Super friendly staff!
Fine craft beer, nuff' said...
It is the Eastwood neighborhood brewery.
Nice
Tasty beers!!
Amazing Milk Stout and IPA's. Well worth the trip
Beer and atmosphere is phenomenal. Love the Kirkgasser family.
Still the best brewery around. Can't recommend highly enough!!
Absolutely amazing! I definitely recommend coming here!
Great offerings in a small, Syracuse-themed tasting room.
The most amazing time ive had in ALONG time out . Thank you.
Homey small batch brewing. Great beers.
Love their wheat beer!!!
Love the place, love the beer, love the people!
Simply the best brewery in the 315!
Great beers, good selection.
Always new offerings that please. Nice people.
Best brewery in town!
If you are an IPA fan, check this place out.
Great beer and cozy establishment
Great beer and service!
Friendly staff and good beer
Great beer and staff
Great beer and great people
Great local brewery. C4 IPA is a standard, most tap rotate quickly. Great staff and reasonable prices.
Small brewery with a tasting room. Tastings are cheap and the people that run the place are very nice. They are huge Syracuse fans and the whole place is orange.
Great beers and a great place! Always something new to try when I go in. The C-4 IPA is awesome!
An excellent place to sample local crafted beer and gather with local people. A hidden gem in the Eastwood business district - highly recommended!!
Great beer and always something for everyone; good variety that changes regularly. Good people and music, too.
The owner is awesome and always honest. The beers are great and it's a cool place to stop by and try the creations.
Great tasting brew and pinball, all around awesome!
Great beer. My husband's loves their IPA. I prefer the Oatmeal Stout!
Great people and great beer. Comfortable atmosphere reminds you of the first microbreweries you visited.
Great little place off James Street. They have a few pinball machines and a very nice bartenter. Check out the neighborhood!
Good beer. Good owner. Distance drinking (and a pinball machine!) and to go orders.
Really good beer and great people. Well worth a stop if you're in the area.
Great beer, always has something fresh and new on tap!
Favorite brewery in Syracuse. Can't go wrong here. Stop in in taste the goodness!
Had a beer and checked in on the app. Great service and friendly staff.
Owner/ brewer Pete is great guy. Currently some phenom stouts on tap
Great beers. Always a great time. Pete and Janet are the best
Awesome brews. Amazing staff! Great times await.
Good beers in a relaxed atmosphere with friendly service....Lots of SU decorations....
Great beer. Great service. Tasted eight beers and all of them were awesome. They are located back behind the plaza so search them out.
I didn't like the look of this place at first but after coming here several times, I realized that I like their beers! Great hangout spot!
The beer was great they had a good selection of it ,the owner is attractive too and a great guy ( per my wife)lol
I love Pete's brews! He is the high priest of the hop, I also love his stouts, posters, ales, and everything else he makes. It's a cozy pub that feels like your best friend's den. They have an arcade game and 2 pinball tables!
Agreed. While you might not be entirely impressed as you first enter (unless of course you bleed Orange), give this place time to warm up to you. This isn't a place with a fancy LED screen that tracks your untappd post or that even gas WiFi for that matter, but what you will find is a one man operation who makes some damn fine beer. Make sure you try a flight or more of these, there were a couple of stellar IPAs when I was here. Great job, Pete!
A cool & divey SU themed brewery! Bartenders were really friendly and the brown porter was great - would definitely stop by again! Never forget to drink local! 🤟
Last stop of our Syracuse wedding weekend. No much was open on the 4th of July but luckily Eastwood was. Enjoyed some good beer with some old friends.

My wife and I were on a road trip and on our way home we wanted to catch a few breweries. We found Eastwood Brewing on untappd. It was a home run! Great owner and great beer. Pete, the owner, was a great guy who really seems to understand what it means to own a craft brewery. He holds events with different styles of beer and has some very creative line ups. We hit Eastwood at the perfect time, it was IPA week. I am a big IPA fan and all on the 8 IPA's on flight were perfectly on point. Even though he only had IPA's on tap, he hooked my wife (not an ipa fan) up with some stouts, porters, and hefeweizens from storage. My only complaint is that I dont have access to Eastwood beers in Massachusetts. They have a great atmosphere and great beer!
The best craft beer in Syracuse. Still ! The man knows NEIPA's. Red Ale was delicious. Stopped in again for a flight. The pumpkin ale was perfect! Some festive holiday beers are over the top but it was not. I would suggest trying it without the cinnamon sugar rim first. A regular weeklyish stop these days and for good reason
Great owners and people! They both know how to make their customers feel welcomed and very knowledgeable about their beer variety. Lots of variety amongst their beer, with an ever changing menu, and they will always have you leaving with a smile!
I love this place! Not only were the drinks cheap, the beer good, and they had different games available to play but I WAS ABLE TO BRING MY DOG! Would recommend to everyone, dog owner or not. It's a great little hole in the wall that is one of Syracuse's best little gems.
We couldn’t make it to Stoutfest this year and I was so disappointed because they’re my favorite! But I went in the following weekend and grabbed a crowler of EACH stout (and some C4 of course)! As always they NEVER disappoint! Fantastic beers! Thank u Pete, keep em coming! 🙂
I have been a fan of Eastwood Brewery since it first opened ! Like most of the beers but the milk stout and it's chocolate flavor is my favorite ! Was there yesterday and got a growler of it to share with a friend for the 4th of July celebration ! Will definitely be returning !!
One of my favorite breweries in Central New York. The Brown Porter was amazing. The Hefeweizen was my favorite this week. They are constantly changing their selection and creating a range of new seasonal beers.
Eastwood has some solid stouts and ipas every time I go there, and the tap room is SU themed which is really nice. They often have a food truck outside or you can order food from oip which has some of the best pizza and wings in town.
Local brewery on the back of Eastwood Plaza. Great beers, dart board and music. No TVs or WiFi make it a social place to get a beer. Make sure you have cash, but there is an ATM.
Wonderful owners. Very welcoming super low key which made for a very relaxing night. Great prices on the brews and amazing conversation. Perfect local spot you have to visit
This place is kinda of a hidden gem. Just barely off the beaten path, I hadn't ever heard of it until I did a search for breweries in the area and saw it. Good beers though, the staff who was there when I visited was very nice, and even the other patrons were super friendly and welcoming. Cash only but they have an atm if you don't bring any with you. I'll definitely go back and you should, too!

Really good beer!
Was great
Friendly and informative.
Great local brewery with fun University atmosphere!
I'd like to see some lite or wheat beers...I'm a lite beer drinker
Great beers and comfy place. Space to play games if you're inclined. Don't skip the jerky, not made in house, but really damned good.
Great brewery with friendly staff. Wide selection with flights available for a few bucks.
Unassuming space - you're basically walking into a loading dock, into a windowless, boxy spot. Sounds gloomy, but actually they made it feel very cozy, comfortable and welcoming. They have pinball machines! I don't know if it's the staff or regulars (or both), but I felt right at home here, even though there are two shotguns over the bar, something I've never seen before. I was told the place used to be called double barrel. The brewery is tiny (1 barrel?) but they had a nice variety of beers. I really enjoyed the Belgian strong blonde, and all the beers we tried were good. No food here, and you can get beer to go. I'll be back here next time I'm in town.

The beer made here is truly based on the owner/Brewer Pete's passion which is IPA's. He is not trying to make this place a brew pub or restaurant. Pete is here for the beer and he makes it great and unique!
Clean and friendly neighborhood brewing company. Bartender was a great help with the beers on tap, 8 of them, and the history of the company. Be aware: it is a CASH ONLY establishment, and the only food is bags of chips and candy bars. The beer itself is average to above average. If you're in the area, and do not want dinner with your beer, stop in. You may be surprised.
Only had a short visit. One beer, but it was a good one. Atmosphere was friendly. Pretzels were put out to snack on. Staff seemed knowledgeable. I will go back sometime soon and sample more beers.

Solid beer selection and quality. Friendly staff. Bar is kinda a tight fit. Rough cellular service and no wifi.
Ok brews. Friendly staff who were very helpful. Liked the stouts the best.
No food, only craft beers, dollar pinball games and no t.v.'s (sports bar?) I could go to the store buy a mixed 6 pack of craft beers ho home sit in my closet and save some money... but, they have a amazing selection of t-shirts and hats?!?!
This will be my third time going. I just wish they had non-alcoholic and gluten free selections for those of us in a group that can't have alcohol or anything with gluten (it is a real medical condition). More of a nano brewery and family owned local business than a mere hole in the wall, yet they are more bare bones than most micro breweries in the region. SU and other area sports history adorn the walls. Located in the back of Eastwood Plaza. You can rent it for events like my group are once again. Because I don't typically go to the local, my take is different than Dave Portnoy, who slated another local shopping center (story for another day).
Found a beer i liked one week, went back to find it tasted very different the second time. Third time and it was different again. Consistency needs some work.
Website, Facebook, and Google all said they were open. Drove up to find they were closed. Guess you have to comb theough Facebook posts as well to really know their hours.
