In-N-Out Burger

This In-N-Out Burger just opened about 2 weeks ago, and of course it’s amazing! This food chain has affordable prices and great quality food. All of the staff is always kind and helps if you need any assistance!

Drive through still a headache... parking seems to be sufficient. I still think the modern drive through doesn't hold up to old school stores. Two lanes 4 speakers. I cherish store no. 7.

Carlos H. Took our order in the drive thru. He had great customer service skills. Was very professionalism. Location continues to look clean and well taken care of. Parking lot is not chaotic.

I though it was going to be unmanageable but they got the traffic uncontrol and they have good security Well done In-N-Out 👏 on the traffic control that's all I was worried about A PLUS

Thank goodness we have this in & out here now, we used to have an illegal smoke shop ran outside of that auto shops that used to be on this lot Every time we’d have to deal with junkies jumping the fence, tripping and smashing into the hoods of our cars on the other side, it was ridiculously hilarious when I saw it happened but then it stopped being funny when one of them finally fell on my car (I’m being 100 percent serious this used to happen) Thank you In&Out for making sylmar a better place to live, slowly but surely it’ll happen

Came on their grand opening and they had great service! Everybody was so kind and the restaurant looked clean and inviting. The burger was better than at other in n out restaurants. Hopefully the quality stays up there because the one on laurel canyon in San Fernando was getting lazy. The lettuce on my burger was so cold and crisp and the meat and cheese was perfect with the grilled onions.

Food has that classic in n out taste. But what disappointed me was the drink. The small cubes filled to the brim of the cup took all the flavor from my pink lemonade and not to mention it was gone in a few sips.

I only come thru the drive thru if there isnt a line on the street because its horrendous. Different areas provide different levels of service. Out in sylmar on Foothill you'd get what you'd expect. Rude workers. Don't even want to look at you in the eye. Everyone looks like they don't want to be there and the way they prepare the food shows it. Saddest double double ive ever gotten.

We decided to give it a try. Drive thru was ok but we expected that since they are new. But the food was horrible. Cold, cold, cold!!! I understand their lines can be long but I expect good hot food when it’s finally delivered. Unfortunately, the food was cold and lacked the crispness that I love about their burgers. I really hope they pull it together in the next few months. I’ll go back and update my review if service improves.

We decided to give it a try. Drive thru was ok but we expected that since they are new. But the food was horrible. Cold, cold, cold!!! Walked in to order and the fries came out horrible! Absolutely worst fries I've ever gotten at in n out idk maybe cus its there opening week but they were just way too crispy almost like chip, am sure this won't be last time I'm coming here since am so close to it, but till then ill update my review as for now have to leave a 2 , even my grandma was complaining about them

Waited 45 min in the Line for Cold , Cold, Cold food and soggy bun i live 3 min from there ... also I got one chili peper and one spread !

since they decided to remove my review from yelp: someone ought to get a muzzle on the rent-a-cop outside directing traffic from the street onto exiting cars. i stayed on my right side (arrows on ground and all) to come out of the driveway, while someone tried to enter around the drive through line. jam ensued, and the hi-viz clad fixture walked over to gesture me to back up. no problem, i backed up some 5-6 ft to give room, wasn't enough, the second gesture to back up, did so again, apparently still not enough room for the 747 (it was some type of sentra/versa, small car) pulling in. finally home boy decides to face my car, throw both hands up, and bark "really! you going to block someone when they're trying to come in?" i rolled down my window and as nicely i could put it, told him to lower his tone and have courtesy with guests. service was great inside, food didn't disappoint. however, a blind hire from a box of lollipops would have made a better case of the situation at hand. not a fan of being reprimanded by Paul Blart for keeping in my lane and following the arrows on the ground. great first impression! (fyi there's another in n out 2 miles West and now 100% worth the extra 5 min on the road)

By the time I told him when they looked it up my hamburgers were already cold the shakes that didn't even seem cold I've been through a lot of In-N-Outs all over even in Vegas this is the worst service ever. What really bother me that I could see two workers all the time just walking around not doing anything.

Second time going to this place, and they messed up my order both times. It seems the guys don't lesten to customer orders. The service here needs improvements. The guys were also not friendly. They need training on how to welcome customers. I also noticed most of the empty tables and floor was dirty. I had to go ask someone to clean my table.
