Came in on the way back from Dallas to SA the food was fresh and good , but the best part was Michael. He is their cashier. He was dope , amazing customer service, great attitude and hella funny. Yall better do what you can to keep him around. Great food but Michael... 10 out of 10.

I had not been in here since I had an unpleasant experience a couple of years ago. I am really glad we have them another try. We have eaten here twice in the last week. Both times the burgers have been great andvthe sweet potato fries were perfect! I need to give a shout out to Michael for great customer service and to thank Joey for checking in on our table to make certain we were enjoying our food. The customer service was so much better than when I tried it before. So long as it stays like this, I will be back!

I love Hat Creek! Amazing atmosphere with outdoor and indoor seating and a great play area for the kids! Food is delicious hamburger or chicken sandwich, you can't go wrong! Fries are decent and seasoned pretty well. It's definitely a nice change up from the usual fast food restaurants. Food does take a little longer to make/get but its worth the trade off.

Great Burgers! My family enjoyed our meal and family friendly environment! The kids had fun playing on the patio playground! We received great customer service and plan to go back soon!

First outing here had the drive thru being stacked for a minute, fries could've been hotter but overall taste great and the Chicken Sandwich was an all-star yes for dinner so I'd say come by sometime (they have reusable cups too!)

Always great! Wish they still did Family Night on Tuesday but the food and fun are worth it! My favorite is the Cowboy with avocado. Milk shakes are great and I love this location in Temple because the sun sets behind the playscape. Always happy times at Hat Creek! 🥑

Overall the food was pretty great! This was our first time here. The burgers are made fresh and the fries are well seasoned! The staff was friendly and they brought our food to our table! The turkey burger tasted amazing and even better when topped with their fresh avocado! Overall, a very friendly, clean, and delicious place to eat! We will be back to try the fried pickles and loaded fries soon!

I went through the drive thru with my bestie to get some dinner. They have a great varity of healthy options. My bestie got the cheeseburger salad and she said it was "Pretty alright!" And I got the Paleo Salad which in my opinion tasted nasty. The peanut butter cup shakes were AMAZING 👏. Whoever took our order was super cooperative and fast. Overall great experience and will definitely come again (Especially for shakes 🤪 because we are big backs)

We’ve been here tons of times but I wanted to write a review about our experience last night. It was literally the best service ever. Michael is amazing and he needs a raise and a bonus and more PTO and whatever he could possibly get for his incredible demeanor and just for being an outstanding human. Just from him being there alone made the experience 100x better

Soooo this place is clean. Employees are nice and professional. Fun atmosphere. The food tasted good. However, I ordered the Bacon Royale without hat sauce and added pickles....I will share a picture....it had very little bacon and had no grilled onions on it. That just rubbed me the wrong way. I mean come on...it's the name of the burger! Put an appropriate amount of bacon on that thing. This place is about $10 a person. Less for kids meals.

Nice place indoor seating was limited but plenty of space on the patio. The burgers were okay, though they didn't appear to be seasoned and fries were soft and soggy as if they'd Been sitting for a bit. Ordered shakes with our meal, 27 minutes later, after a reminder they arrived. I still kept it a 4 stars because the place was busy and staff was trying hard to keep everyone happy, on a Sunday afternoon.

This location has a large, covered outdoor seating area with a nice play area with two forts and slides. The place was almost empty, and we were served promptly. We had some trouble with our order and did not receive exactly what we wanted. They were out of sweet potato fries, so I ordered loaded tots and got loaded fries, which were dry. However, my son said his burger was well seasoned and char grilled. The chicken salad had all fresh, gluten-free ingredients and was very tasty. The tables were sticky, and there was trash on the floor. It could be a good place to eat, depending on what you order.

Listen, the burger was okay and yes I ate it all however, with a little spice and the backyard grill I can make it better. The peanut butter milkshake was awesome! Just not worth the wait and screaming children.

Ordered in, ate with my kids outside. Went back in and ordered to-go food. Was advised the shakes would take a long time because they just refilled the machine. They were aware I was dining in and this was just an additional order to take home. I was not advised the order would be placed somewhere specifically and assumed they would call my name as they did before with the initial order. I periodically checked inside and didn’t see to-go orders anywhere but they did say the shakes would take a long time so I was trying to be patient. After almost 40min I asked an employee who brought me completely melted shakes. I made a comment about them being melted and he said they’d been inside and went on his way. My kids threw the shakes away immediately so that was a waste. The food I brought home had clearly been under a heat lamp for a while and part of the order was also trashed. It’s worth mentioning, when I placed the to-go order, they were not busy by any means. I recommend letting people know where their to-go orders can be picked up from if you’re not going to call it out because I wasted $30 for something that was avoidable.
