QDOBA Mexican Eats

This was my first time eating at Qdoba and I’m very impressed. I ordered a custom bowl and a side of chips & queso. This is a really good Chipotle alternative. I’ll definitely be eating here more often.

Great food and very friendly staff at this location! The proximity to MOSI makes this a great after museum stop!

Really enjoyed my bowl w/white rice, cilantro, roasted corn salsa, lettuce, sour cream, guacamole, and their delicious pulled pork. Can't wait to have it in a burrito.

I haven't been to Qdoba in forever but I really enjoyed my fajita bowl with real brewed Southern style sweet tea. Yum. Yum. Yum.

Ordered catering for employee appreciation at work. Very pleasantly surprised. Good portions. Great flavor! Service from order to delivery and set up was fantastic! Came with more than I expected. Employees loved it and gave many compliments! Will definitely use them again!

What a great time!.. The food came out in a timely manner staff was very polite and respectful and professional!.. I recommend trying it out what a nice little place to go eat and socialize!

We ordered catering from Qdoba for a large group - and I cannot recommend it more highly! There was more than enough food for our guests, and it was delicious. Everyone also appreciated the variety - they could make bowls with rice or lettuce or tacos or nachos. It was ready on time. Staff was fantastic and went above and beyond when they really didn't have to. The catering came with all the fuel, chaffing trays, and bins along with directions for how to use them/set them up. But then it also came with tons of extras - shredded cheese, sour cream, multiple salsas, guacamole, lettuce, tons of chips, serving spoons and tongs, labels for each of the foods, forks, napkins, and bowls! Thank you so much! We'll definitely order again!

My husband & I went here for lunch today . We both got bowls & it was so good. The service was good. The atmosphere was decent . Usually we go to chipotle but I do think they are better in my opinion plus the food seemed to be decent quality over chipotle just my opinion. Will be coming back & highly recommended

This is very good place to eat. The food is so fresh and yummy. Their normal chicken bowl with green salsa and queso is so yummy. The quantity is enough for 2 people or 2 times. Staffs here are very nice. I would recommend Qdoba to my friends and families, will go again.

Having lived in Michigan prior to the Tampa area Qdoba became a staple of my weekly meals. Wish there were more locations in the Tampa area. The service at this location was good

Pretty dirty area when I came in an hour before closing. Staff was kind of gloomy so it brought down the vibe, but at least the food tastes the same in Florida as the Texas franchises as the California franchises

This place is similar in style to Chipotle and Moes. I had a burrito with chips and queso. The food was fine, but very unremarkable.

For the lunch we were looking to order through door-dash. I opened the app and found that QDOBA allows order through door-dash so we decided to order from QDOBA. After browsing through the menu we ordered Citrus Lime Chicken Salad, Guacamole and Chicken Protein Bowl. Through doordash we got the order in 30 minutes. The bowls were made of fresh ingredients with healthy stuff. We loved our bowls as the quantity was enough for one and made us full. Loved the food from QDOBA.

Food was above average, but the service is lacking. The burrito maker was sassy, out of it, and made my friends order incorrectly. The cashier, however, was an absolute sweet heart and made my day! (Picture shows the stuff she didnt ask for in it 😅) Food was awesome other than the slight service mishap!

Great place, great staff. Loved the interior. It has nice sitting place so its a go go.. Its a substitution to chipotle. The sauces are great and whole meal tastes well too.

No different than Chipotle ,Moe’s, but the steak was good.

I know that this restaurant has been there for years, but im not sure how. I completely dislike going to a restaurant that you order off the posted menu, and then the person making your order asks you "what do you want in it". If I had exclusions, I would have mentioned when ordering. The food was marginal, nothing bad but definitely not something that I would be in a hurry to go back and have again. I don't mind paying for good food, but $15.57 for half a quesadilla and a raspberry tea snapple, is a bit much. The checkout clerk was very happy to tell you your total, and forget to give you the free chips and queso (sign up special - that she was very adamant about clearing the use of code) ..... but also forgot to give you utensils, nor did she say "thank you", "you're welcome" or "we're glad you're here, enjoy". IMO, This place leaves alot to be desired.

Prices are climbing higher and higher. Great alternative to Chipotle, would always recommend over any other similar styled food place!

First, I'd give it a 3.5 star, not 3. The food and service were good/solid. Enjoyed a rice bowl. Nothing to complain about. The atmosphere is, well, it's a Qdoba, what do you expect? If you want reliable Mexican rice bowls and more, then this place should fit the bill.

Never been here before came to give it a try Food was Ok kind of bland I had the new habanero bowl ,the chips tasted like they been fried in old oil ,the employees look like they don’t even want to work place was very clean

My boyfriend swore by this place, So we ended up eating dinner here after a long day because he hadn't had it in a while. Him and I both agreed that the food was nasty and cold. The restaurant was dirty, while not being very busy- with about four employees that I could see. We walked in an hour till close and were told they did not have the protein choice that my daughter would eat Because they ran out already and were not making more. They did, however, end up making more ground beef her.

Quality quickly going down at this location. Great quesadillas if you enjoy being forced to eat it with a fork.

Do Not use UberEats or Door Dash to order from here if you are getting a salad. They NEVER include the salad dressing. It’s so frustrating.

The quesadilla i ordered was super greasy outside like it hadnt been cooked long enough or something, and the inside was like soup flowing out the sides with big chunks of birria here and there instead of spread out across the quesdilla. it was so unpleasant to eat, i didnt finish it. I got super nauseous overnight like i had mild food poisoning or something as well. The staff was as nice as underpaid kids can be, but the place itself looks old and rundown, and not that clean. Im not surprised the food made me sick tbh. The newer qdoba over on falkenburg is WAY better.

The food was bland and didn't look or taste fresh, especially the vegetables. For a fifteen dollar burrito, I expect better. Also the place seemed dingy with plenty of boxes piled up in the front corner of the restaurant and all the furniture, walls and counters are worn out. The area behind the counter looked messy with bags and drink cups surrounding the pay station. It's so unkept it made me think the food preparation is questionable. It's a college area so maybe that has something to do with the atmosphere of the place. The college kids working there were in a good mood but the older folks looked demolished.

They weren’t very friendly. They like to tell you the limits to your order and make faces. Very unprofessional.

I went for the bogo deal. The beginning of my experience was great until I got to the end. The first few employees were kind and put together my order nicely even in the middle of a busy period. When I got to the end the manager noticed that one of my burritos only had ground beef in it. She said that typically this would be rung up as a side of beef and asked if I was using the deal. She then mentioned that if I wanted to do the deal she would have to ring it up. While I was thinking about she told me she didn’t have time to sit with me (I was a bit confused since I thought I would be rung in a burrito anyway since that’s what I came for). So I told her to charge me for it. When I got to the register I noticed my total was weird but I thought it may have been due to the double meat. I asked if I should grab the cup in front of me, the girl at the register said she didn’t charge me for one but gave me it anyway (rudely). The deal was for a FREE burrito when I purchase a drink and an entree. So it had to come with the deal. When I checked my receipt I paid $10 more than what I should have. I had to pay for the burrito and the 2 “sides of meat” which total to 29.84. When I went up to the cashier to tell her she told me that I couldn’t get the bogo deal with double meat and that’s what the manger told me. When I checked the app and rung in my meal with double meat it allowed it to go through and the total was $21.78. That’s almost a 10 dollar difference and that’s WITH a drink. I just don’t like how rude the manager and the cashier were. I feel like I wasted my money.

Terrible customer service. They treated my girlfriend terribly, they blatantly told us that our meal would not qualify for a deal when the app it does. They told her aggressively that they cannot just stand there with her. I am livid at the way they treated her. I will be calling corporate. I am extremely upset. Never am I going here again nor do I recommend They lie, and they are very nasty to customers for no reason. Dont work in high stress environments if you cannot handle it. This place can kick rocks.

The ordering process felt very rushed and the girl in the Black Polo shirt was rushing me and all of the people out of the store before it was even closed. I didn’t even get a chance to see what I was being charged for either.

Very rude employees. I've been multiple times and I've had rude encounters every time. I'm finally leaving a review because I assumed the first couple times were just off days but no, the employees there are short with you and just flat out rude. I recommend driving longer to a different location because the employees here just make the whole experience awful. Food, specifically the protein, was also cold but if the service was better I'd be more lenient with that. Can't have cold food AND awful service.

Started looking for two minutes and finally found it. The lady at the register saw me looking but never greeted or said I’ll help you in a second. So I took that as alright I found my bags let me get it. As I reach to get the only two orders that were mine on the shelf, the same awful rude and unpleasant lady employee yells ”hey you can’t just grab them you see that I’m busy”, mind you she is only at the register and their wasn’t very many people. She continues and says “we don’t have time to make reorders because you end up grabbing the wrong order” there was no signs nothing I assumed it was like chipotle where you grab your pick up order and leave.she was so loud for no reason and embarrassed in front of others. Becareful guys when you pick up your order god forbid you from even trying or you’ll get attacked by that girl! Overall food is ehh. No flavor in rice nor chicken. Chips overly salty. Guacamole was super chunky with avocado sliced pieces not even smashed. One thing tho is they fill up the bowl

They need to find better staff the one in the mall is nothing like this one. Those young kids in there do not give you enough protein meat, and they look at you funny when u ask why so little protein? Im a full grown adult male can you serve me like one!?? Horrible , the meal was so unbalanced with the little protein they serve you.

I would give it zero stars if I could. The quality of the food is so bad, rice is not cooked and the chicken tastes like it has been cooked for a week. We threw the bowls in the trash can and couldn’t finish them, we let the staff know and his response was “what did you have, ok thank you”

Today I drove all the way from Lakeland to Fowler just to take my in laws that are visiting Florida to eat at Qdoba. When we got there we received one of the worst customer service, employees were rushing us to order, we ordered 4 bowls and they were going back and forth which them, obviously with all the rush they messed up adding cheese to a meal for a lactose intolerant and getting the wrong cheese to mine, when I was being very specific on which ingredients for each one to avoid this trouble. I love Qdoba, but making the customers feel welcome is a must. Update 03/04/25: Even trying to reach the email they provided to "solve the problem" they are ignoring my emails. This company has a serious issue about customer service. Won't ever recommend this place again.

Today was my first time going there and never going back again. Even though, the food was amazing, I got treated condescendingly. Male employee in yellow shirt was really impatient and gave me nasty looks just because I didn’t order right away. There were only a few customers in the store and they’re already having their meals. So I was the only one at the counter and I didn’t even take that long to order but he acted like he had much better things to do than wait for me or tell me which condiments are what. They shouldn’t be working in customer service if they don’t want to communicate or help out customers.

The problem here is clearly LEADERSHIP. The management and ownership should be ashamed of themselves.
