I think I found this receipt on the floor but I actually have been to Sarku Japan. The food here is delicious and packed with tastes, tasting amazing to the taste buds. My mother and I like eating here instead of the other places even though the others are great as well, my mother and I prefer here. I don't actually know why my mother picks this place but, again, I enjoy going to Sarku Japan. The food gives intel-lect, good for brain.

For food court quality and value, Sarku is not bad at all! Sushi was fresh and tasty - we ordered salmon avocado roll and California roll. Bento box is a great value for the variety you get. An entree is big enough for 2 people. 3 of us ate for $34 and left full and satisfied.

I bought 2 simple rice dishes on Valentine's day in Woodland mall. I got my food pretty fast, the service was ok, but the rice texture I had was not pretty good. Rice was a bit undercooked which made me feel the meal dry and I wish the rice had been a bit more flavorful and the salad could have used a litte more dressing-that would have been perfect. But redardless, you guys did a great job considering how busy it was for a Valentine's day

it was okay. the teriyaki chicken was really good, but the fried rice tasted like is was soaked in cleaning solution. the guy at the cash register lowkey tricked me too, he told me a spring roll came with the meal i got but it didn’t and i got charged for that but i didn’t notice until i left. the mango strawberry lemonade left a rlly bad after taste in my mouth too. it wasn’t too expensive (a #1, a small drink, and apparently a spring roll was $14) but i was pretty upset with my overall experience. idk if i’ll be back, and the only reason i’d ever consider going back would be because of the teriyaki chicken. the spring roll was also good, you could probably buy it bulk at costco though.

I haven't even left the food court and I wanted to get this info out immediately! This good is horrible. I give it 2 stars for a good Dr Pepper & decent beef, otherwise, stay away. Eat at home, eat Ramen or cereal, save yourself, & your hard earned money.

A skinny young boy there plying games to not make delivery orders. I step up and ask him about the order and rudly says it will be ready. Deliveries should be ready. After 20 plates and cooking more food he doesn't budge on my order. I go around to the opposite side from pickups, and the lady reluctantly finishes the order. Thank goodness for her help. Its hot there and lots of hustle and bustle to make a driver wait 30 mins for their order. It was a long walk here and a long drive through traffic. Get the orders ready and don't play games.

UPDATED: I emailed them and to my surprise, no response. And I found out that the other person I was with also had the chicken (small bite) and did get sick, so again, eat at your own risk. Original message: I don't normally put a location on blast unless I'm fairly certain this was the location that made myself and my wife sick, and we've decided it was. Unfortunately, the food seemed okay, I mean it wasn't the best food I've ever had, but it wasn't the worst. I started to not feel good shortly after eating there and I hadn't eaten anything prior to that, so it kinda makes sense. I'm wondering if anyone else got sick as well, and if so I'm hoping they seriously look into it. We both had the chicken, which we think was the culprit since someone else with us didn't have it, and they're fine.

I got a stomachache and diarrhea after eating a sandwich from this place. The fries were very greasy and tasted old. The food had no flavor at all, and unfortunately I felt sick afterward. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience.

Horrible service. Soft drink taste like they never clean their Soft drink machines.
