I ordered delivery like most people do and was quite happy with the service! The app that they have on the website was accurate for tracking your pizza and it arrived shortly after it said "out for delivery." The quality of the pizza I ordered was good and I have no complaints!
Decent pizza as we all know. But absolutely phenomenal costumer service when you call to place a carry out order with special requests, as I had. Both employees I spoke to were extremely helpful and compliant with my needs. Thank you.
Tonight this team made their best pizza I've had all year! In the past it wasn't so great, but now it's totally worth it. May 12th at 8:30 pm I ordered a stuffed crust vegi pizza, and a large chicken bbq pizza. The food was perfect and fresh! Awesome team and cooks! Keep up the great work, y'all. :)

I always order from this Papa John’s. Tonight I must of accidentally selected pick up for my order, I called they were able to change it to delivery no problem. Having one of those days where everything was going wrong, kid sent home sick, dog emergency vet, and this Papa John’s customer service/store was able to help me out and have one thing go right. Thank you!

Ordered online during dinner time. Went to p/u and only 1 employee working. He was courteous, polite, fast, thorough. It would have been nice if management could have scheduled at least one other. He was buried, but still had an outstanding attitude. Wish now I had asked his name.

I had fantastic customer service from manager Lauren and delivery drivers Yolanda and James. As sometimes happens with deliveries, the ranch sauce I ordered was forgotten. It really was no big deal but, when I called just to see if maybe the delivery driver still had it in the car, Lauren was incredibly apologetic, polite, and helpful. I told her that, if the delivery driver didn't have it with her, we could just leave it and I'll get some next time. However, about 15 minutes later, a new delivery driver stopped at our door with several ranch sauces. He said he was delivering nearby and wanted to make sure we had it. Lauren, Yolanda, and James were all incredibly friendly and seem to really care about their jobs. I couldn't have asked for better customer service and Papa John's will be my go-to pizza delivery from now on. Besides the excellent customer service, the pizza arrived piping hot and was cooked perfectly.

Food is decent for the price. We order from the specials for best value. Staff is very capable.
I ordered online and the pizza was ready when I got there. The quality is very consistent. I like Papa John's pizza but it is not gourmet and not the best out there. But if you use the online specials it's a good deal. I can get three large pizza for under$30. Another pizza place nearby charges that for one pizza!

The location is very small, and you can easily miss it if you are not using electronic navigation...it's barely visible from the main road. Highly recommend getting the Papa John's app for your phone to order ahead of time; my order was ready for pick up about 15 minutes after placing the order.

I've only ever had one bad pizza before. With that said the pizza is decent, I like the extras ( banana peppers and butter garlic dip). But the toppings were just sparse for a 2 topping pizza and sauce what a little too sweet for my liking. Bread was a little doughy, but that could just be a personal preference. Given the option I would say it's about even with little Caesars but with a higher price tag.
There was one person working and he was very friendly and helpful. Thank you. My Mom likes the pizza here so took her to get a pie. Most Papa John's has a place to sit and eat, not really at this location.

Horrible. Love the pizza but today the customer service was horrible. The staff had no concept of good service today! When I asked to speak to the manager every other word out the "managers" mouth was ummmmmm and nothing was handled. Bummed because this is usually our go to spot when dinners not prepared.
I love papa John's. but this last pizza i ordered I was not happy with. I haven't ordered the works in a long time but I have normally ordered ultimate pepperoni. where the pepperonis are on top of the cheese. but if you order the works pizza they throw all the ingredients on the pizza and THEN the cheese ? A slice of this pizza had ingredients under a blanket of cheese that the cheese didn't even touch the dough. i called the manager and told him I was not happy with it and he said thats how they make it and that if i was unhappy with it then for next time to tell them.
I tried to order online but it kept giving me an error message so I drove there, put in my order after they decided who was going to do it. I was told it sepupu take 15mins so i walked to Albertsons and did some grocery shopping that took a while, came back and still the pizza was not ready. I sat there and waited another 10 mins at least. Anyway, this is my 1st time trying papa John's pizza. I was not happy with the crust, it was hard, but where the sauce is, it is doughy, flavor is lacking, ingredients are lacking even though I got The Works.
Definitely not my favorite pizza. I went in to pick up my order and I stood there for a few moments while the guy looked for my order. He handed it to me and went about his business. I stood there for about five minutes and then asked the guy if he was going to ring me up and he said "hold on"... But he didn't do anything. It was kinda funny and I started to think that I was being pranked. So I wait a bit longer and I tell the guy I ready to pay and go... But somehow, he started moving around and told me the payment machine is down and he'll be right back, then he disappeared. After a few more minutes another employee came out and changed the register tape. I asked them if I can pay for it and he checked me out. It was strange. The place is probably ok, but I don't like people playing games with me.
Ordered in advance, went to the store before picking up to have plenty of time to make sure it was done. I expected it to be cold. Nope, not even there. They took my payment, but couldn't find my pizzas. I ended up having to wait longer just for them to remake it.

The food quality is trash or the workers who make the food just don’t care. And I tipped them extra money and they still gave me a nasty pizza and old stale cheese sticks!
The pizza was the worst taste i have ever tasted of what they call a pizza. Yukk. If you like Italy and pizza and real food,don't even try the sauce at Papa Ralphs! I believe they are a group of witches that brewed up this pizza from a pit. Man verses food would pass on this challenge.
First time ordering here and all I can say is stay far away from this place. Our pizza was hard as a rock and ice cold. By far the most disgusting pizza I have ever had. Will never be back.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I got there about 1/2 hour before they closed, and the doors were already locked. I tried calling inside because I saw people in there, and no one answered. According to my call log I continued trying to call 10 separate times and allowed it to ring till I was automatically disconnected. It was highly unprofessional of them to close half hour before they're listed Closing Time online.
Ordered delivery, (35 minutes later) after the app said my food was on the way to be delivered the restaurant called and said they were out of an item, we fixed the issue and she said they were on the way. After 20 minutes (mind you I like about 4 minutes away from the restaurant) they hadn’t arrived. I called and asked for an update, she stated she would find out. 10 minutes later (now over an hour since I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza) I called back to cancel the order and was made to feel like somehow it was my fault the order wasn’t there. Just awful service and no pizza.
I placed my order 2 hr and 15 minutes in advance for a in store pickup. When I arrived the front counter did not even have my pizza ready. When asked why my pizza was not ready in 2 hours and 15 minutes they did not have an answer for me. They told me it would be at least another 45 minutes. When I asked why would they not put my pizza up next I was told "We have over 200 orders right now" When I reminded them that I placed my order over 2 hours ago they could not give me an answer. I was then told that there were people outside waiting. I suggested that the manager and I walk out and ask those customers how many of them placed their order over 2 hours ago, I was told that would not be necessary. When I asked for a refund I was then informed that it would be 3 to 5 days for a refund even though the money was withdrawn from my account in good faith as payment immediately after placing the order. This is the kind of treatment that will drive me from the brand permanently.
We order from this papa johns all the time. For the last year to be exact. Last night we ordered pizza and the wait was 60-70 minutes, I mean duh they were busy plus Im sure like most place right now, under staff. So I followed on my pizza tracker and it said delivered. I checked outside and nothing. I called the store Asher answered and I said I wanted to check the status of my order bc it said it was delivered. Now I did check the app and the phone number on file was wrong. So I was totally ready to take responsibility for that and see if I could come pick up the pizzas, refund, whatever my options were. Asher says “ is this Rancho California?” I told him yes he said “you gave me a bogus address and bogus phone number, and you don’t live in the Temecula garden apartments,” I couldn’t even explain to him or ask him anything. He just kept telling me how my address was bogus. He than gave the phone to a “manager” who said they would deliver the pizzas out to me I gave him the correct phone number and he asked me for the correct address I told him that address is correct that I have ordered from them three times just in December. The address has never changed for the last year. Asher was so rude and unhelpful, I than spoke to another manager who said to me “to be fair your number was wrong what did you want him to do stand outside and wait” I tried to explain to him that I understood 100 percent that it was my fault I get that. But I didn’t deserved to be talked to the way I was. I’m human I make mistakes too. To be told I was lying about my address, and than for the manager say “well unless your going to place another order this Phone call is over” so disappointed that I’ve ordered so many times from this location and never had a problem with delivery until last night. Didn’t get the pizzas to feed my family. And was to afraid to order again. I know I’m only one customer but… you lost one customer
I had gone in to pick up an order for postmates, there were alot of people working. But they were all moving so slow. I was told it would be 8 minutes, but it ended up being almost 30 minutes. The kept saying my order is almost ready. Finally after the manager had asked me who I was picking up for, I told her and she found my order. Apparently it had all been ready about 7 minutes ago. But no one had said anything. Doing orders is my livelihood. They are messing with it.
I ordered on Friday for a party and delivery on Saturday afternoon. On Saturday at the scheduled delivery time the driver never showed. I called the store and was told the driver was out delivering it. While on hold for a period of time, I hung up and called back. At that time I was told the delivery was recorded for Sunday and not Saturday. This was a lie. I was able to contact a local pizza place and they were able to save the party. Papa's Pizza Grotto saved the day.
First time ordering and last time! You lost a customer and I will never order again! My order took more than an hour, 1 hr and 10 minutes! All I ordered was a pizza and a Papadia! How hard is it to make?? Call the stored and no apologies at all, all they said was they had to redo the order that’s why it took longer!! What a disappointment! I will never order again!😡🤬
Terrible service, we ordered 5 pizzas at 9 and didn’t get our food until 12. The pizza was cold when they delivered it too. It wasn’t even a little warm, it was literally so cold the cheese solidified on the cardboard box it. On top of all that there was no “contact free delivery” at all, with this COVID-19 going on it seemed like they don’t even care. The delivery guy didn’t even have his mask on over his nose, and he just walked up to our door and handed my brother the pizza with no apology for how long it took. He just said “we’re busy” and left. Never ordering from This Papa John’s again.

I just had the absolute worst pizza of my life here. Paid $20 for a dried out saltine cracker with a few slices of pepperoni. Sauce, non existent. Pepperoni, half of what should be on a large pizza. Crust, I thought I was eating the box it came in. The total thickness of the pizza was 1/16” thick including toppings. After 2 pieces I threw it away and heated up a much much more satisfying store bought frozen pizza that was actually crap, but 100X better than that Papa Johns trash. Shaq you should be ashamed for putting your name on this trash.
2nd instance of terrible service within 1-week....our family is done with ordering from this Papa Johns location. 1) Daughter's birthday...one hour after ordering, the store had still not begun to make the order (expected ready was 30 minutes after ordering). Refund authorization given at store, but was never processed which required me to contact the credit card company to complete the refund after 10 days. 2) Random Monday evening...(pizza delivery this time) pizza arrived 30 minutes after the ready time given during ordering. Papa Johns pizza tracker does not display delivery data. Pizza was medium warmth (at best) and arrived 45 minutes after I received a text message that the pizza was on the way.
II placed an online order two hours in advance with a scheduled delivery time of 8:00 PM. At 8:10 PM, with no update, I called to check the status. I was told my order was just going into the oven and wouldn’t be delivered for another 45 minutes. When I asked what they could do to make it right, I was told "unfortunately, nothing" because "everyone is behind today." No apology, no offer to make it right—just a shrug. For the price, the poor service, and the fact that I already tipped at checkout, this was completely unprofessional. If they can’t meet their own delivery times, they shouldn’t accept orders for them. I won’t be ordering from here again.
Order pizzas, it took two and a half hours to arrive. I called the store they stated they got overwhelmed with orders and misplaced mine. The store didn't even offer any type of compensation for their mistakes and for making us wait two and a half hours. When we opened the pizzas they looked like crap, very messy and one pizza barely had any cheese on it. Plus I asked for them to be square cut and they weren't. Lordy, it only got worse when we tried the pizzas, complete salt bombs! Toppings salty, cheese salty and crusts salty. The pizzas were inedible, we ended up throwing them in the trash. There went $54 literally in the trash. I will never order from them again, if I could give them zero stars, I would. Horrible experience, would not recommend. You'd be better off ordering Pizza Hut.
I ordered a gluten-free pizza and let them know I had an allergy. But it still got crossed contaminated, and as a result, I got sick when I completed the survey for my order the manager called me and told me that it was my fault. “I'm trying to figure out exactly what happened with the order because usually my employees are pretty good at, um, doing things correctly. I haven't had an issue with this before. Um, so I was just, uh, calling me to see if I can get more information and then try to make the situation” I tried this place and didn’t get sick. So I tried it again and got sick. It’s not my fault. I trusted the company. But as a result of the employees incompetence of allergies I cannot return.
I ordered the pizza for a 4:15 pm pick up. It was made early and lukewarm. Instead of the crust being crispy, it was like a dish sponge. I was surprised at the lack of quality. It was more like a $7 DiSorno frozen pizza. Will not buy again...

WOW this is just incompetence at its finest the worker is doing great holding on running the entire store by himself he for sure needs a raise (I doubt the owner will since the owner don’t even bother to have 1 more employee to speed things up) it’s so sad to see the ambiance feels depressing and you can literally feel the worker stress on the air I think we should stop supporting this business due to a lack of empathy for their own employees and also not to mention us the customer having to wait 45 minutes for a pizza is absolutely unacceptable more knowing that the reason is because management/ owner are absolutely incompetent cheap and not caring.
