My visit to ThirsTea was truly and experience! The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a cheerful and inviting atmosphere, thanks to the colorful decor that instantly lifted my spirits. Frida and Sadako provided exceptional service, making me feel right at home with their warm smiles and efficiency. The coffee smoothie I ordered was a revelation – a perfect blend of coffee and smoothie elements that was both refreshing and indulgent. ThirsTea not only offers outstanding beverages but also creates a charming ambiance. I'll be back for more and will recommend it to all. An absolute gem!

TL:DR; definitely go here!! I've been here a few times, but today I asked for something very specific, looking for a balance I couldn't describe. The people working delivered the perfect drink, exactly the taste I was looking for! They were nice people and made great conversation, and just overall the place is homely and lovely to be in. My tea cost $7.50, and my friend's cost $6.50, which we'll both gladly pay for the good service and perfect drinks we got. Even if you don't know what to get, they'll help you figure it out! 100% recommend!

GREAT customer service! Every time I drive in from San Diego, I have to stop by Thirstea to get the Vietnamese iced coffee. It’s SO good. I’ve been to a bunch of boba spots & this is by far one of my favorite locations. They have a very large selection of drinks & are more than happy to give you recommendations. Their drinks are always neatly sealed with smiley faces (pic for reference)! Staff is super welcoming & attentve. Thank you! 5++ stars! I highly recommend the Vietnamese Coffee (iced) & their lemonades (mango&pineapple are amazing) if you want something refreshing!

This is by far the best boba shop I’ve ever been to. It’s a small, locally owned business, and the owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming. There’s a wide variety of drinks on the menu, and the staff is more than happy to walk you through the options and offer recommendations, which makes the experience feel very personal. I recommend the brown sugar milk tea with boba, it’s super creamy, and easily my favorite drink there.

Marble taro slush with crystal boba is amazingly delicious! 10 out of 10 stars. Thai milk tea is also amazing 10 out of 10 as well. This might be our new boba slushy spot. Clean area and they have board games for you if you want to just hang out. Looks like they just had a grand reopening under new management. Definitely recommend this place. Too bad they didn't have the ingredients for the halo halo today. Will come back to try it next time. Go here if you want something refreshing and you like boba. 10 out of 10 stars overall! Fries are good too.

Found this tea & coffee gem while on a family trip. The owner and staff were very friendly and accommodating. They offer a ton of flavors to choose from. I had the cold house coffee which was one of thirstea signature, and it was the BOMB!!! Definitely one of the best ice cold coffee I had. Other flavors were also a must try!!! So if you were in the area on a winery rendezvous, hit this place and you wont regret it. Highly recommended for sure!!!!🤙🏾🤙🏾🤙🏾🤙🏾

I came across this delightful tea shop called Thirstea while exploring the winery area in Temecula on Nicholas Road. Being a milk tea connoisseur, I couldn't resist trying out their selection. Today, I treated myself to a variety of drinks, starting from left to right: coconut slushies with lychee jelly, lychee lemonade with more lychee jelly, house coffee with sea salt, and a scrumptious strawberry milkshake. Each sip was a refreshing delight, but the house coffee with sea salt was an absolute standout. The ambiance was pristine, the service top-notch, and the staff incredibly friendly and accommodating. It was a truly enjoyable experience that I can't wait to repeat. I highly recommend Thirstea to anyone who appreciates these delightful treats.

This was our first time here. The place is really nice and the servers were really friendly. There is a great variety of drinks to choose from. I ordered the lychee tea and cannot recommend enough! It was amazing. It was refreshing with big pieces of jelly. It was not overly sweet. Just pure perfection. I will be visiting again to try their other drinks. My husband got the Thai tea and said it was really good as well.

My daughter loves it here. She love the watermelon slushy. I ordered the cajun fries for the first time and they’re delicious. Oreo smoothie is yummy. Super nice customer service. Come check this place out.

This is my kids favorite Boba spot. The 4 stars is because it doesn't open until 12pm and google says 11am. Driving my kids there and not having it be open like it says it is, is very frustrating.

For how not busy this place is, they have lots of hiccups. The first time I went, they didn't take the gift card that they are advertised to accept. The second time they didn't have any boba straws and fail to mention this til you've already paid and been given your drink. How is anyone supposed to enjoy their boba if they can't get it out of the cup? Your entire business premise is selling boba, and you somehow run out of straws. Just not good business practice, especially for a place that is empty most of the time. Won't be back again.

The first time the doors were locked at 7:40 p.m. and the second time was today. My daughter and I walked in at 7:45 to get some smoothies that we were craving and as soon as we walked through the door the girl yelled "just to let you know we are completely out of boba and I won't be making any blended drinks!" There was no hello or how are you doing? Just a yell across the room. I proceeded to ask why and she said that she was about to lock the doors before we walked in because she was approved by the manager to do so. Whether or not that's actually true, if your hours show closing at 8 then you should be serving people until 8 p.m. Please update your hours to the actual hours of service! It's not cool for people who walk in thinking that they can still order smoothies until 8 p.m. and then can't. Also, the girl who was working was so rude. If you'd like great customer service, a place that closes when it says it does, and has delicious desserts and smoothies go to the ThirsTea on Winchester instead.

Don’t go in 30 minutes before closing they won’t take your order even though they have stated on Google they close at 8. They don’t want to serve you so the stuff doesn’t get dirty. Not a good way to run a business.
