Great staff, great food!
Never a disappointment, went through the drive through for breakfast and the jalapeños cheddar biscuits was awesome. Staff was friendly and very polite.
We asked for special requests and we got them. Perfectly. Oddly enough the line was long, and no lie... we waited over 30 minutes (turning the car off and back on) kind of time. Good thing we were not in any rush.
Stopped in for a quick bite just to tide me over until dinner since I missed breakfast and lunch. Ordered the Whataburger junior as is, no meal. It came out surprisingly fast. My experience has been every other fast food restaurant in Taylor is very slow with food delivery. Kudos to the Taylor Whataburger team for doing a great job 👏!
Uncommonly nice staff! Fast service. Separate drive-thru line for pickup orders. Clean restrooms. Busy from 11:00am - 1:30 weekdays. You can tell it's good because its drive thru is the longest line on the block.
Employee that took our order was super attentive! Had 3 grandkids and nephew with us, and she went out of her way to make us feel welcome through out our meal. Wish I could remember her name...

Nice classic whataburger. Comes with everything you'd expect from a whataburger except for the raspberry tea.😅 the food was good, the service was swift, the timing was great for graveyard hours. Well kept whataburger despite it being one of the older ones, but since it's well maintained, it just gave it a nice vibe to it
The food was good, but the lady forgot to include our three drinks, I almost walked away before I remembered them. When I told her, she gave me three large cups to fix my own drinks, but one of the drinks was a shake, so I clearly couldn't fix that myself. We got that straightened out. The food was good, the strawberry shake was very good and the elderly lady helping me was nice, so I left a happy customer.
I used the drive thru to place my order. It was semi busy but moved fast pace. I have an issue with cold fries I just wanted hot fries but they weren't. I had that receipt coupon where you get a free Whataburger when you buy med fries and med drink. I don't return food or complain, it's bad karma. So next time I'll ask for fresh fries so they'll be hot.
They're fast. I waited less time here than a McDonalds that's running at full speed. Plus everything here tastes way better than any other local burger places with a drive through.
Lots of old people but it's okay I know it's really good. #24 the best hamburger breakfast. Highly recommend

I placed a late night online order and when I got there they were SLAMMED. Like, the line literally started at 95. I circled around to even be able to get in line. It’s not altogether unusual for them to be busy, but this was more than usual. Like many other businesses they’re short staffed. The wait is annoying but not something that can be helped, at least not at that exact moment, and it’s likely not anyone’s choice anyway. I pull around to Lane B when I get the chance and the nicest employee, Reggie, brings out my order. He notices a drink is missing before I do and he asks what it is then immediately goes and gets it. When he came back I’d checked my order and there was one other small thing missing. Again he goes right back inside and gets it.This man made 3 trips, and each time he was so nice and not once did he make me feel rushed, or like I was an inconvenience. Even though it had been nearly an hour after I placed my mobile order, my food was fresh and made correctly. I had even had hot, fresh fries. Please be courteous to the employees. The long waits aren’t their fault and they’re doing the best they can. And thank you, Reggie, for making my visit. I was a bit annoyed at the long wait, but your attitude truly made me forget mine. A friendly word can go a long way.
The ladies there where very friendly and the service was fast and my order was exactly as I ordered. There are not many places these days that can get your order right the first time. Without a doubt amazing service and friendly people. Great Jon to everyone.

Stopped by while driving through town and it was great. Food was so fresh and way better than any other Whataburger I’ve been to. It reminded me of the golden days before Whataburger got bought out. Will be coming back if I’m ever in Taylor again.

Just I guess the chocolate shake didn't taste like chocolate, more like vanilla with a little bit of chocolate powder. Maybe they didn't mix it well that day. Otherwise great food.
As good as it gets at lunch time , came in ordered 3 meals for 3 people and got our full meals within 10 minutes after ordering during the lunch rush at the drive thru . No complaints at all

As far as fast food goes you can't do much better than Whataburger. Especially in Taylor. I don't eat out much but when I do I'm often disappointed, but not by Whataburger. It's not the best burger you ever had but you should at least enjoy your meal.

I've been in taylor now for 2 years and have visited this whataburger regularly. They are reliably friendly, and the food is consistently good. Tho because they are so good,they are also popular. They used to be very slow but have improved.
This place was very crowded for lunch time But we still wanted to eat a burger so we stayed. Even though it took a little bit longer for our food it was hot and good.

Would have given 5 stars but I've had more than a few times when I've had to call and either get my money back or just let them know they messed up an order. Definitely would not recommend getting it on uber eats or anything like that, takes two hours to get to you and usually it's almost completely wrong. If you go inside, food is usually proper.
It took a very long time to order. The customer two or three and had me must have had an issue, and it took a while to get sorted out. They could have opened another register, but did not. The customer have me complained about the white. The dining room floor was a mess with fries and napkins strong about, but an employee got it swept up in looking much better. They had obviously been slammed. The burgers are not nearly as good anymore now that they are mashing the buns so flat. This makes them dense, and not soft. I asked for the addition of mayo. I received the mail, but they cut the mustard which was not requested. I tried the buffalo wings which were very good! Appreciate the free senior drinks.
I'm late to the game, and this is the first time I've ever doordashed. Overall good, but when the order arrived I was missing two items. I called up to Whataburger to alert them of the situation, and was greeted over the phone by Britteny. She was the star of the show. She handled the situation as if she was managerial level. (I asked because I thought she was.) She definitely needs a raise! The only reason I give this experience a 5⭐ service rating, is because Brittney did an excellent job of guest recovery.

We ordered breakfast Bob's and they were wonderful. The problem was two vehicles ahead of us took at least 10 minutes in the line. Not sure what the problem was but the sandwich sure was good! Nice kid at the window.

Would have given all 5 stars but I requested hot fresh fries and they were not. I told the cashier when he brought food to the table and he said they are hot I saw them pull them fresh out of the grease. However I was like ok because I'm not going to entertain a kid or adult when literally they were not l. But I ate them and was hungry I just got off work the burger was hot fresh and very tasty.

Oct 24 mobile order for free Jr with reward points and bacon cheeseburger both with no onions accurate. Early lunch rush seemed they started order when I came in to pick up.
Husband's favorite place. We are regular pickup customers. The staff that brings out the orders are extremely nice and I'd say this past year the service has improved greatly, including no errors…
Employees were great! Poor order taker gets 5 stars. The problem is, the person taking your order, also has to deliver I orders to tables and get take out orders for customers. While this is happening, the line for placing an order is backed up. Many WaB's have someone handling the order delivery. This leaves the register person to wait on those needing to order. This has been an on going issue, many of my associates no longer visit, due to wait time.
I always have order issues here. The employees just don't care about their jobs. However there is one gentleman that works there who sings a chime everytime and is amazing. We need more of him.
I usually come here late nights more often than I visit during the day, anyway the food is good for the most part. Sometimes the fries are a little old or the hamburger bun seems somewhat stale. To be clear, the food is almost always good and fresh. Although some days you'll catch them on the wrong one, either they take forever coming to the front counter or take awhile to get the order out. Management is always amazing and Eddie is awesome with his team!
Always a hit or miss. More often a miss. So tired of them forgetting something every. single. time. This time they forgot my hash browns. My cinnamon roll was soggy, my drink was filled to the brim with ice, and the hbcb was literally dripping with honey butter. And you already know the drive thru took forever....It's like there is no thought to what the customer would appreciate, and everyone is running on autopilot.
I've probably never been to a slower Whataburger. The wait time was ridiculous. It had a sign about being short staffed on the window but the whole time I was there I counted 6 different people that were working behind that counter. Considering I was one of 3 customers at the time there was no reason for it to take nearly as long as it did. The food they gave me was still really good and it was fresh so I can't knock them for that at all but they seriously need to work on their understanding of what actually being short staffed is and work on their time management better. I've worked fast food plenty of times before and actually been short staffed during rushes and still has no problem slinging out orders in a timely manner so there is no reason 6 of them can't manage to take care of 3 customers quickly.
Two times...we never got the onion rings we ordered/substituted. Some staff are off putting and can't be bothered. Otherwise, typical fast food service and to be expected.
The food here is pretty decent, but there are times when it's lukewarm or cold, and it's rare that it's ever piping hot. The prices are fairly high for what you get, but that's on the chain and not this location. The people here are really friendly, but orders, especially curbside, often take a really long time. I've often placed an order ahead of time and still had to wait 20+ minutes for our food, only for it to be lukewarm after all that time. Still, if you want a decent fast food burger and fries, Whataburger can scratch that itch.
I love Whataburger and eat it regularly. This particular restaurant was EXTREMELY slow. It took 45 minutes to get my order. I'm not sure what was going on in the restaurant. I know they cook to order and expect to wait for food, but 45 min to get through the drive thru is an exception for any restaurant. The service from the window was great. Very friendly as you would expect. My order was correct. So they hit the mark in that arena. I'm giving 3 stars for the exceptional wait time for food.
I find that since Whataburger sold to another restaurant firm, they have lost there great burgers. It is hit and miss getting a real whataburger. I have found that the whataburger in Taylor still has the best burgers compared to Austin, Round Rock, and Georgetown.
I come to this whataburger location often and the one thing I've noticed they never seem to get right is the fries. They always hand out old fries no matter the time of day. Burgers fresh 👍🏼 fries limp👎🏼. I shouldn't have to ask for my fries to be fresh when they should be made to order (like everything else). Other than that customer service is okay not super friendly but not unfriendly.
Stopped in for lunch with my son, fairly busy at the time, some tables were dirty and food on the floor. Didn't have to wait too long for food. I paid for extra sauces which didn't come out on the tray. We had salad and a kids meal. Both were decent, fresh hot fries were the highlight of the table. Salad was a tad dry without the additional sauce but made it work. 👌
Really like the biscuits and gravy and their hasbrowns are fabulous. The only problem is that I honestly don't feel like the size you order matters. If you order a small, medium, or large, I swear I feel like I'm getting the exact same amount of hashbrowns. For as long as I waited in the drive thru, I would expect everything to be in my nag. But my side of cheese wasn't on there. I paid for it but didn't get it. 😬 It is insane how long it takes to get your food from any Whataburger. It's not like the meat is thick. It's a very thin patty. A good patty, but I just never understood why it takes so long to cook them if the meat is never frozen.

Went to get my order that I placed on the app… the order took 30 minutes and was missing parts of the order. There was no tea either…. It seems like this is a prob with most whataburgers these days

Order placed via Whataburger app, ONLY OPTION was to go inside to pick it up, no curbside, no pick-up at drive-thru. All the children had to be taken out of cars eats to go inside to pick up the "app order" once inside it took 10-15 minutes to wait on the food. There were 2 customers in the dining area, one was a Whataburger employee. Once we got the food the fries were cold! Please Taylor Texas Whataburger, DO BETTER THAN THIS!!!
Placed an order for 2 large fries and a chocolate shake, was told the shake machine was empty and being refilled and to pull forward. After a five minute wait in which three cars behind me were serviced, I left with my meal only to find the fries were soggy, cool and unsalted and the shake was completely liquid. I’m generally neutral on this location and don’t make a fuss over their typically slow service, but the combination of slow speed and sloppy product isn’t something I can overlook.

Every time we order curbside from this whataburger, they mess up the order. Today they would not honor their redemption program for a burger but charged me for the extra cheese. We're always missing an item or they leave the drinks in plastic bags and don't close the tops right, so they make a huge mess. They also like to give their customers watered-down fountain drinks. They also burned a burger bun instead of toasting it today. No longer giving them our business
I visited whataburger in Taylor Tx and spent around $25 on a meal yesterday. When I arrived home we realized they had given us the wrong order. Mind you we stay 25 miles from this particular store. I called the restaurant to informed them they had given us the wrong order this morning and was told they wouldn’t correct my order without the receipt. Mind you the receipt was with the bag that was thrown in the trash. I’m sure they’re other ways of looking the order up. With times being as rough as they are and it being a treat to eat out, to have them not correct the order is horrible. The 2 ladies I spoke too that said they were the manager were rude, I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one.
This has got to be the worst whataburger I have ever been to. The food is always cold. Takes way too long to get. We order chicken biscuits this morning and there was no meat on the smallest 1 chicken tender they put on the biscuit. It was all hard breading. Please do better!
Absolutely slowest and most unprofessional Whataburger I’be ever been too. Took 40 minutes to get through THREE cars. Absolutely unacceptable. Managers and owners should be embarrassed. The food was wrong and they were literally only working on one order at a time. Had to repeat myself four times. Ridiculous. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Why is the lobby closed at 7am on Saturday with at least 5 employees working. We asked an employee why it was closed just to be ignored. The lady working the drive thru saw me and was very friendly and was able to at least let us know the lobby was closed. We went through the drive thru to get an answer of why the lobby was closed she said the employees where not clocked in yet and eating. Everyone we saw was behind the counter! We went down to Jack in the box where we were able to sit in the lobby! The kicker is there was ONLY 1 EMPLOYEE working the entire location.
I ordered curbside, and my food was supposed to be out in 7 to 8 minutes. Waited 20 just for them to come out and say that it would be another 20 minutes. I could've went and sat down at a good restaurant if I wanted to waste 45 minutes. I came here for fast food. Also, whoever told this man that comes out here to say what he said, you make no sense. Don't send your employees out with no information or more importantly false information.
Waited 30 mins for curbside order before going through drive thru. No apologies. Finally get my order and the fries tasted reheated from days prior. If you know a customer has been waiting atleast make sure the order is hot and fresh
Because of my last experience, it’s been months since I’ve gone there. This morning, Sonic isn’t open and I wanted good unsweet tea. Whataburger it is. I ordered two large UNsweet teas. For 20 minutes the line did not move. Took 10 more min to make it to the window. We watched 8 people leave the drive thru line before they even got a chance to order. Finally get my drinks and it’s sweet tea. I’m done. Had a similar experience last time. Waste of time and money. They also had no change for cash…Next time I’ll wait for Sonic to open.
Waited 10 minutes for my drink already had my food. If you're in line B you're bound to sit there for 20 minutes. Asked for ketchup 3 times and when I got it he acted mad about it. Definitely not a great experience.
My family generally likes whataburger they are a good company and offer good food. I gave food 1 stars because they got every one of the orders wrong. Service got one star because there was no 0 option. The woman who took our order was so slow it took about 30 minutes to get up to the register, and everybody that was getting their order ahead of us was going backup to return their orders because they were wrong. We had a very simple order and we're in a hurry we got our order to go and when we got a few miles down the road It was evident that she was unable to understand anything anybody said because our order was also wrong. Because we were in a hurry this means that I had to go without lunch and throw the food away that I had paid for because we had no time to turn back and everybody else needed their food. The atmosphere also got one star because the bathroom was gross and everybody that was there was disgruntled . I will never ever ever return to the whatabrger in Taylor Texas. I would advise anybody going through this town go anywhere else to eat, probably even a gas station would give you better food than this place.
Lowering my review to 1 star, since it's been 2 years since my initial review and every time I've been here is a 45 minute wait in the drive through with only 2 or 3 cars in line. This is by far the slowest location I have ever been to... consistently.
Dirty restroom food cold, soggy buns, fries cold. Another customer found hair on burger and a worker taking about. Finding a finger nail in food at a different restaurant who wants to hear that. Worst experience ever I will never eat here again.

Definitely not fast food, literally the slowest whataburger I've ever been to & it's the only thing that is consistent at this location. Ordering curbside doesn't speed up the process either. After waiting 20 minutes past my estimated ready time I had to call them about it & still had to wait an additional 10 minutes. The drive through line took almost an hour just to order. I've lived here almost 2 years & they have never improved. I could drive to a San Antonio location & back faster than getting my order here.
I love Whataburger. However, the Taylor Whataburger has some serious issues. 10 AM Saturday morning, line out the door, one register open. One guy working the register and he is slow. While waiting in line, numerous people come up looking for their food, said they had been waiting over 30 minutes. After I finally ordered I am handed a paper cone cup with a number scribbled on it. Took over 20 minutes before they brought us the wrong order. Turns out our food went somewhere else. Everybody in the dining room started talking to one another. People just started eating whatever was brought out because they didn't want to wait another 20-30 minutes for their food. Never saw a manager anywhere. It was a pretty sad sight, because as I said, I love Whataburger. Won't be back to this one though.
I went there on 9/5 about 11:30. I could swear that something was put in my drink. Came home and went straight to bed, gonna get the drink tested at the Police Statiom tomorrow
I don’t know I keep coming back here…at this point I blame myself for expecting anything besides crappy service and wrong orders. Order #506414 kids meal. There were no fries or cookie. Just 2 sad overcooked little chicken strips and an apple juice. For $7.
Asked for a combination of spicy and regular ketchup at the drive through, they only put spicy ketchup. Made me wait over 5 minuets while they ignored me sitting there and just talked to each other, before they even opened the window again. I told them I just needed some regular ketchup there was none in the bag, they replied with “your wrong there was regular ketchup in the bag”. I told them, “there wasn’t I can show you” then they just said “no there was” as they grabbed regular ketchup and proceeded to hand me 1 for 2 meals, so I then had to ask for more.

Been coming to this whataburger for nearly 10 years and over the last year the service has gotten worse and worse. Recently went to grab breakfast. Due to an extended wait in line we missed the 11am cut off time for breakfast by 3 minutes. They wouldn't give us a break since we had been waiting for over 10 minutes to order. Then they gave us the wrong order
This is consistently, without a doubt, the WORST Whataburger I have even been to. Taylor isn't that big, and not much is open late, so this place kind of owns the market and they know that. As such, the service here, especially after 8 PM in the evening, it atrocious. Long waits, cold food, incorrect or incomplete orders - you name it! My last visit in particular stands out (and there have been many visits to this location, none of which have been good, but most haven't been this bad) because it took over 20 minutes to move from the ordering board to the pickup window (plus 20 minutes in-line to get to the board). Presumably this was due to the one person in front of me who had trouble with their order, but who the staff felt didn't need to (or couldn't) move ahead to one of the three pickup spots which were open? Regardless, by the time we hit the window, our food was cold. Not not hot, not not warm, not cool, cold. It was the worst tasting Whataburger food I've ever had because of this, and after a long hard day of working, it was that much worse. When I mentioned the cold food at the window, I was told that a remake would take an additional 6 minutes. By then, I was done and just took the cold food... With proper management and leadership, there would have been no wait required. This place is so poorly managed & operated, and it shows in every facet of the facility. Cleanliness, staff attitudes and attentiveness, you name it... Whataburger should be ashamed... This may be the WORST Whataburger in the country?
Went here today to pick up an order for delivery. I waited 45 minutes for a salad, and fries. The manager spent 30 minutes trying to load gift cards for a customer. I tried to get someones attention,because I had seen that the salad had been prepared. Finally after the manager finished assisting the customer with the gift cards, I asked for her to check on my order. She went to where it had been waiting. She picked it up, and asked if I wanted ketchup for the fries. I asked her if the fries were fresh,because I had seen several employees walk past the bag. She took the fries out of my bag, and put them back on the warmer and grabbed another thing of fries.I explained that this was a delivery order, and she never once offered to remake the salad, so that it would be fresh. This was totally unacceptable for the amount of employees that were working and not being crowded. Also, when picking up orders for a delivery service, it makes us look bad because the establishment can't get orders out in a timely manner.
Went on a Wednesday night, got into the drive thru at 7:56 and didn’t leave there til 8:44!! Absolutely ridiculous. This is supposed to be “fast food” yet there was nothing fast about this. When I finally got to the window they took my card and then I waited another 10 minutes to get my card back and food!! Then I saw 2 workers playing catch with a brown paper bag, tossing it back n forth, laughing. At that point I lost my patience and honked the horn. As soon as that happened the guy opened the window and gave me my items. I asked why did this take so long and he couldn’t give me an answer. My drinks were wrong and watered down bc of the 40 minutes it’s been sitting there. And my food was cold. Never ever go here!! I was better off goin to McDonald’s
Terrible location due to the lunch time cashier. She consistently gets my orders wrong and keeps interrupting when I'm placing my order. Every time I've ordered and asked for a large combo I end up getting a medium instead. When I correct at the window the cashier acts annoyed. Someone else needs to do her job for her, I shouldn't get wrong orders every single time I visit.
Food cooked to perfection... It took 30 minutes from the time I ordered until I received my meal. Kid working register apologized and said the French fries got everything backed up. He was just making excuses because I checked my order as soon as I got it. Bacon on burgers was extra crispy just like I asked but here's the kicker... I had to wait 25 minutes more than I should have because fresh fries were backed up right? Well my fries were cold. Several people told me this location is always slow.
I went this Saturday night to buy dinner for my family and there was a line! Ok that wasn’t the bad part. But my bro and I waited an HOUR in line to finally get our food and get home to find our food cold! This is ridiculous! I work hard for my money and want to spend it on quality food just to serve it to me cold and it wasn’t even fresh! The fries and onion rings were cold and stale! I have always loved Whataburger but if they’re gonna serve cold food to their customers that is just poor customer service and shows that their customers don’t matter and doesn’t make me want to go back!
Debit card was skimmed when i went through drive thru. Had literally just received the card that morning. Noticed they took unusually long when i was the only one in line to get 1 burger. Then 2 days later 3 random charges in the middle of the night when i had not used the card since. Be aware. Avoid this place.
Honestly I come here often and I let a lot of things slide as someone who’s worked in the service industry but cmon man… what’s with the fries?! I come here cuz I usually get great customer service but it doesn’t always translate to the food service… wish this was the first time this happened.
It seems like all Whataburger's have drastically gone down hill since they were bought out! This one in Taylor definitely has more so than any other! The "large" fries barely have 5 peeking out over the top of the "large" container. Definitely NOT worth the outrageous price one has to pay for them an then my large unsweet tea seems to always wind up being sweet! It all comes down to paying attention. Customer service use to be one of Whataburger's biggest attributes. No longer sadly. Every time I go through the line something is wrong.
I got to get a chocolate shake, they tell me it’s chocolate, I taste it and it is some blackberry crap. I ask for Spicy ketchup and get plain. What are you guys doing?
I order a large French fry only. I made the mistake of going inside to place a to go order. It took just over 9 minutes for me to get my order.
I fear my beloved Whataburger has lost its way! Today I had the worst hamburger I’ve ever tasted at my Taylor location. The patty was dry and tasteless, the cheese wasn't melted and the fries were cold. Unfortunately this was not an “only experience” for me. Texas born Whataburger used to be the exception to most fast food fare…sadly no longer.
Just walked in to order breakfast and the manager was in a foul mood. I tried to show empathy to him by asking if they were having a bad morning there. I cannot believe his rude response. It doesn’t make sense to speak to a customer like that especially when I was trying to show that I felt bad that things were obviously going bad. I just told him I’d go somewhere else. That will be the last time I ever consider ordering from Taylor Whataburger.
Avoid here like the plague I have had 3 mobile app orders and all 3 were missing a burger or sandwich, had to credit card dispute all 3 to get my money back Everytime I go inside to order or for my pickup the employees look at me then ignore me for several minutes. Not sure what the deal is, maybe they are just lazy or its my skin color. Be warned.
Rudest the drive thru. Correct order but verbally told me a completely different order. When questioned, his response was thank you sir and slammed the window. 18 inch Grey beard. Just gross.
⭐☆☆☆☆ | If I could give zero stars, I would. Travis was, without a doubt, the worst part of my fast food experience. Rude, sluggish, and completely uninterested in doing his job. He acted like handing me my order was a personal inconvenience. No greeting, no eye contact, just a blank stare and a sloppy bag tossed at me like I was interrupting his day. Not only did he get my order wrong — twice — but he also seemed proud of how little effort he was putting in. I watched him roll his eyes at customers, drag his feet like every step was painful, and literally ignore someone at the counter for a full minute while he played on his phone. Travis, if customer service drains you this much, maybe it’s time to rethink your career path. Fast food is fast — not lazy, not rude, and definitely not whatever that was. Never coming back if he’s working. Do better
To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a recent order I placed at your Taylor Tx at approximately 6:30 am . I ordered Upon receiving my order and driving away, I discovered that Missing items I immediately returned to the Whataburger to address the issue. I spoke with them , who initially insisted that all items were included in the bag and that they personally saw the items being added. This was a blatant misrepresentation of the situation. To further compound the issue, I witnessed employees [Describe them punching the burgers]. This level of unprofessionalism and dishonesty is unacceptable. I request a full refund for the incorrect order and expect Whataburger to take corrective action to ensure that employees are properly trained in order accuracy and customer service.
