Uno de los mejores restaurantes de Tecate. Este lugar fue recomendado por su ceviche de frutos rojos que estuvo delicioso!. Tacos de pulpo y sopa de tortilla estuvieron excelentes también. La coliflor frita estuvo rica también y tiene presentation interesante.

En las ocaciones que he venido el desayuno esta rico, la salsa tatemada de los chilaquiles esta rica pero si esta picate, me gusto mas la salsa roja, la carne definitivamente muy rica, la costilla y la archera las recomiendo, al final pedimos unos postres y aunque ninguno decepciona, el que mas me gusto es el pan de platano lo sirven caliente y viene con nieve, de la trufa de chocolate esta rica la galleta crocante pero me empalago, tambien el cremblule y el flan son buenos. Recomiendo llamar y hacer reservación, de lo contrario el tiempo de espera puede ser de mas de 20 min, considera que es un lugar concurrido y por lo regular esta lleno, pero vale la pena la espera tanto por la comida como la atmosfera del lugar. El unico pero es el servicio tardan en atenderte, los meseros son buenos, sin embargo parece que les falta personal.

Excelente servicio, rápido y amable. La comida está deliciosa, pedimos unos chilaquiles en salsa tatemada con costilla y un omelette de rajas, ambos super ricos. Precios normales y de acuerdo a las porciones de los platos. El lugar es pequeño pero muy bonito. Recomiendo hacer reservación en fin de semana porque se llena, o llegar antes de las 10 de la mañana.

La comida es riquísima, recomiendo que prueben la crema de almeja. Todo estuvo excelente, el servicio y el ambiente es único, verdaderamente una joyita escondida en Tecate.

Este lugar es de esos lugares que te enamoran por muchos motivos: el lugar, la comida, la atención, etc. No te dejes engañar por la fachada del lugar, por fuera parece una casa con una barda color blanca abrazada por enredaderas naturales. Pero una vez entrando al lugar, todo será diferente. Te puedo asegurar que se convertirá en uno de tus lugares favoritos. Super recomendado el Ceviche de Frutos Rojos, créeme, no te arrepentirás.

We've visited this restaurant twice now, and both experiences were excellent! It doesn't look like much from the street view, but don't let that fool you. The ambiance is quite nice inside and on the patio, but the patio has a tastefully done backyard garden feel to it that adds to the pleasure of dining in this establishment. As for the food, you won't find better in Baja California in my opinion. Not even in Tijuana. Give this place a try prior to Pujols in Mexico City and a big plus is that you don't need reservations 2 weeks out. Hemos visitado este restaurante dos veces y ambas experiencias fueron excelentes. No parece mucho desde la vista de la calle, pero no dejes que eso te engañe. El ambiente es bastante agradable en el interior y en el patio, pero el patio tiene una sensación de jardín trasero hecho con buen gusto que se suma al placer de cenar en este establecimiento. En cuanto a la comida, en mi opinión, no encontrarás nada mejor en Baja California. Ni siquiera en Tijuana. Pruebe este lugar antes de Pujols en la Ciudad de México y una gran ventaja es que no necesita reservaciones con 2 semanas de anticipación.

Excelente servicio y respuesta ante la equivocación en mi orden. Mostraron un alto nivel de profesionalismo al atender el producto faltante. Cualquier restaurante puede cometer un error, pero la manera en que respondieron marca una gran diferencia para los comensales y, sin duda, nos invita a seguir consumiendo y disfrutando de su comida.

Hace 2 semanas me tocó conocer este gran restaurante la comida estuvo muy buena, sin pensarlo será una de mis restaurante favoritos de Tecate el joven Daniel nuestro mesero al pendiente de nosotros y el resto del personal muy amable. Volveremos a ir muy pronto felicidades.

Not only is the atmosphere impressive but so is the food. The place is located in a neighborhood outside the Main Street of Tecate. If you drive to fast you may miss it because outside is very non-descriptive. You could easily confuse the place with a residential house. I ordered food off the menus that has stars, their house “recommended dishes”; I am so glad I did, I was tempted to order food that normally gravitate to, but stuck to house recommendations only. Not only did I try food that I wouldn’t normally try, but each dish wowed me. Loved my experience, I plan to go back but with family. *** update. We have gone two more times since and they keep surprising us with different dishes. Had a salad that seems simple but complex in flavor.

My friends and I came to Ensamble 43 for a birthday dinner, and it completely blew our minds. The restaurant itself is elegant, with simple but beautiful design and decor. The staff is very friendly and chipper, always easy to speak with and willing to help. We ordered a huge spread, including the ceviche, carbonara with shrimp, mussels, arrachera, chicharron and guacamole, al pastor tacos, and a whole roasted cauliflower. Everything was delicious and presented beautifully. The ceviche was absolutely incredible. The tuna was extremely fresh and the beet marinade and fruit mixture masked the taste of fish to the extent that I thought it was vegan for a little while. I don’t even like fish, but this was so good it truly wowed me. The steak had a deep wood-fired flavor and was the perfect medium rare. When you paired it with guacamole it was an incredible bite that had so much flavor and creaminess to it. The cauliflower was quite tasty as well, despite being a fairly simple dish. The tacos were juicy and well-marinated, too. Overall, we were completely blown away by the dinner and left feeling very full and very happy. I highly recommend Ensamble 43 to anyone in Tijuana, Tecate, or who’s just passing through.

Holy moly. This is by far the best meal I've had in a long time. Please see the photos! The drinks were delicious. The aguas were pure fruit juice. Cocktails were made with expert bartenders. The food was out of this world. It felt as if I was eating at a Michelin Star rated restaurant. This is a travel destination. Needs to be highlighted how delicious the food was. On top of everything, the service was amazing. I went out with my wife and my parents and everyone was treated with respect and care. The Activido was seasoned octopus over seasoned potatoes. Best octopus I've ever had in my life. My dad had the tuna ceviche with fruit. The fruit blended so well with the acidic lemon flavor. My mom had the 4 cheese pasta (can't say too much because I am lactose) My wife had octopus risotto. She liked her meal more than mine! Please go and eat here.

It's one of my favorite restaurants, tasted most of the dishes on the menu, and I've enjoyed everything. The only complaint is how overwhelming the desserts are because of the sugar and sweet overload. I'm in love with the mezcal cocktails, maracuya is delicious. I had the espresso martini, and it was good too.

Highly recommended and definitely coming back to try the other items on the menu. We had the Tiradito as an appetizer and it was delicious. It was three of us and shared the Parillada 43, which is meant for 5-6 people but the three of us devoured it. Finished it off with a Flan de Elote. Also very good.

Can’t stress how much of hidden gem this place is! I came by on Sunday without reservation to any spot in Tecate, so we found ensamble by chance and boy I don’t not regret it one bit. Now let’s talk about the food! The cauliflower was to die for and the steak was on point! We tried quite a few dishes and the whole group was impressed with the quality (farm to table) and attention to detail from the staff. I wasn’t able to snap another picture of the dishes as we dug in as soon as they brought them to the table. The space is small and intimate, ideal for a date or even a small group of friends in the garden area which has a nice vibe to it. There are many great restaurants in the area, but this one feels like a little refuge with a chill valle of Guadalupe vibe to it. Don’t pass it up!

El lugar agradable. El salpicón de pork belly excelentemente presentado, su sabor fresco, cítrico y picosito. El cocktail Mátame fue una desilusión, jugo de maracuya con un rol de tamarindo, sin sabor a mezcal. Esto le quitó un punto al excelente servicio por parte del personal. Música en vivo el día que lo visité! Excelente!
