The staff at this Wendy's location is always very polite and quick. Everything is always very clean as well!

It's Wendy's what more can I say. Food was what I expected and was served quickly.

I was extremely pleased with this Wendy's breakfast.. usually fast food breakfast establishments are just average to okay for a quick bite but unexpectedly this particular Wendy's it was actually very enjoyable right down to the coffee being made perfect

Wendys is great fast food. This location is clean and friendly. They even have that cool soda machine that has like 100 options of flavorful drinks.

Went to Wendy's in Suffern I just love the enclosed patio and there never over crowded,fast and friendly service.

It wasn't crowded, plenty of parking and my order came fairly quickly. Wish most of my fastfood experiences were like this.

Food is always made quickly and to order. The lunchtime crowd usually form quite the waiting line, so sneak out for lunch a few minutes ahead!

Wendy's renovations and updates have been great. Good location, quick drive thru, and great indoor space to enjoy a meal.

What can I say about Wendy's that isn't already known? Everyone has their own opinion of fast food restaurants. This one, in particular, has excellent drive thru service. And I'm comparing it to other drive thru service restaurants in the Northvale, NJ area. One thing I can say about Wendy's food is it always tastes fresh and doesn't make me feel sick. And that's not just my experience. Thank you for your great customer service.

The chicken nuggets are phenomenal. The fries are amazing. The drinks are the best I recommend to go to Wendy’s because it’s quiet. The staff they’re nice. Recommend it five stars

A late night favorite spot. Got the $6 biggie bag bacon double stack. Comes with a 4-piece nugget and fries. Definitely a go-to menu item. 😋

In the year 2016 I had many solitary lunches here, eating fries and nuggets with spicy sriracha sauce. I would eat my lunch and watch CNN coverage of the election. Though I try not to eat so much fast food anymore, I will remember those lunches for a lifetime.

Quality food. We are from Edison NJ and traveling to Timesquare and stopped here to grab a quick bite. I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of their food. Thanks guys..

This one is cool, totally a lot better than the one in Nanuet. They do on occasion mess up your order in the drive thru, but most of the time I'm there I'm satisfied.

Newly renovated back to front , with WIFI charging area . Nice clean eating spaces . Friendly staff that work together to keep the lines moving quickly.

The upgraded locations (new building design) are nice and clean. Food is usually good, and the new drink machines offer a great variety.

I went during lunch time on a Friday and the drive through line was long. Although it was long, it was moving. I ordered the fish sandwich. The fish sandwich was a little overcooked. In general, the food is usually hot and fresh. I tried their mango pineapple lemonade. It was a little on the sweet side but it was very good.

Very good food and friendly service. Has gotten a bit pricey in this post Pandemic economy. I do wish the landlord would clean up the strip mall so Wendys seems a bit more inviting.

Typically fast food chain located right at the border of New York and New Jersey. Spacious and friendly staff. Always go for the combo meal and make sure to download the app for savings. Lot definitely needs to be repave and fix.

Nice new upgraded Wendy styling. The service was very quick and seemed to be pretty efficient. The place was kept very clean even during the lunch time rush. I would recommend this Wendy’s over the down the road fast food place and there is a decent little outdoor area to sit outside, although your right next to the road and parking lot so it is what it is

Wendy's on Livingston in Tappan (just north of Northvale NJ) has POOR lunch time service.

If you l Employees should not be talking too each other while waiting on you and very loudly, C N N on T V a neutral station should be on. Unfortunately Wendy's is not the only fast food chain that employees practice resect for its customers.

Something is off with the taste of their sodas. I thought it was the ice. Turned out not to be the case since I started ordering drinks without ice and still had the issue. No matter what drink you get with or without ice it has a funny almost moldy taste to it. With that aside, the service is always fast and I have never had an order incorrect. The staff is extremely friendly.

Horrible food cold cheese didn’t even melt on burger

I understand we must take certain percussions at this time, but my pregnant wife couldn't use the restroom. She had a mask, gloves, safety Goggles, and a hair net. We even bought food, to no avail.

The service was slow. Redesign of the area is neither practical nor functional. You know what I look for in my outdoor eating area? Tables which swing and wobble. ALL of them.

Went through drive through was told to pull up and wait for food. Waited 5 minutes to get my food but four other cars behind me went right through with their orders. Why I do not know. I ordered three bacon jr cheese burgers and a medium fries. You could say that they had to make fries but are you saying that four other cars didn't order fries? A little unusual.

Did not like the customer service , it happen more than once. I had to keep asking the person if they can hear me , they were staying silent on the intercom, that was a turn off for me , they need to let someone who is customer friendly take the orders , this person is not a people person

The service is good, quickly served. The food was nothing to brag about. Prepared and priced as shown on bill board. The place is clean. The bathrooms are clean. Plenty of parking. Unfortunately my son got very sick after he ate, thru it all up. I kept burping the food up. Give them 2 stars because I am not sure if the food was cooked properly.

Normally everything is good service clean no issues,unfortunately on this early Thursday morning (Nov.9@ 6:30am) I want the biggie breakfast so I got it. As I arrived at work and layer m6 food out coffee sandwich unwrapped I proceeded to dumb my ( What is to be the best home price ever) there was a wad of black hair entangled with my fries. I call back ( all while gagging) and the general manager offers an apology and and refund and a truly unempathetic explanation that it probably was her hair as if that should appease me. I could careless if it was Jesus hair I don't want to ingest it. It's been along time since I worked fast food but aren't hair nets a requirement.

The fries are all I can really eat, as a vegan, but the grease tasted old. Even others stated the food tasted weird. This Wendys is not on my list. The order was fast and the staff were decently nice so, I may give them another chance.

I called them on the phone to inquire about the restaurant, and a very rude women who spoke broken English answered and said "I going home now, I go to sleep, we closed." And she hung up the phone

Wendy's had been my first choice but their continued broadcasting of CNN fake news and its advocacy for violence against the President of the United States is unsatisfactory. The franchise owner was honorable to discuss my concern but at the end of the day it continues and the once comfortable and friendly environment at Wendy's is now uncomfortable, hostile and unfriendly.

Wrong order twice. Rude when I asked them to correct their mistake. Soda was extra watery and the fries were cold. This is after lunch rush. They were not busy.

The quality of the food and the service has been downgraded over time, and the soda tastes bad as hell I couldn't even drink soda for the weird taste.

Well for starters I shouldn't even give them a star this goes for the drive-thru how do you let someone drive away without their food you give them a drink just because they're on the phone you should say excuse me please wait for your food don't let them drive away and close the window. My advice don't ever go to this Wendy's !!!

This Wendy isn't clean at all the tables are filty and floors need cleaning ...I ordered my favorite food but after 5 minutes finished my food I vomiting everything up. I will never go back to this place

Placed a mobile order for drive-through pick up unfortunately the drive-through had a long wait no exception was made for counter pick up

I went there with my friends and kids. One of my friends had a hard fall after picking up food. The floor was very slippery even without water spill on the floor. Of course my friend was in severe pain and could not walk without assist. She reported the incident to an assistant manager to see what would be happening afterwards. The assistant manager was incredibly rude since my friend bothered her at such a busy time. She mentioned the fall was all my friend's fault, and yelled at my friend constantly. There was no apology at all, and their best shot was calling the police. I had no clue why the assistant manager was so upset to the customer who fell at their restaurant. I will not go there anymore.

Restrooms are disgusting. Men restroom smelled like feces. When I look,the toilet is smeared on feces and the toilet seat as well. Floor flooded with water and pee. Disappointing. Feel sorry for parents that need take their kids to the bathroom. Do not even think of changing diapers. I assume the area of food preparation must be same. Never returned .

Only got 1 because when they don't mess up your order food is awesome. But I've seriously had enough of it because they mess up at least 85% -90% of the time. And if you actually want a decent amount of fries you better order the next size up because they only fill it up half way. If that. So they end up taking more money than they deserve. Let's not forget the person at the window who doesn't speak any English. She doesn't kno sour cream from sweet and sour.

An elderly woman, not in uniform, came out to give me my order. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had clients in my car, she could’ve asked nicely about the situation. Your job is to SERVE people, if you can’t do that find another minimum wage job. Fix your attitude.

Terrible. Customer service is cold and not friendly at all. In addition, their prices are more expensive than the Nanuet location and the food tastes worst. I didn't even know it was possible to mess up a wendys burger but apparently this location can with way too much weird sauces on the burger that overwhelm the taste of the burger and the burger meat was not heated enough so it was a sloppy mess that was inedible. I been trying to find a good wendys location that is not as crowded as the Nanuet location, but this place wasn't worth the trip. The only thing done right on my order was my drink.

There has been numerous occasions where they have screwed up my order I.e given me the wrong sandwich on at least 3 or 4 different occasions and blatantly forgets to put certain ingredients in their food. I’m supposed to come here expecting a quick and easy meal not to wonder whether they will screw up my meal. Get your game up.

By far the worst Wendy's experience I've ever had. I was unable to order from the app due to an error so I went inside to order. I ordered in the afternoon around 4pm and the person who took my order was named Kimberly. I asked for a 4.44 Cheeseburger biggie bag with the ingredients edited to my favor, but the employee straight up refused me to edit the ingredients even though I could have done so from the app, I was only allowed to remove ingredients. I then asked to change my order to a double stack biggie bag and she responded rudely by saying "You've got to make a decision". I wasn't allowed to add ingredients to my double stack either, but that wasn't the worst part. Even though I asked for a Double Stack, I was upcharged to a Bacon Double Stack without my knowledge. Very disrespectful service from a franchise that has better quality food in comparison to other wendy's chains.

Received Wrong order. Ordered chicken sandwich and got some beef burger which tasted absolutely disgusting and had to throw it away. Called them 3 times to complain because this is not the first time they got my order wrong and they hung up right away. Absolute waste of my money and do not recommend.

The food was amazing as always, taste the same in every place. Although I asked the worker at the window several times for barbecue and she assured me it was already in the bag, I then got home and was unable to eat any of my fries because I do not like ketchup. This Wendy’s is always very stingy with their sauces, I have never had this happen in any other Wendy’s after 100+ orders. And to top it all off I asked for Normal Coke and received Diet Coke. So because I wasted my money on a large order food I love, but can’t eat nothing but the sandwhich, not even a drink, I am only giving the food 2 stars, but the workers, especially the one who assured me my order was correct only deserves one star.
