Overall, the food is tasty (although some dishes are very spicy 😩), the portions are generous, and the prices are affordable. The stay isn't very comfortable, as the place is very small, with only a couple of fans and no parking. Customer service is almost always good. Dishes I recommend: mondongo (menudo) and breaded shrimp.

Their service is terrible. They made a mistake with one of our orders, which is understandable, but the woman refused to admit it, even after we showed her. To make matters worse, she got angry and only offered a partial refund. The food is good, but I won't be going back because of the awful service. It's infuriating how they treat you.

It doesn't have much seasoning, it's passable, some things are very over seasoned, like the cumin in the rice.

Very bad service, phone orders are terrible, very rude, they take the order reluctantly and treat customers like they're doing you a favor by serving you. They don't respect the customer, they treat them badly as if the customer were responsible for their personal life. They do cook well, but the service is awful.
