Great sub and fast service! Very easy to order and everything was exactly what I wanted. Update! The guy told me if I left a review my next order is free. He was dishonest! Don't trust the employees and go elsewhere. Dishonesty makes you question what they do to your food. FYI

After church on Sundays this is my spot. Delicious garlic crust pepperoni sausage & mushrooms. So good and tasty. I go to the one on Florida Ave... Indeed my favorite. It's made just right. This is my opinion. The price is right.

This is one of the best locations ever. My food is also fresh and made to perfection by either Tyler or Cody. These two are hands down the best to ever do it for this Hungry Howies location! Tyler and Cody you guys are amazing! And thank you for always welcoming all guests with opened arms.

We ordered the Howies Special add sausage . By far the best pizza in north Tampa. Super fast delivery. I think it's under new management. If you've had a problem in the past give them another try. You won't be disappointed.

Today on a wet day as this due to hurricane Debbie passing through, none the less my life partner and I had been hankering for a snack as well as wanted to see the lay of the land after such conditions due to being new to the area. My wife went in to place an order and right when she arrived back to me it started to pour not knowing the gentleman whom took my wife and I order had also volunteered to bring it out our order due to it raining. Taken back by this action and the willingness alone to be a gentleman while providing superb service and great eats what more could you ask for in a world changing that may not value courtesy as it once did. I called in to thank him that I will come get the order due to not wanting Kory to get wet and Kory not only gave but extended his kind gesture. Not knowing after speaking with him a moment that he is the owner of this find retro location…just thinking this guy is going to change the way the world does business again one slice at a time!!!✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨

My family and I order pizza here and actually drive across town just to get it from this location bcuz the staff is always amazing especially our favorite, Cody. The food has always been on point and it's just great all the way around.

Customer service was outstanding! So friendly so accommodating so handsome. The front lobby was very clean. Nothing beats the smell of fresh baked pizza. My mouth was watering the whole time. My order was just being pulled out of the oven when I walked in. When the app said it would be ready in 15min they weren't kidding! Talk about great timing! I would recommend this location to everybody. Can't miss the brand new sign hanging out front.

This is easily the best pizza at a reasonable price in the area! Sure you can take out a small loan and buy a $40 gourmet pizza, but for the category of normal "carry out / delivery" pizza places, this franchise & location is the BEST! It's always made right, the ingredients taste fresh and we have never been disappointed. They remodeled a few months ago so it looks great inside too if you do carry-out. I highly recommend Hungry Howies and especially THIS location!

Was very disappointed with my first experience here in early 2020. In the recent months this Hungry Howies has gotten better and better. Very pleased with the food and friendliness of the delivery drivers. Prompt delivery and awesome pizza. Fair prices. Thank you. Update- In the recent months this location has gotten very careless with my pizza orders,and has increased their delivery price to $11.98. Not worth it. I am on a budget, and will be taking my business elsewhere.

My service was fast, and my salad, I'm sure would have been great, except I did not eat it; the employee was courteous and professional. The only reason why I did not give 5 stars is because the employee did not wear gloves to make my salad nor wash his hands prior to handling my food. I did not say a word, but I threw the food away and then went to another spot for food.

I ordered a large 2 topping and a medium specialty for pick-up today for the Bolts game. I walk in to pick up my order only to find a customer and an employee going at it. Customer was furious as the employee had been rude to him and a very bad exchange of profanity between the two. The customer had requested to speak to a manager and or a telephone number for a district manager but only to be told that they were franchise and that he was out of luck. Customer tried to get me involved in their conversation and I only wanted to pick up my food and leave. I checked both pizzas to find the large one was burnt and the medium seemed fine. I grabbed both boxes and escaped the madness as quick as I could. Instead of trying to deal with the burnt pizza I decided I would go ahead and take it up with corporate from my home. Luckily the medium pizza was very good and perfectly prepared. The large on the other hand was burnt and dry. I did order pizza a couple days from there and I did notice a very lazy attitude from the employees and annoyed when I asked about their specials but again I just wanted to get my dinner and go home. I do hope that corporate steps in and rectifies the attitudes of this store’s staff.

I called them to order pizza was on hold for 5 minutes then I go to the store and everyone is one the phone and not paying attention then I get my 3 pizzas and when I get home the pizza is burned . not happy with the product or service Saturday night at ten .

This Hungry Howie's truly could not be worse. Every time I've placed an order they mess it up in some way without fail. Last time they gave us a whole entirely wrong order and then TOOK IT BACK (after we already brought it home and opened it) to give it to the correct person. This time they've had me waiting over an hour for only 1 pizza and bread, they've messed up the order FOUR separate times already and as I'm writing this I still have not received this order. The service at this particular Hungry Howie's has been the worst I've EVER experienced at any food establishment in my life. I only continue to order because the food itself is good but the unbelievably slow wait times, high prices, and poorly trained staff do not make it worth going. I normally never write reviews however this place deserves a warning before you enter.
