Fast clean and friendly. Easy to use app to get your half priced drinks all day. Drive through and stalls . Fast service even with food not just drinks. Easy in and out location and they got the ice you need before you hit the dike or for your faux margaritas.

Amazing manager I wanted to change my drink and no one was answering the button and I didn't want them to bring out the one I ordered first and I was wanting to know why my total was more than it should be and he manager came out asked which stall I was in what I wanted the drink changed to and what I had ordered I told her and she had everything fixed right away I went to sit back in car to wait for my order and the waitress came out and said the manager said it was free!! That's real customer service and she should be promoted dedicated to making her customers happy!

Scheduled my online order to be picked up 15 min from picking out I love the time slots offered for future pick up it's basically every 15 min from current time. Which I loved cause I stay close to the Palmer location and my room is want over in COD lol so this was super convenient! Super fast bringing me my order once I checked in. Went above and beyond in the food and drink packaging thank goodness new truck didn't want to spill slushes 😖😱 def till be using pick up in app more often for this location

Only went twice, around 10pm both times, to get milkshakes and they were ok. For the price though, you'd think you would at least get a whole Oreo (crushed up obviously) in your large milkshake.

Courtney was absolutely a breath of fresh air, with her sweet personality and her timely manner made for a all over great experience. Food was okay I tried something new the Breakfast Toaster and it was okay I will modify it next time to fit my preferences! Thank you for being here to take care of us! Oh By the way highly recommend the French vanilla iced coffee Came back again and Aiden handled my order super bubbly and bright personality with impeccable customer service!! Got slushies for the job and everyone loved them! Another great shout out!!

Clean and friendly. Always busy in the morning. The staff handle the work load quite well. I prefer this sonic to the rest in the area. Update: I guess I can add this one into the mix with the others. Suggestions for the employees. Add a bit more water to the chili and turn the warmer down. They forgot our burger but were quick to refund it.

We go to Sonic daily for their Route 44 iced tea. To be honest, it is hit or miss on the product. If we get Kayla, the drink and service are fantastic. If we get someone else, it is hit or miss. Often at night, the tea is weak, almost clear.

Great customer service, today we got to the drive in window my daughter started talking to the cashier as we waited for my coffee to brew my baby got a free ice cream. It was so sweet. Fast service, nice employees, clean place, good food. ❤️

For the time of day I was there this restaurant was moving like a well oiled machine. Good fresh food all the time and the price is as usual. I have absolutely no complaints. That being said, I can only give them a 4 star rating. Had I have been there during rush hour and had the same experience...

My wife ordered over the internet at 3:00 pm and paid for our order to be picked up at 5:10 pm. When I arrived, they had no record of the order. I had all the pertinent information on my phone. Although very frustrated at this point, the order was filled with courteous service. Because of this, we will try them again.

Would be 5 stars, but they charge extra for gravy with the chicken strip dinner and for whip cream on the blasts. I've never been to a location where this happens. Other than that the staff is friendly and the food is mostly fresh.

Food is really good and staff is fast with getting your order out most of the time. The garbage that sits before the drive thru is always jammed packed with trash though and if your not careful pulling out of the driveway you could rip your bumper off your car.

None of the staff are aware of coupons nor how to allow their use. Now if you use the app you can get all kinds of discounts but don't try to use paper coupons...you won't be able to. Other than the ongoing coupon battle everything is great. Well if you choose to order online and use the coupons lol

Drinks (especially the slushes menu) are really tasty. The line is long during the "cocktail hour"), I enjoy some food on the breakfast menu, and I like their chicken sandwiches. Their staff is helpful & friendly.

Tonight 8/15/24 we had such a wonderful experience at Sonic. The manager (James I believe his name is) was so helpful. The food was awesome and the milkshake is quite delightful. I hope to see this change at Sonic continue. Keep up the good work!

I pulled up sat outside waited for someone to answer me. Some kid that worked there came out with a bag of ice or so parked right next to me didnt acknowledge that i was sitting there finally after 10 min or so a girl comes out to let me know that they were closed and had been closed for 15 min or so now i understand under the circumstances however all i wanted was a bag of ice. I was willing to give her $5. Since that kid was bring ice to his car i didnt see a problem.

Food was very good but...when I was there 3 employees were on break?? and were sitting at tables outside. We pressed red button to order, but no one took our order. After 10, yes,TEN, minutes we got into the drive Tru line and waited an additional 12 minutes. Looked like 1 or 2 people were left inside to prepare the orders. I understand employee shortages and breaks are required, but maby they need to schedule breaks better.

Stopped to get a quick burger and drink but also had to go to the bathroom first. Chicken moment before I could get anybody to look at me to ask as the bathroom door was locked and needed a key. The lady I finally caught was not interested and said that she didn't have a key and the manager was gone so too bad. We decided to go to one of the neighboring fast food places

Food is legit. Tastes just fine. However, staff is always playing and more interested in talking to each other than hurrying on orders. With that said, they are always friendly at the window. Never stay for carhop experience.

I've been to this particular sonic three times since moving here. The first time was great! The second time I tired the new little chicken sandwich meal. I really enjoyed it. Now what puts my experience level lower than normal was the last visit. Maybe it's just me and I'm being harsh. But I pulled in read menu decided on the little chicken sandwich meal once again. Push the button. Sat and waited and waited and waited some more. Mine u there are are no signs to just use the drive thru and there are cars parked next to me. While waiting and never being spoken to I watched as the drive thru kept going. Being patient as I am the board said they will be getting to me shortly. After pushing button again. And pushing the button next to me never got anyone. So I eventually just left.

I usually love sonic. Thing is their prices have gotten ridiculous. It's over $5 for a simple vanilla shake with whipped cream on top and them funky Cherry's on top that as if they've been pre-chewed. Very good but in the end all it is is a little vanilla ice cream with a little milk mixed together. Or their really expensive slushies are crazy expensive. I always ask for nerds and they put such a small amount that they're all disolved and stick to the bottom by time you get it. The food is good but if y'all are gonna specialize in mixed drinks at least gives us something worth the tremendous price your charging us.

Two (2) days in a row. We have ordered LIGHT ICE for our soda drinks. The guy in the window smiles as he hands you PACKED ICE cups of soda drinks. Where is Mahogany? She never serves this. last few times we tried going here they had all the spots blocked of and the line for the drive through made us decide to go somewhere else.... not sure if it's short staffed or what, being so close to our home it WAS a nice place to stop in for drinks

On one trip, i was given the wrong foot long and the tator tots were horrible. On several other stops, my large chili cheese tots only filled half the container and had very little chili and cheese on it. This is not the usual way the servicis here. I think the young kids are not being supervised properly...

I asked if they had Root Beer Floats. I was told yes. I got my float and left. When I went to take a drink it had so much ice in it. A Root Beer Floats do not have ice. They had just made a Root beer drink and added ice cream. The ice cream is what makes it cold not ice. And it had too much ice.

I loveee Sonic! Idk what it is but this one has terrible food service... The only thing that's supposed to be cold is there Drinks (Which are great!) Just my food is either under/over-cooked OR just NOT fresh! Cold fries, that are cold, along with the tots.. It's either Sonic needs to put a "Secret Worker" or something.. The owner of this location might want to make some surprise visits. Today was the worst experience I've ever had at a Sonic. Outside speaker wasn't working correctly or the girl inside didn't know what she was doing. Politely brought it to her attention and she wanted to argue with me. Probably because I'm white. The young boy at the window looked like he was high and looked like he was miserable. Is that the way you want your customers treated ? Back to Burger King I'll go. Their employees act like they enjoy their jobs.

Ordered through the app a large Dr. Pepper with real cherry, large sweet tea and large root beer. Finally got to the window after about 15-20 mins and was given 2 large drinks and told the root beer wasn't working and wasn't sure how long it would take to fix it. Was asked to please pull up and they would bring it out when it was ready, did not ask if we would like to change drinks. It was corrected as well as the Dr. Pepper that was not Dr. Pepper with cherry. Found out after we left that the sweet tea was not sweet tea, not sure what it was maybe Pepsi or something but not sweet tea. We may have been given the wrong order.

So apparently, they are only serving in the drive through today. When at the stall, we hit the red button and the girl answered, saying just "drive through only." We thought for sure that we didn't hear her right so we tried again, but got the same answer. So we got in line at the drive through. After several cars in front of us ordered, we ordered our shakes, only to be told they were out of ice cream. No ice cream at Sonic. Wow.

We ordered on the app, took 20 mins to get our 2 mini milkshakes and 2 blasts. Watched the guy walk around with our order for 5 mins before going inside. Someone else brought it out 5 mins later it was melted and they forgot our straws and spoons. We would have complained but we were already so annoyed we just left. 2 stars because the order was at least correct and the girl apologized for the wait.

If ur in a hurry don't stop here, the wait is forever in a day. They don't even come on the speaker to tell u its going to be a minute. Then when ordering they don't say anything until there's awkward silence...the food i ordered was cold n unsatisfactory.

All the food was cold. I am a mom and am used to eating on the go and after the kids and this was COLD to me. My order was wrong and she fixed it without hassle. She was very nice and understanding. I can't give it any more than 2 out of 5 stars because I paid a lot of money and the food was gross because it was cold.

We sat out front and hit the button to place our order. Waited 5-7 minutes and no response. A waitress came out to deliver another order so we asked her if the button was working. She said, “the drive through takes the next order first” and walks away. We waited another 5-7 minutes and still no response so we left

This place can never get my order right. They bring the food and not the drinks, so i jave to remind them i ordered a drink.. then also being diabetic I drink diet soda they seem to think it's ok to bring me a regular with sugar almost every time.

I can't say anything about the food at the moment but I will say the service is subpar for putting in an online order. My said my order was delivered and it wasn't. It was sitting waiting for the carhop. I had to get out of my vehicle and wait for any employees to even walk by the doors. Once one did I told her what my name was and she quickly grabbed my order from the table. I told her we were missing a drink. I went back in my car for approximately 5 min before I got out to see what was going on with the 3rd drink. This is also after I'm assuming an employee that wasn't dressed in uniform went in and out and came out with a drink. Then the car hop came out questioning if I was still waiting for my drink. She then immediately went back in and told them to make the drink and then proceeded to tell me they were making it. There are constantly issues with this location and most of it could be solved if the employees were paying attention and doing their job.

Hot dogs were cold and not cooked completely, threw both into the trash. I feel the standards at Sonic is slipping away. For several years, I have been a Sonics customer in many states, and Texas is the worst! At other Sonics, my experiences have been much better. I am sad to see what is happening to the chain.

They have a couple of signs that say half of shakes after 8 and they are not honoring it. We placed and order and got to the window and they tried to charge us full price. We even talked to a manager and said to call corporate offices for a complant. We took and picture of the signs and calling tomorrow. Texas City manager needs to fix there signs if they aren't gonna honor them

This is the second time I have had a issue with getting a blast-ice cream that ends up being plain vanilla and they sprinkle stuff on top but that's it smh do better ! I must say management was friendly and said I can come back and the will remake but how about just train people better.

We went several times to get shakes, and there was a different story each time. First time we get there, they said the machine wasn't working. Second time, we called to make sure the machine was working and to confirm they closed at 11pm. We get there at 10:45, and they said they shut down the machine at 10:30pm, 30 minutes before closing! And with very rude employees, at that.....

Worst drive in-communication +employees not taking you serious . Sunday morning around 10:30 we drove through up to this sonic to get some food and hit the road but we ended up without ordering due to weak or inattentive host taking the order communication. The host was changed but still new host was offering us items that was not necessary. Hope it help and if I am ever in the area I again, I can give this sonic a chance. ( since Texas city rocks)

Generally I like The food at sonic… today I ordered a foot-long cheese Coney… after arriving at home… unpackaged and was anticipating a good lunch.. The bun to my foot long was so soggy and wet… I salvaged what I could of the wiener and chili and got rid of the bun!!!!.. so so disappointed today!!!

Stalls are always blocked off for use, car hops are very rushed and rude, workers always outside smoking even though the drive thru is backed up, screens don’t work when the stalls ARE open. I prefer to drive to another sonic than visit this one that is close to me

This particular time we ordered my husband ordered a double meat but was given a single, asked for fries but was given tots. And to top it off ordered cheese sticks to get to the window and they are out of marinara (something that should’ve been stated during ordering). When my husband got home my chicken tender dinner was nasty I could only eat one and a half out of the five I ordered. My husband said the tots were undone also it was a waste of money. Not sure if it was this particular crew but I’ve had this sonic before and never had this experience but I know my family and I will not be returning.

Rarely can get anyone to take an order and when you do, the food will be rubbish. Don't waste your hard earned money here ...bc they'll take it and not think twice.

Worst ever!! My order was so wrong!, I said no mustard so extra mustard was added, I ordered no cheese on another so of course it had cheese!! The screen said was order was on its way.... 8 mins later .... cold tots, melted shake .... she brought my order... then took another 5 mins to bring my card (screen wouldn't work to use my card). Needless to say I will NOT be back!!! 🤬

Managers are rude which make the employees have a bad attitude as well. Not just this experience I had today but every time I go. Get rid of the bad apples. Also if you don’t want to work there find another job. It’s literally that easy. Worst customer service ever.

Went through the drive thru and ordered a steak sandwich at lunch, get back to work and it's a chicken sandwich with so much mayo it's on the outside of the bun, no time to go back for the correct order, try calling and it rings and rings with no answer ,

Pushed red button to order, i sat there 10 minutes i pushed the red button several times, someone answered finaly after 15 minutes, i placed my order, and no response, i pushed the red button two more times and waited 10 more minutes, i got out of my truck walked over to the next stall, pushed the red button stood there at least 3 minutes. And the entercom went off at my truck. Finally someone took my order again. I paid with my credit card, and a minute or two went by and here comes my order. It was out really fast, so i assume it was the first order i made. I had to ask for napkins. The country fried steak i ordered was like leather, i pushed the red button, and no response, 10 min went by, i pushed the red button 2 more times, Alexandra, delivered food two the stalls away from me, so i got her attention and told her about the sandwich, i as for it to be remaid. I also ask her what is wrong with the speaker, she said it had been like that sense she came in. That stall should have been closed off. Plus the double meat burger i ordered meat chease and easy mayo only, came out single patty and had ketchup on it. I ordered a rt 44 cherry vanilla dr pepper, i taste no vanilla, i got no cherry, and hardlyany ice at all. I do feel Alexander did her best to make my order correct, she fixed the country fried steak, and apologized for any inconvenience. We need more people like her. Ty Alexander for your professional customes service.

The order taker around 5pm January 3rd 2022 made me repeat myself more than 5 times so I drove off angrily. Please fix their speaker or get someone who can take my order faster. This is the first time I drove off and gave up.

45min wait for 3 drinks and 3 pretzels. Asked for extra ice, and literally got a watered down melted ice disaster, my pretzels were also cold . I saw cars take off with out their order while I waited 30min for a cup of ice for my watered down beverage, And told I could not get a refund. This location is absolutely garbage

This place needs to get it together!!! They NEVER get my order correct!!! No one knows how to work the register, the cook doesn't know how to take orders correctly. I ordered a basic hamburger with mustard and ketchup. They gave me a Jr. CHEESE BURGER with everything on it!!! Then when they finally got my burger correct, the cashier flags me down cause they had given me a bag without the corndogs I had ordered too!! This Sonic has been going down for the past year!! I had stopped going there for this exact reason, and when I finally go back it's the same disappointment!!! Also their shakes are made so sloppy, they give them to you dripping with whatever it is you ordered.......Sad cause I really like the menu......

Guy taking our order messed the order up. Carhop was extremely rude and obviously hates her job. She didn't greet us and when I asked a spoon she sarcastically said "you want a spoon"? And walked away shaking her head. Food tasted like it had been under a heat lamp for a while. Definitely don't recommend this place to anyone.

This place needs to be closed for good. Their service is always terrible. But today we went through the drive thru and seen a sign that said cash only. “Ok cool we’ll go get cash” then we come back and they tell us “cash only, drive thru only” then we get to the drive thru and they come out and tell us their closed because the system is down.

The service that I received at this establishment was very unacceptable. The honey BBQ popcorn chicken that I ordered had very little to no sauce on them and the fries were cold. I was very displeased, I did ask for a refund for my order and the M.O.D on duty was kind of to assist me with that matter at hand. Ordered 1 med chocolate shake, 1 med strawberry shake and 1 log strawberry shake. They took my money and I waited several minutes. They finally brought me a chocolate shake and left me waiting again, it was then that I noticed the shake looked like a chocolate milk it was so melted. They then returned to inform me that they had no strawberry did I want something else. I wanted my money back and without an apology they gave me back the cash. Rude, unprofessional and unprepared.

I pulled in into the driveway of the sonic parking lot to put in my order but waited 35 minutes for someone to take my order. I noticed a car right next to me pulled up and got attended before me. So when I got out of my car to ask why I wasn’t being helped yet one of the employees yelled at me and accused me of being my problem instead of handling it in a more professional way. Then when my food was given to me the lady who gave me my food was also giving me attitude for no reason and just being straight up rude to me. I would definitely not be coming back to this location. The food is good, there’s no problem about that but horrible customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!

Sonic you must do better kid shoved my food through my window at me. Forgot my ice cream. Then blamed ot on someone else that they should have told him the was ice cream on the receipt. Then I got a large chili cheese tot. I'd really like some chili and cheese to go with my onion tots. Terrible this place continues to go down hill. And to add pickles and ketchup don't go on a #3.

Went July 4th, I and about ten other cars left because of no service. Today, waited about twenty minutes to get just one drink. Did not receive a receipt which to me implied they pocketed the money. What happened? I USED to enjoy the food and the service. NOT ANYMORE.

Let me explain a few things here, when you give a drink out or something remind them to be careful with the top, I almost spilled the shake on me. The cashier was very rude and when she gave me my 2nd shake , she kinda pushed it to me, no Napkins or anything

Every time I stop by to get a drink or ice cream it’s a hassle with the employees. This place is very disorganized and full or rude employees. If it wasn’t to make my wife happy with a drink, I wouldn’t go. And most certainly do not recommend anyone else to spend their time or money here.

This doesn't even deserve 1 star. Why hire teenagers that can't get my order correct, make me drive all the way back across town so they can give me my 2 missing items. To tell me that they no longer have that item available, and to replace it with one item because that one item equals to two of my items. Absolutely disgusting. Lost money & gas & my time!!!

Showed up right at 9pm to get two sonic blast to be told they ain't doing ice cream right now and nothing about the machine being out of order, just they ain't doing ice cream right now. Also just drinks have been really hit and miss here lately, mostly a miss.

Went here to get my son and brother something small to eat on. Went to the speaker and got greeted being yelled at by the cashier saying "your gonna have to come to the window!" Go to the window and the cashier had the WORST attitude. I told her I wanted mozzarella sticks and she said "were out!" And as we were trying to decide what else to get, she was rolling her eyes. I finished and ordered. As she was giving me the order she didn't even look at me, faced away and put her arm out trying to give me the bag, while her back was towards me. She was so rude I don't even want to go back ever again.

Spent over 50 dollars on dinner for a family of 4 and I ask for extra mayo on a steak sandwich and barely any mayo on the sandwiches.....really disappointed the brown bag special i ask for ketchup only and they messed that up too wont be back to this location I will just drive to Santa fe and get it bc they don't mess up orders this bad

they forgot a sandwich in one of my orders for Uber and when I went back they act like they didn't know what was going on. I called the customer through the Uber app and got them to call the store and remind him of the order then they gave me the sandwich

This place is horrible. Spent good money on a corn dog and they burnt it like it was put in an electric chair. Think of poor John Coffee of the Green Mile frying in a chair. That’s what they did to my corn dog and expect me to eat it!!

Waited in line for over 20 minutes with no service ended up getting out of line parking in a stall as usual pressed the red button and waited another 20 minutes. Absolutely horrible service here!

This is our second time this week ordering from here and both times there have been mistakes. Forgetting items, forgetting sauces, drinks are terrible and not putting onions on footlongs. My God if the employees here cannot follow simple instructions or care enough to pay attention then the manager should be replaced. Take a look at the rest of these reviews and tell me I'm lying. And fix your ice cream machine. After all this is Sonic or thought it was. Never coming back here.

Second time I tried the country fried steak sandwich. 1st time was no mayo on it this time it was so overcooked couldn't eat it. The Dr. Pepper was weak and needed more syrup, at least the tator tots were good. Pretty sure I am done with this place

Doesn't matter how long you give them after your order u wont get your order within 10 minutes of being there and your food will be cold. The small little white girl runner they have is rude and uses profanity towards customers. Not at all a place anyone should be spending their money

Honestly if I could give a zero I would but I'm forced to at least give one star. First when I place the order I tried to be very aware of the fact that people might not be able to hear on the other side and Sonic notoriously has terrible speakers so I speak very clearly. Not only that but I go above and beyond to make sure I give everyone respect when I speak to them ; speaking kindly and actively saying please and thank you. The man who takes order was rude and really answered like it was a bother to take our order. I stated my order calmly. The item and the size multiple times and when it was read back to me incorrectly or asked to give it again I did with a smile because again, I understand how accidents can happen. I also understand that maybe he just couldn't hear me because the speaker could be faulty and unfortunately I was still given the wrong order. I kindly asked the man at the window if he could change my drink that was mistaken made to its correct order his attitude went from us bothering him ( us just trying to get our correct meal that we paid for) his tone shifted and instead of handing me the food he pushed it into my hands. It was a small gesture but I understood the meaning of it. He was very frustrated with us for whatever reason. I could totally go into more details but I think I've written enough. Overall I'm just very disappointed in this interaction.. I also understand that this isn't a representation of all Sonics for example we like the Sonic in La marque next to Walmart. I just hope this employee has a better day tomorrow because today was not it.

Extremely rude guy taking order, I can't even finish my order because he over talks you and immediately ends order before I have even finished. I'm just getting drinks. Nothing special, not changing how a drink is made just basic cherry limeades and lemonberry drinks. But they want $15 a hour. Car hop was nice and respectful, that's the ones who should be making the money.

I have grown up with sonic chili cheese coney, but this is my absolutely worst experience with it. First I noticed that they used a slice of cheese, I was like I can live with that, it's how I do coney islands at home. But I can't live with, it was soggy on the bottom, like they didn't let the dog dry before putting it in the bun. Immediately threw it out, never going to this sonic again

So let me just say this the manager the black chick with the Afro had a whole attitude tonight!!!! I stated that I think the churro shake is 1.48 and not 3.99 oh she didn’t even want to come to the window just to talk to me then went outside to tell her coworkers what I was saying then had the gm there and he said oh she is upset cause she has been here all day! Man what??? So that makes it right! I won’t go back to the location poor customer service
