners!

OMFG 😳. Just went there for a glass of water for an old Vietnam Vet that I seen pretty much living in his car for 5days now he says and he needed water to take his pills 😞 and an amazing young beautiful girl named "Faith" hooked him up with a FREE pizza 🍕 cause he hadn't eaten. WOW 😳.. just WOW!! Bless her heart ❤️ and that was such an amazing contribution to Our AMERICAN 🇺🇸 Vets. Especially on Memorial day weekend! I'm speechless. That young girl needs to be recognized 💯💯🇺🇸🇺🇸. Thank you Faith.👍

Great pizza, but i personally don't recommend the pan pizza. Pan used to just be a thicker crust, but now they do it more like a Chicago deep-dish. Just stick with their regular crust for the best product.

Had some confusion with our order. Seems the 2 guys making the pizza aren't very qualified. Lucky for us, Tommy made up for the clowns. He was fantastic... Will give it a second try, because of him.

I love their pizza. When I went it was after a childs soccer game. Round table was extremely busy. It took a long time to get your order. I completely understood, they were not equipped to handle the crowd size. I felt sorry for a delivery driver. He cane back from a delivery and found it a complete madhouse. He was running around so much. He really handled the chaos well. The only reason I gave round table a 4 Star is based on price. Their rates are going so high. I bought a personal pizza and a soda cost me over $15 and that was before I tipped the poor overworked employee. The staff was extremely nice which is also rare these days. All in all I enjoyed myself.

I ordered a large pepperoni pizza. When I got there two people came out from the kitchen but no one greeted me they proceeded to talk to themselves. The one girl was drinking her drink then went and sat down. After a few minutes another gal comes from the kitchen and is bagging an order that’s what it seemed like and she was the one that said I’ll be right with you. Then the first girl proceeded to get up from the table and finally helped me. I asked for ranch and crushed peppers which she said we don’t have any. Which being round table how can you not have any. Won’t be stopping here ever.

Ordered an extra large pepperoni pizza. It was so thin you couldn't even pick it up. The crust was flatter than a thin crust would be. I spoke to the manager and he told me the dough recipe changed. I went to Reno the next day and went to the Round Table in Golden Valley. It was perfect. Dough was just how it should be. I went back into the Round Table in Susanville and asked to speak to the Managers supervisor. I left my name and number. We arrived on Saturday at 11:00 right when they opened and the floor had food all over. The tables were dirty. It really is a shame that this place isn't looked after by Round Table. I know this isn't their standards.

So I have to pay Dasher a delivery fee as well, to feel Morally good, is absurd! not to mention when I called, the guy on the line Seemed like he couldn't get off the phone fast enough. Like i was an irritation. He didn't offer or send plates, parmesan or peppers and never ask if I wanted them ranch or anything else either. Sad to see people just don't care anymore even in a small town. And for a restaurant that is struggling to stay going, ud think they would try harder to keep their loyal customers.

So. I ordered a half meat lovers and half cheese pizza. Was repeated back to me on the phone and again in the store. Got home and it was all meat lovers and half with no cheese at all. So I called and they remade it for me, and I got a burn pizza with so much cheese thrown on it as if they were mad that they had to remake it, and no sauce on it this time. My son and I always order the BBQ chicken pizza because it has always been so good. The pie I received tonight WAS NOT WORTH the price. It barely had any sauce and it looked like the chicken had been put in a food processor. At least the little amount of chicken that was on it. The chicken has always in the past been nice chunks. One slice didn't have anything on it. NOTHING. I called Round Table to see if they had changed the way they were making their pizzas now. She said they weren't and that everything was weighed out. I find that hard to believe. For the price, I will never order this pizza from Round Table again and maybe no other kind either!

I ordered 1 large pizza for delivery. The said it would be a hour and I waited till a hour and a half before calling and not receiving a answer. Finally after calling 4 times fifteen minutes later they said they don't know where the pizza is at. What kind of service is this. I love round table but the service is not worth the pizza.

Ordered dinner for delivery & received our order without the soda we ordered. Our Door Dasher was sweet enough to offer to go back & get it. I called to give them a heads up & I was put on hold for 10 minutes & then hung up on. I called back & was given attitude and put back on hold. When Our Door Dasher picked up the soda, she said she was treated poorly. Won't be giving them our business anymore.

this is probably the worst place I’ve ever been to for a birthday party. They stuck us in the tiniest room they had and then they kept having workers coming in and out of the room because it was in their storage area. One of the workers almost cracked my niece with the door complete disrespect i almost trip and fell because they’re carpets ripping up I don’t think I’ll ever eat here again.

The place was filthy and we had to wait at the counter for (not exaggerating) 15 minutes while people walked passed us and didn't acknowledge our existence, just to have them tell us it will be an hour wait for food.( No one was eating in the restaurant mind you, they did have what looked like a birthday party that was already over and people were leaving from that but no orders in the restaurant from new walk ins). We had just heard them tell a caller it would be 35 min for there call in order so to tell us an hour for dine in is pretty ridiculous when we just wanted 1 pizza and some drinks and maybe salad bar. We left. The place was filthy and after getting that type of treatment we Said screw it and went to the pizza factory where we happily spent our money.

We ordered the double play pepperoni with the 6 twist and soda. The pizza was good the twist weren't done and mushy and EXTREMELY salty. The inside is completely filthy smelled like dirty feet. Lamp shades were covered in dust the soda machine was disgusting. I over heard 2 customers talking about waiting for more pizzas for the buffet to be done and a employee said well there's already one made. That's not how it works. I've worked at a Round Table and it was very clean and food is always done and made well. I won't ever be going back to that place again. I should have taken pictures but I didn't. And it wasn't busy at all only 4 of us and 4 others in there.

Here's why: It is filthy. The tables were sticky, and dirty. When we got a napkin out of the dispenser, we found trash behind it. (Old straw wrappers, some plastic packaging and some old lid to a dressing container. It was obvious they had been there for a while. The bathrooms were also filthy and not properly cleaned, again, for a long while. The salad bar was absolutely disgusting and there were fruit flies present. Now, I get fruit flies can be a pain, but proper sanitation remedies this. I was a manager at a restaurant for a long time, and I do know and understand well how to present and maintain a clean, hygienic, SAFE salad bar. This one was awful. The beans had this gelatinous liquid that should not be present at all, the beans on top were dried out, there were many empty containers, and the ones that had vegetables in them were old wrinkly cherry tomatoes, brown shriveled up spinach, slimy old mushrooms, and the dairy based dressings all had congealed dressing on the sides of their containers, showing they had not been switched out for many, many hours. As a California restaurant, the minimum requirement for a salad bar is The utensils and equipment surfaces (e.g., containers holding the food) touching this food generally need to be cleaned and sanitized at least every four hours. As well as maintained at a temperature of 41°. This was not happening. The counter of the salad bar was dirty,(salad is $7.99) crumbs and other food related debris were all over them. They too, were sticky. I don't know why every surface is so sticky, other than not using clean ,fresh sanitized water and bleach or possibly using a spray with a residue. I went to use the oil and vinegar but the vinegar bottle was empty and the oil bottle had more oil on its surface than inside it. The utensils are now plastic which is not at all what I'd expect from Round Table. There was only one fork. Every other receptacle was empty. The soda machine was dirty too. Clearly, there must be new owners who do not understand or practice safe food best practices. I will not be returning and I will not spend money at a place that clearly does not care about the community's health and safety. It was not like this in times past. Their prices are far too high for the lack of quality or care they put into this business. I gave 2 stars because one server was nice. That's the ONLY redeeming quality for this place. Our community deserves higher standards to be upheld where we spend our money. Do better.
