We really enjoyed our Toss N Fire pepperoni pizza at the Great New York State Fair! The staff was efficient & pleasant! They greeted me when I placed my order. The wine slushy was great too! We also enjoy going to Toss N Fire at Harvey’s Garden in Syracuse, NY. It is very well- run & clean. The food is delicious! The staff is hard- working & helpful!

Just shy of a 5 if only…sigh… Let’s start with the positive - We eat gluten free so this is DEFINITELY the place for GF cauliflower crust! I have had lots of GF cauliflower crusts around here and in other states and this is without question the best we’ve ever had so kudos T&F!!! Ingredients are always fresh and wonderfully flavorful. The fam loves every wood fired pizza they’ve had (not gluten free) and their wings are also exceptional (ask for extra crispy). Now to the “if only” - I always order my GF pizzas with extra cheese. Why oh why are they being skimpy on the cheese? Literally the cheese ends AT LEAST 2 inches from the end of the crust. As much as I enjoy their GF cauliflower crust, I don’t enjoy it so much that I want to eat the last third of the pizza with absolutely no ingredients on it. That may fly with a regular crust but please, I beg you, bring the cheese within a half inch of the edge of the crust on a GF pizza please. I will pay for extra extra cheese if I must - although I don’t think I should have to. When you make this small change, I will happily and excitedly give you 5 stars!! Side note - if you phone order, have the person repeat your order back to you before hanging up to ensure you are getting what you asked for.

Just had a margarita pizza for the first time and it was the best pizza I've ever had! also got a half dozen of their garlic buffalo wings and they were absolutely perfect!!!

Staff is friendly and they hustle. Sometimes you have to wait but it’s worth it. The food is delicious

When my brother is in town we love to take him to Toss & Fire in North Syracuse. He loves the pizza and especially the Garlic Buffalo wings, crispy and saucy. That is exactly what we ordered last week. My son and him got the wings and a Honey Pot Pizza. I got a mushroom and cheese calzone and my husband got the stromboli with pepperoni, sausage and cherry pepper. Everything was FANTASTIC. We all shared the wings ( 2 orders) and they were the best wings we have every had. Made exactly as we ordered them. Crispy on the outside tender and juicy on the inside and plenty of sauce. The service was kind of slow for the amount of diners but we were in no hurry. Don't worry. We will be back soon to Mangia.

This wasn’t my first time ordering from Toss & Fire but this was by far the best order I’ve had from them thus far. We ordered specialty pizzas named Ricotta be kidding me, the salt potato pizza and a broccoli and vegan cheese. They all were just amazing. So much flavor and perfectly made. If you haven’t tried them before then you need to asap. Thank you Toss & Fire for a lovely pizza dinner last night!

I’ve been here a few times and it’s been great every time. They have a great pizza selection, very good beers on tap, and the prices were very reasonable. My only personal nitpick would be they use shredded chicken on the chicken wing pizza and not fried chicken. Otherwise everything was awesome.

Top notch pizza! Love this new gem in North Syracuse. Toss n fire has been a great food truck staple, and has mad a seamless transition to a storefront, with a great selection of gourmet pies, sandwiches, burgers, appetizers, and wings. They also have over 16 local beers on tap, and have a great kid's menu. Service was excellent, and the whole experience was great!!!

I've been here multiple times, and I've always had a great experience. The pizza, wings, and dishes are all delicious, and have always been made properly and quickly. If you enjoy craft beer, this place is a must. Always something great to drink on tap, or one of their many bottles and cans. The pizza and wings/other dishes are must haves, don't wave them off because you want strictly pizza and/or wings.

20$ for large 4 cheese wood-oven specialty pizza... And it was very special. The cheese and flavor was amazing but most pizza places can get the cheese right... That's not what makes this place special. No, the all-star here was the dough. It was soft and crispy on the outside and had great flavor, I normally throw the crust away but today I dipped it in marinara and consciously forgot about calories. Would definitely eat here again.

The food and service are always incredible. We really love the caprese salad, Detroit style pizza (all of them!) and the great craft beer selection.

Just had the Meatza personal pizza from Toss & Fire Pizza and it was absolutely incredible. The crust had that perfect wood-fired char, and the toppings were loaded with high-quality, flavorful meats. Every bite was rich, smoky, and delicious — you can really taste the difference. Easily one of the best pizzas I’ve had in Central New York. Highly recommend checking them out if you haven’t already!

We dined in... Service was cheerful and efficient. I ordered Steak & blue pizza. It was really good. This was my first time there. It was a positive experience. Many choices on their menu for wood fired pizza, Detroit style and NY style, plus original appetizers, wings, etc.

This place was delicious! I was a bit wary when I first got there, it looked like a Blaze type place (if anyone has been to the chain out West) but this wasn’t Blaze at all. They had SO MANY OPTIONS! It actually made us a slight bit anxious because we were overwhelmed with the choices. We ended up with a NY style 4 cheese pizza and we added some broccoli, onions and garlic. It was absolutely perfect. We saved half of it begrudgingly because we wanted to eat it for dinner too. Our waitress was a sweetheart as well! It was my husbands 30th birthday and he said it was everything he wanted and then some!

We love Toss & Fire, especially the North Syracuse location. The atmosphere is casual and the pizza is excellent. We had the Grandma Pizza on our most recent visit and it was a nice change -- cheese on the bottom and sauce dolloped on top. I don't eat meat, so I appreciate the vegetarian options here. The garlic and Parmesan chips should be outlawed -- they are so good! A Caesar salad is big enough for two people to share. If you sign up for emails/texts, Toss & Fire almost always has some kind of discount going. It's nice to have a place where you can "come as you are,'' bring the family and not spend a fortune.

Wood fired pizza at its finest. I had the cheeky monkey. It was incredible. The dough is really good, it’s crispy and flavorful. Probably the most unique pizza place in upstate NY as they have a lot of different options (Detroit style pizza, salt potato, white clam), definitely one of my favorite places to eat in the area!!

Awesome that these guys got a brick and mortar location :) they're pizza gets two thumbs up plus Nick and Joe are very friendly, down to earth guys! I've had the cheeky monkey multiple times so I'd say that's my favorite but the salt potato and margherita are also delicious!

Toss ‘n Fire was an absolute pleasure to have cater our wedding reception. The communication, punctuality, price and friendliness of the staff was beyond satisfactory. I am unable to have gluten and the staff working the truck was beyond helpful in making sure I could get my pizza first with minimal cross contamination. The food was absolutely delicious and we would love to have them cater again for our future events in the area!

Delicious wood fired pizza!!! I got a pepperoni pizza and she got the salt potato pizza. I'd never have imagined that salt potatoes could be good on a pizza, but they pulled it off! A great selection of craft beer; about a half dozen on tap and at least twice that in bottles or cans. They were unusually busy but we were seated quickly and our pizza came out as soon as possible. Our sever was running like crazy and still would stop by to chat for a moment and check on us. We'll definitely visit again.

Grey pizza, great service! Super quick, even if you don't order ahead they'll have your pizza out in minutes. Ordered a 12" and was barely over $10, enough to fill me up for lunch. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic wood fired pizza. Ordered Spicy Hot Honey and Chicken Ranch, both crispy Detroit style. Wife wanted a build your own mushrooms & broccoli 🥦 on a crispy thin cauliflower crust! Delicious every time!!

Always top notch, tried the Detroit style last time I went, I think it was the hot honey pepperoni or something but it was outstanding. My girlfriend has celiac and she always loves coming here for the gluten free pizza.

We had Toss 'n' Fire cater for our wedding, and it was delicious. Lots of specialty pizza flavors, and sides available. Nick is very personable and accommodating. Prices are reasonable as well. We highly recommend Toss 'n' Fire for catering on any occasion. We also love to eat in their dining room.

The wait time was a little long for the stromboli as they were making it fresh but it was the best stromboli I ever had, nice soft dough and cheesy string pull. We also ordered the fire wood pizza which was nice a crispy as well as the garlic knots, all piping hot. Our waitress was excellent in making sure we were taken care of and she had this great upbeat attitude which made for a great first time here, will definitely return!

Pizza is soooo delicious!!! So many varieties, great prices and the menu is full of other items that are a must try!!! This was my first experience at the restaurant usually I get pizzas at the NYS fair but COVID19 happened BUT 'Rona couldn't stop from finding my favorite pizza's home. So happy! One thing that stood out from a negative standpoint..staff could have been more kind over the phone and in person at the restaurant. It was a little disappointing because the staff on the food truck at the fair have always been so upbeat and smiling despite the heat, crowds & crazy busy chaos of pizza slinging. But overall it was all good! Grabbed menus and passed them to family and friends...we'll be back soon! Cannolis were scrumptious and so satisfying too!

Detroit Style Pizza... We really love Detroit Style Pizza and have been looking for a place that still makes it. We also have been wanting to try Toss & Fire Wood-Fired Pizza. When I found out they had the pizzas I was looking for, I was like... Let's do this. First things first, let's start with the pizza. Awesome Awesome Awesome. The crust is thick and is slightly crispy on the bottom while maintaining a soft center. The three cheeses give a nice cheese pull and is caramelized perfectly around the outside, around the outside. The cupped and chared pepperoni is a little much the sensitive person, but just right for me. The marina racing stripes are a great way to finish the piece of art. Friendly service and a really nice outdoor seating area. Made me wish we didn't get takeout, so we could dine there.

Pizzas were so tasty and only took a few minutes from when we ordered to get them to the table. Service was very friendly and top notch.

Excellent place for pizza and wings. We were surprised they had full sized wings and not small bar wings... Great selection of beer. They're currently expanding and it looks great so far, will certainly be returning. If you're dining in remember to be patient because those pizzas are made from scratch, love, and everything good... As always we tried them at the Fair and absolutely fantastic taste. Service was quick and employees at the fair were very friendly. They have also shared that Gyro pizza at the fair is the best, which we will try next time. Definitely will try again.. taste is mouth watering. Highly recommended.

Stopped in for my meal of the day while heading to the Salmon River. Nice menu selection of pizzas and toppings. Ordered a Cheese Steak Pizza and added bacon. Also, ordered a 6 piece wings with honey siracha sauce. The wings were nice and crispy fried. They were nice size wings. The sauce was amazing. I lived the taste. The pizza was excellent. I did add sauce to it because I like sauce. The crust was very good and tasty. Just the right amount of toppings. The steak wasn't very tasty but the rest made up for it. The server was super nice and attentive. And the restaurant was very clean.

Updated 2025 Review-- I was fortunate enough to pre-order their "New Haven" style pizza today and boy, it didn't disappoint one iota! Absolutely superb flavor, particularly from the cheese and sauce blend along with a perfect undercarriage that one would expect from the New Haven style! I hope they consider keeping this style around as they clearly know what they're doing with it!! Bravo!

Very fun pizza spot. They even offer an awesome Detroit deep dish which is pretty unique around here. Highly recommended if you need a pizza off the beaten path.

There is no better wood fired pizza in Syracuse than Toss & Fire. They are masters at flavor combinations, with The Honey Pot Detroit style pizza being my favorite (so far).

The pizza here is great. Great little pizza joint. 12 various beers and ciders on tap. We got two wood fired pizzas to go and had a drink while we waited. Its a quiet place if your looking for some great food and not the buzz of a big busy restaurant this is the place.

We ordered delivery which door dash completely messed up; even though it wasn’t their fault, the manager of North Syracuse Toss&Fire made us fresh pizzas and even gave us a full refund. That is stellar customer service and we will definitely choose them again!

Yum. Other than sodas being $3 each , it was just what we wanted. (not that soda prices are much different than other places) I just feel fountain soda should be more reasonable, seeing it costs next to nothing for restaurants. Especially since food prices are so high anymore. Regardless, the wings were great, and pizza was real good too.

Absolutely phenomenal pizza - some of the best I’ve had in my entire life! We ordered a classic Meatlovers pizza which was loaded with meat and delicious cheese and had a wonderfully crispy bottom without being burnt. We also tried a pizza with sun-dried tomatoes, Italian cured meats, pecorino cheese, and a hot honey drizzle and WOAH. I was absolutely in love. Absolutely out of this world 1000/10 delicious. The rest of the menu looked delicious as well, we just didn’t get to try it. The atmosphere was fairly laid back an enjoyable, and the service was very fast. I would definitely recommend a stop if you’re in Syracuse!

Sooo yummy ordered these pizza as a pickup in the website & it was quick & easy. The pineapple was phenomenal & the pepperoni!!! Wish they had Alfredo sauce but garlic was just as amazing !!! Totally recommend this is hands down the second best wildfire pizzas I tasted EVER soo far !! The crust was not too hard & still gory while having that crunch & the cheese pullssss was soo good couldn’t get a pic cause it was too addictive to stop eating !!

We got three wood fired pizza 6 slices each you can also get the wood fired In a 4 slice . We got the Chicago beef, which we knew we enjoyed because we had it at the state fair last year in 2024. We got the cuse salt potato, and the pickle pizza. We liked them fast being the Chicago beef, second being the pickle and being the salt potato. Now the salt potato was good. It just wasn’t our favorite. It made us feel like a breakfast pizza and we kind of felt like it needed some eggs or something on it but still very good. The potatoes were soft and creamy. But by far the standout pizza is the Chicago beef with the mild giardiniera and ajue dipping sauce, adding so much flavor.

Wow what an experience every time I come here. I visit from Georgia every year and this place NEVER disappoints. The pizza is the best you can get. The staff is extremely polite and happy. The food coming out from Oder to table is extremely quick. There’s nothing to fault about this place. I’ve been coming to this exact spot for over 4 years and will continue to. If you’re looking for the best pizza around this spot is it. The prices are a bit steep but so worth the price for the authenticity and genuine quality flavors from all the different pies. We used Toss & Fire’s mobile pizza truck for our wedding on 5/25/25 and they were a HUGE HIT. Honestly, the pizza was some of the best I’ve ever tasted. The crust was soft & chewy with a perfect balance of sauce, cheese & toppings. I live in Manhattan, and I’m genuinely struggling to find pizza half as good. Leading up to the wedding, the team at Toss & Fire were a dream to work with. The hardest part was deciding what to order off their menu, but they were incredibly flexible and we were able to craft the perfect order to the size and scale of our wedding. I’m a vegetarian and my husband is not, and we were both perfectly happy with our orders. We also wanted to accommodate our vegans & gluten free guests, and it couldn’t have been easier. The team informed us that they travel with GF crusts and vegan cheese, and could make any of our pizzas special for dietary restrictions. We even had an especially sensitive GF guest able to request having GF pizzas made first before the oven was shared with demon gluten. No one laughed or rolled their eyes, which is the minimum I was expecting. At our wedding, the food truck staff was exceptional. They called us (the bride & groom) up first, reminding us that the couple never eat at their own weddings, so we were to get first orders. I even saw them running specialty (vegan, etc) orders directly to tables. At the end of the night all the leftovers were boxed up and eagerly brought home by our guests! Their personal touch cannot be overstated. They travelled pretty far out of their way to be a part of our wedding, and were so tremendously grateful that they did. It’s two weeks later now, and I’m still dreaming about those pizzas.

Toss & Fire’s Gluten Free Detroit Caprese pizza is out of this world. Most GF pizza is either too thin or crunchy like a cracker. This amazing crust is thick and chewy and so good you get worried about it REALLY being gluten free - but it is! I promise you. Add to that amazing pizza combinations for my non GF family and this has become one of our favorite restaurants. We had a great waitress named Sarah who was friendly, cheerful and so willing to share her favorite pizzas (the caprese and the burger pizza). I was so wowed by a wait staff that takes an interest in their customers!!! Plus chilled glasses came out with the ciders we ordered … what??? This only happens at my house or at bars that cater to beer drinkers and have one cider on the menu. The ciders were fantastic - three choices from three different cider makers - not just the usual 1911. Looking for a place to take your GF friends? You will be blown away by Toss & Fire!

I've been traveling for work and I prefer to visit local places rather than chains that I could always go to back home. Found Toss & Fire in the area of my hotel and wanted to try them out. They did NOT disappoint! The MeatZa wood-fired pizza is fantastic! Great taste, good bang for the buck, and amazing cheese. For us millennials the pinnacle of a pizza cheese pull is the pizza from A Goofy Movie. This is the closest I have found. My only "ding" is that service seemed a little slow. Took a while to place my order and get drink refills. Not sure if they were perhaps short on staff that evening. Nonetheless everyone was absolutely friendly. Definitely planning on coming back next time I'm in the area!

The Cheeky Monkey pizza I had was delicious, and the other menu items looked good too. Lots of local beers fresh on tap, and the staff were all friendly and helpful.

We stopped in for a quick lunch. There is a counter and bar area for service or have the option to sit at a table. The servers were very friendly and helpful. We had two wood fired pizzas: 3 little pigs (Tomato sauce topped with pecorino, mozzarella, Basilio sausage, pepperoni and applewood smoked bacon) and the pepe (Garlic & herb butter topped with pecorino, mozzarella, chopped clams and applewood smoked bacon). The pizzas came out relatively quickly, the crust was crunchy on outside with a decent chew, the ingredients were high quality, and the taste overall was superb. Highly recommend as a good quick dining option in the North Syracuse/Cicero area.

I've been a fan of Toss & Fire Wood-Fired Pizza for a long time. Visiting them at food truck rodeos, festivals and the NY State Fair. I've always have had a consistently well prepared and delicious pizza. They have two brick and mortar locations. The North Syracuse location is the original. They opened their second location at Township 5 in Camillus back in the fall of 2020. This review is of their Camillus location. I have been to this location numerous times and always order three wood fired pies on each visit. The wood fired pizzas come in 10 inch and 12 inch pies. For this visit the three wood fired pies all had a nice crisp crust. The Margherita had fresh mozzarella and the perfect flavor balance of basil and garlic. Tessa's Veggie had fresh vegetables such as tomato, broccoli and pecorino. You didn't miss a veggie in every slice. We also wanted to try a "novelty" type of wood fired pizza. We went with one that Toss & Fire created for the NY State Fair, the Bit of a Pickle. Garlic, Applewood bacon, Mozzarella, Cheddar, dill pickles and a ranch drizzle. Don't sell this pie short. All the flavors worked well together. I learned not to term some foods a "novelty" until I try it! Instead I will change the term to unique. They still have a couple more "unique" pies that I have not tried yet! The chicken wings were ordered extra crispy with hot Buffalo sauce. An order comes with ten wings. They were nice sized wings and glad I ordered them extra crispy because when I got home they seemed like they had a normal crisp to them. Will not knock that since it was takeout and I'm sure if I ate at the restaurant they would of been as ordered. The staff are always welcoming and able to answer any questions you may have while placing your order. Once you order they give you a vibrating beeper to let you know when your order is ready. If it's longer than 20 minutes I like to walk around Township 5 checking out the other shops. You can also order online from their website. Toss & Fire also has normal NY style pizza oven pies along with Detroit style pizza. I haven't tried their Detroit or NY styles yet and probably won't until I go down the line of their wood fired menu.

Our family tries to support local restaurants during the pandemic. We ordered 3 pizzas from Toss & Fire last night. The ordering process was quick and easy through GUBHUB, and delivery was on time. We had the Cheeky Monkey, the Chicken Bacon Ranch, and the Caprese. We all agreed that the pizzas were unique, had good taste, and the crust was perfect. Overall, a very good experience. We will be trying more of their unique flavors in the future. First time I've ever tried a vegan pizza. It was very good. I like this place the crust always has a nice flavor to it and they always put the perfect amount of toppings on it.

Went to the North Syracuse location being my first visit here; usually dine weekly at Twin Trees III across the street. Great service and the pepperoni on the four piece special was really delicious. Not a big Craft Beer fan so I was glad they had Labatt Blue Light on the beverage list. They were out of that beer so I had a canned 16 ounce Budweiser which was nice and cold. Also requested a glass of water with a lemon and they were out of lemons. The server and crew were very friendly. I told the server it was our first visit for my wife and I there. The wine menu is on the napkin holder. She would have got wine but it wasn't on the beverage menu. We will be back. I guess the older I get a pet peeve when I go out is not having a garnish or a beer that is on the menu; especially beer. 11/7/2024

My daughter and son-in-law recommended this place. Very good pizza and wings! We started with a tasty order of sriracha and honey wings crispy. Then we ordered a DSP honey pot w/o the hot cherry peppers. Really good, fresh ingredients, sauce, crust had a good crisp and the honey drizzle was a nice touch. I'd give it 8.1 on the "One Bite" scale. We also ordered a small Margarita Pizza. Again very good, fresh ingredients, nice crisp. I'd give it a 7.4 on One Bite. If you like good pizza places with a nice selection of beers, this is a good spot in Syracuse. 👍

The salt potato pizza is fantastic. Clean restaurant. Waitress was very nice. We also tried the Meatza pie. Very good, but takes a backseat to the potato variety.

1st time. It was ok. Cheaper to order direct from their site than thru Grubhub, pizza was a little to thin and hard to handle, wings were not great; its like they were just cooked past being pink inside and a little chewy, the Stromboli was good (per my boyfriend)

I ordered a pizza a couple days ago, and I was pleasantly impressed by their garlic flavor on the pizza I ordered. The crust was soft and thin with a slight crisp. I do wish that they had put more chicken on the pizza, but I’ll know for next time to tell them to add more. Overall, the veggie quality was nice and fresh. I would have given them a 5 star rating if it wasn’t for the chicken and slightly high price.

Wood fired pizzas - an aquired taste...heard good things about the place so stopped by to pick up dinner. Wings were tasty but a little dry...pizza was very good but the toppings could be more generous. Will go back to try the NY Style pizza.

Good food. Offered gluten-free and dairy-free options, which is great and not typical for pizza restaurants. We liked it a lot. We had a caprese salad and two kinds of pizza. The non-dairy cheese on one of our pizzas was both tasty and melted nicely (not always the case!).

So I’m just here to warn any one who is deciding to order the chicken wing pizza …. DON’T. The dough is excellent. But it is literally straight hot sauce with tiny small diced chicken crumbles, ridiculous amount of parm cheese (literally) and mozz cheese. I couldn’t finish a slice due to the straight hot sauce dripping off the slice. The other pizza selections are good but I just want to help someone out and save them the disappointment…because now I’m here hungry and mad 🙃

We have been to the other toss and fire and found that one amazing, this one was okay nothing great the service was fine not bad not great just average, the pizza was cooked but was at best room temp when I took a bite not sure if it had been pre me made them thrown in to be warmed up but was not nearly as good as other toss and fire. Next time I will drive the extra to go to a different location not as good as other locations but still better than most pizza locations.

Ordered the two coast pizza with some garlic parm wings. I opted to go with char grilled for an extra $1. I wish the pizza could be done Detroit style but that’s okay. It’s a specialty. The wings were okay - they definitely weren’t char grilled and they were missing the parm for the garlic parm. They tasted like flavorless milds. Still ate them, though. The pizza tasted burnt, and I get it, it’s wood fired so that’s normal — but it took away from the delicious flavor of the two coast pizza. I’d eat a delicious bite and the next bite would be burnt flavor. We don’t order from toss n fire often but I personally think the quality has gone down hill in maybe the last year. For the price it just isn’t worth it anymore. I also didn’t see the riggie pizza on the menu which used to be my favorite. OK visit. OK food.

Placed a pickup order. When I got to the restaurant, I went to the counter and waited a while before one of the staff acknowledged me. Several wait staff and a larger gentleman who I assume was a manager walked by without even looking at me. Finally a girl sitting on the customer side of the counter asked one of the waitresses to help me out, which was nice, but I guess she was a waitress too and could've said something way earlier. The girl who finally helped me out was pleasant. They did seem to be more focused on the dine-in customers. The food was lukewarm. The taste of the pizza was equivalent to Papa Johns. Very cheap tasting. Maybe it would have been better if it was hot. Maybe it would have been hot if I didn't have to wait around forever. The char grilled wings just tasted burnt. Not even close to OIP's wings. They for some reason gave me an extra pizza. You would think that would be cool, but it was just a chore to throw it out

We have ordered here maybe 7 times since moving back to the area. We try to leave positive reviews when food/ service is good, and when food isn't up to par, we understand that it's not always going to be great and give it another try. Especially when you've had great food there at least once. Our past couple orders seem to be missing the magic we remember, and this last order was simply horrible. Our friend was buying and suggested the chicken riggies that he has had here. The chicken riggies were literally rigatoni in pink pasta water. No one could find chicken, peppers, or anything else besides a glimmer of cheese in their dishes and little red specs of pepper. We emptied them into bowls, and the sauce was pasta water. Minimum little remnants of chicken, nothing to even pick up with a fork.. The person that ordered pizza said it was " ok but would not get it again," which surprised us since the rest of us thought we should have stuck with pizza after adding our own ingredients to the pasta we ordered. I see by the reviews that this place still must be good some of the time. Our friend that suggested the riggies felt horrible. Nowadays, with prices up, plus the 15-20% tips for pick up orders, when you get bad food it's even more frustrating. $100 bucks and no one was happy. If we order again, which won't be for a while, we will update this review since I don't believe in only posting when things are bad.

I was looking forward to this pizza at truck day. Idk where I should leave the review because it was a food truck but to have burnt pizza 3 out of the 4 we got was depressing. I get its wood fire but there should be a limit to how charred it gets and allowed to give to customer. They said they weren’t expecting to have that many people. I feel if you’re signed up for something you should be ready and expect to have a line. $15 per pizza was ridiculous for what we got back for it.

One pizza was very good,gluten free pizza was like cardboard,wings were set on top of watery sauce,not good! Server was very nice,gave a decent tip. Look at pics,we were quite disappointed. Even if price wasn't high still would be disappointed. Sorry for negative review.

Toss N Fire had become so big that they have forgotten about what brings people back....good food and great customer service. They make a great overpriced pie ...so you expect great customer service which is free. Well, we didn't get that again. When you advertise, pick up at 350, and you don't deliver my pie until 410 in an empty store that is a real problem. We have other great pizza options in Syracuse that take care of the customer. So either get your house in order or this will be the last time you see my face!!!! UPDATE: The team at Toss and Fire were very responsive to this review. We really appreciate the willingness to take feedback from the customer. The food is out of this world....I really hope on our next visit, so is the service.

Waited around 40 minutes while I watched everyone around me get their pizza, just for mine to be hard and burnt on the edges when I finally got it. The crust is inedible because of how burnt to a crisp and gross it is.

Ordered a calzone and got a pizza instead my first visit here, not a big deal. Have ordered the “cheeky vegan” twice now and both times it had dairy cheese on it. Will not be returning here or recommending to anyone that wants to get what they actually ordered

Today was our first time at Toss & Fire in North Syracuse. We ordered a Margherita and Buffalo Chicken Fried Pizza. The Margherita Pizza was soggy and the Buffalo Chicken Fried Pizza tasted like someone had poured the entire bottle of Frank's Red Hot on the pizza. The were so busy that they forgot to slice the pizza. We had to wait for them to cash out and/or take orders before they could slice the pizza. We gave a couple of slices away to some customers that wanted to know how the pizza was. We were so disappointed that I went in to express my discontent. Kyle, one of the managers, was not very receptive or understanding about my disappointment and made a couple of rude comments about the fact that most of the Margherita Pizza had been eaten. He then asked the owner to address the situation. I told the owner this was one of the worst pizzas that I had ever had. I explained the sauce was runny on the Margherita and the Buffalo Chicken tasted like drinking a bottle of Frank's Red Hot.The manager was very understanding and let me know if there was a problem I should let him know and he would remake our order. He offered to remake our order. We declined his offer, then he offered to refund our money. We declined his offer once again. He expended the time and money to make the pizza and I understand that he has employees, utilities, payroll taxes, insurance as part of his overhead. I was truly disappointed with the quality of the pizza at the restaurant. I have had the pizza from their Food Truck and have not been disappointed.

Reply Hi, Thanks for your response. But let me tell you we have been buying our meal with your guys for over a year now. And there was no problems ever. There was no burnt or yours Leopard print on any of our pizza. We don't have any problem to spend our money. So its was really not the matter of money for us. It was all about our time and our hunger. It was about our dinner which was spoiled. I don't understand why the Manager is lying or trying to justify so much about that new pizza. I know that pizza was recooked because I did pulled a piece of chicken from that old pizza, and when they gave this recooked pizza I did figure out that the spot where I pulled up chicken was still there. And let me tell you MR Owner that the old pizza which we return was not burnt or had any leopard print on it. Then how come suddenly you changed it to be a Leopard print Pizza. But thank you anyways for your help and your Manager help. Which was full of lies. If you guys have accepted it that the pizza was recooked, I would really appreciate it your honesty. But i don't want to visit a place where the foundation is filled with lies. Thank you once again and thank you for the refund. Hi, We just bought a Large Pizza from you guys. Order was placed on my wife's name :- Sharon. First time I had to come back to return my Pizza because there was hardly toppings on it. So we came back to return the pizza, so the manager said they will make a new one with better quality and more toppings. But the Manager fooled us by cooking the same pizza and putting some topping on it. When we called again to complain about it the Manager said she made it with her own hand. We can clearly see that this pizza is recooked and over cooked due to which its all burnt out. And the Manager tells us that its the cheetah print. As if we never ate pizza from you guys. This was the last time to visit Toss and Fire.

Everything horrible. Order took much longer than expected. I ordered ahead and got there on time. Many people came and went. I was told a side I ordered was "still being prepared." I waited and waited. Pizza was total crap. I spent $24 for a SMALL pizza that was flimsy like paper and tasted terrible/Garlic knots were so heavy with oil they were inedible. Marinara was sour. I asked for some sort of compensation for waiting so very long, kid told me NO outright. Any kind of gesture would have been appreciated. Should have gotten a supreme pizza at Pizza Hut! Why do people go to places like this? Wood fired my backside! DO NOT GO HERE!

Let me start by saying that I really love this place. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Friday is pizza night for my family and we get the same order from here every week. My son can’t eat cheese, and the staff has always done a great job with his pizza, which we really appreciate. However, the last three times I’ve ordered, all of our pizzas have been very dry and overcooked. It’s frustrating to spend 60-70 dollars on food that just isn’t up to the usual quality. I tried giving it a few chances, hoping it was just a fluke, but after three straight orders like this, I cannot keep spending my money here. I really hope this feedback helps get things back to how they used to be.
