I haven’t been to this location in awhile. I placed a pickup order and the sandwich I ordered was missed in the order but it was no big deal! I was pleasantly surprised when I was handed my sandwich and card for $4 off my next order. Great customer service!

My drink was amazing and the hospitality was great. The manager Lamoy is very welcoming, the baristas Sal and Chris asked me about my day and made my drink to perfection! Will be back!
Great service every time I come in. This location is consistent, welcoming, and well run. Drinks are made right, orders are accurate, and the vibe stays positive even during busy rushes and I’m there all sorts of hours. Big shoutout to the tall manager Lanoy, Alex and Dylan. They’re friendly, efficient, and make the experience feel easy. You can tell they care about both the beverages and the people they’re serving. This Starbucks sets the standard.

Monday morning 10/27 stopped in my local Starbucks to for my latte to then realized I had forgotten my wallet. Embarrassed, but the guy comp my coffee super appreciate it.

I was in a rush and accidentally ordered a Grande instead of the Venti I usually order. I came in person and apologized and asked for the larger size. A tall nice guy with a Jamaican flag pin made my morning, made me a fresh Venti with a smile. I know how difficult it is to get to work on a weekday before 6am especially in the service industry. Very appreciative of the positive experience and understanding. Thank you guys for making my morning!
Starbucks, this location included, is a great place to get a gluten friendly high protein meal. You may need to check the app for allergens to be sure. I thought the staff here was helpful and my order was provided quickly. The establishment was also clean. Overall, it was a good experience.
It’s always a hit or miss ordering from here. Sometimes my order is perfect other times it’s wrong. And when I ask politely for it to be fixed I’m given an attitude for THEIR mistake. I’ve stopped asking at this point and unfortunately it’s the most convenient location on my way to work. However they do move fairly quickly, during their peak hours it could be hard to get parking near the store but there is additional parking on top the hill.
No complaints on the service--it's good. The coffee though, tastes burnt whenever i order from here. Today it even had a weird smell as I drove home, didn't end up drinking it
Update Nov 20, 2025. Arrived at 7:45 pm and there were no cakes or desserts on display. Just some prepackaged sandwiches on bottom shelf. I asked whether there were any cakes or cookies and the associate said they had most everything. At the end of the order I asked about closing time. The same associate said ‘not soon enough’. The posted closing time on the door is 9:00 pm. Not much enthusiasm behind the counter. An automated dispenser would at least burp out a thank you for your order at the end of the service. There were several more people coming in while I was at the center table. Holding rating at 2 stars. Update 7 Oct 2023. I’m local now and happy to elaborate on my review with company management. First visit in over a year. Not much has changed. Cars outside shop parked or idling with engines on awaiting overpriced drinks. This location still has the monopoly in coffee shops for over a mile in any direction. But it’s raining heavily and it’s nice to have a roof even got a few minutes. Toilets are in good repair but need more regular cleaning - dirty bowl and no soap on dispenser. Considering the inflated price of my flat white at $5.02, I’m staying with my original rating. So much has changed since Starbucks’ Seattle-based coffee shops stage in the 1980s. I had the privilege to visit the main Seattle location in 1989. I remember well the welcoming spirit, engaged (With customers) staff and the very high quality of the core product (coffee beans). Fast forward to 2022 - the logo is all that remains. In this soulless box adjacent to a parking garage, the majority of morning customers appear to be collecting internet orders. Staff are performing mainly order fulfilment. If the could be replaced by robotics that would be an innovative feature for this location. Even the customers are for the most part soulless - as I was entering a male customer (large) was leaving. He came right through the doorway with no acknowledgement that another customer was trying to enter at the same time. There are a few tables for digital nomads who have emerged for a few minutes from their cars. The menu is a typical Starbucks offering. The counter staff were not rude but neither welcoming. In an age when our very existence will be under stress (climate change, war), please Starbucks can you look back at the 1980s ‘playbook’. I can’t put a monetary figure on it but maybe, just maybe some caring and empathy can go a long way to attracting and retaining customers. P.S. having read the recent reviews it seems Starbucks could do better than posting A.I.-assisted responses 😠 With good local management and staff this could be a leader in revenue for the area. I think this is night compared to the ‘day’ not that far south Mr Exec Blvd in Yonkers.
These baristas have a crazy attitude, They don’t even know how to build a drink. I had to repeat myself three times just so they can ask for the fourth. Starbucks is definitely not what it was. This location is trash
You go thru the drive thru and you just wanna tap your phone to pay for the $8 ice coffee and GO ... BUT they make you hit the button for there tip! Extremely ANNOYING!
I ordered a pumpkin spice ICED latte. There was no ice in it just atrocious. Granted it might seem minor to others ITS MY MONEY. I will never order from this place again. If you're making a drink and it's to have ice in it and clearly has none....wouldn't you think to add. Just annoying. I rather go to a regular coffee shop not this place.
I don't ask for a lot: 1. Get my order right 2. Be polite and respectful Every single time I order from this place they got the order wrong. Don't even bother asking to fix it anymore. It's like coffee rollette
Awful Awful 😖 They can't make the menu. Look what I got when I ordered Pumpkin creme cold brew. There's No Pumpkin creme!!! Terrible for my 13 bucks and I feel bad for my friend as I made her expect such a good drinks. Starbucks better inspect this place if they really can carry your product. I want my money back so I can buy decent Pumpkin drinks elsewhere.
