Delicious subs, very fresh bread. The staff was the friendliest ice ever encountered. I had my granddaughter with me, and one of the ladies came up and offered her a couple of cookies. She was so sweet to do that. I'll definitely be back here again!

I'm not sure how it's correctly spelled but Zak, Heather, and the manager were friendly and courteous with my take-out order. My order came out accurate and I was pleased with the speed at which done. Overall, I would say this is one of my most pleasing Subway experiences I have had so far.

Place was packed and only had one worker Donna , she was on top of it. Food did take longer but every customer in line was served politely.not her fault she was lonely ranger. But she rocked it.

This particular location was out of turkey, which seemed strange, but I get it. It was a quick stop, good food, and employee seemed nice and knowledgeable. All in all, not bad.

Even though there's a big sign on the window that says, "Try our new wraps", I was told that they were out of the flatbread & I said that's ok because I want a wrap & he said the wraps are flatbreads 🤔 uh no... Flatbreads are flatbreads, wraps are on tortillas. Then he said, well we no longer carry the tortillas. Oiy! 🤦‍♀️ I would've given less stars but the sandwich he made was very good!

I come to this town only for a few hours once a week. I love subways! Twice I had a bad experience with the manager. She always seems to be in a bad mood. Last week i asked her banana peppers she said they were out. Today i asked her again immediately she said they were out. I pointed it out for her and she got even more upset. No eye contact, very short with me and if eyes can kill she definately has that down. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE byt only from the manager who seems to not like her job or hates people with dark skin.

The food was ok. Service was not great, but the worst part was all of the drinks from the drink dispenser tasted Nasty ! I'm not sure why, but I tried all of them, and they were nasty.

Clean enough subway, though I felt I was forgotten about twice when I was the only customer 🤨. After i ordered, she started doing other things for a good 3 min. After the girl rang me up, she just walked away, so I stood there waiting. I eventually just reached over the counter, grabbed my receipt, and took my sandwich n left....

This Subway needs major help. Placed an online order at 10:20am for 12:00 pickup and when I arrived at 12:05 the online order hadn’t even been made. They are always short staffed and always running around frazzled. Don’t pay for extras like bacon because if you’re not there when you order it you won’t get what you paid for. They are also always out of some veggie or other. Today it was tomatoes. I stop here cause it the quickest place to grab a bite to and from work locations and it’s sad to see a great facility with amazing potential in need of so much help.

Twice I've gone in there and my card declines on the register. It's astonishing that an owner who can't even supply proper equipment to their employees ever found themselves in a position to own a franchise. I could buy that store 100 times over and I'm made to look like a fool with a card decline because of outdated hardware. Pathetic. 2 stars only because the employees are nice.

My son and I stopped there to get dinner on the way home. The lady was very polite, but our meal was more bread than actual meat and veggies. Not worth my money, what a pity that It cost so much for so little.

Sorry, but this was the worst subway I've ever had the displeasure of visiting. They ran out of tuna, when they wrapped my sandwich they got the condiments all over the wrapper it was a mess. The sandwich maker was totally disinterested in taking their time or doing anything well.

Wasn't very happy about my experience. There were a lot of flies in the store as well as lots of dirty tables for it not being busy. Jalapenos we're frozen stuck to the inside of the veggie container 🤦🏻‍♀️.My bread on my sub seemed stale, had to remove half of the bread just to be able to bite through it.

Poor service this morning June 20,2025 at 6:35 am. For starters this gentlemen was SOOOO slow, I mean sloooow. Did not know how to communicate with customers, Didn't know how to multi task. Finally after 3 customers and 35 minutes later, it's my turn, sorry im out of eggs. Like seriously, let your customers know," If anyone on line is wanting breakfast I am out of eggs" or place a sign, something. What poor customer service all around. Subway please do better,talk to this employee, you know who he is. He did not create a great atmosphere

Manager is very rude. Slowest subway ever, If you're in a rush don't stop here. One person making sandwiches for 6 people in line. Could here others in the back of shop. One girl came out thought she would help but nope just came out to make a phone order which sat there for the 20 minutes I was in line, and I was the last person inline.

Worst customer service ever!!! The lady was very rude, rushing us when there was no one in the lobby, I asked her to take a minute because she was being very rude! She said y’all are rude, my uncle said if you’re the manager you’re setting a bad example for your employees, that’s probably why you are working alone! Horrible customer service ever!!!! Hands down the worst subway. 1 type of bread, every ingredient is an inconvenience for them to add, sandwich was made extremely slowly and very very poorly. They literally piled everything in the middle of the sub them smashed the bread around it and I only had 3 items on my sandwich.

Jordyn voided my order and didn’t give a courtesy call to explain why. When my husband showed up to figure out what was going on, she proceeded to point to the menu and expected him to know what the issue was. They were out of an item that we were trying to order. She was entirely rude and unprofessional.

Online says they close at 11pm, sign says 11pm. Guess they decide to close 26min early..... Updated 6.12.24 I really wish management and/or owner would get off their pedal stool and be more involved with this location! I've been coming here for years. For the most part its "ok" service but I've encountered way too many bad experiences. I've seen employees come and go. I've seen plenty of customers leave the line because of poor service. 1 employee most the time, success reflects off of leadership and management and this place simply doesn't have it! A shame because the workers are doing their best but management simply does not care. 38 min today to get my sub. Wake up management!

If you want to get yelled at and not get acknowledged, then go to this subway. I stopped today around 3:30 PM The lady does not greet you. You wait there for a couple of minutes to see if she acknowledges you. She proceeds to keep washing dishes and being on her cell phone you addressed her that you need help, you would like to order and she response with “I already saw you I am busy” with a very rude tone of voice she keep washing dishes then on her cell phone. The baking bread Oven starts beeping. She still doesn’t come to attend and when she does Attend she’s yelling at you and telling you she already saw you that she’s busy so on so forth. After I asked for a manager or her name, she went to the back room and wouldn’t come out and I kept on asking for her name and she wouldn’t come out and she was in the back room laughing I just had to leave imagine if I would’ve ordered food what she would to it with that kind of attitude May she find peace she needs it.

First and last time I eat at this location. The lady was very rude with an "I don't care attitude ' . She clearly missed the customer service training session. This observation was made while I was in line waiting and not looking forward to my turn... She served a more than minimal amount of ham, didn't understand my directions on how to put together my sandwich. She had old vegetables and some that were fresh looking, well guess what I got... I pointed to the fresh batch, she stared at me and grabbed from the other. The forest ham was see through thin and my footlong got a whole whopping 4 slices!! I asked for some items to be placed on the side, she ignored that and corrected me on how I ordered it. Her response to me correcting her was "oh well". She was annoyed being there and with the other customers. She was also bossy to the older lady that was working with her. My suggestion is to just get food from Valero next door.

Do not go to this Subway unless you’re prepared for a smart mouthed woman to snap at you. When we arrived the oven was on with bread inside, the timer had finished and the alarms were sounding for a good 7-10 minutes. Being that we were afraid that a fire might start my 8 year old and I started looking around for someone along with two other gentlemen. A doorway to the freezer was open so we peaked in to see if there was anyone around and a woman snapped at us for caring about the alarms going off and checking to see if everyone was okay. She repeatedly kept making smart mouth/rude comments. When the other subway employee showed up behind the counter a few minutes later the older lady said “these people act like we don’t need breaks or need to use the restroom”. This all stemmed from us hearing the alarm on the bread oven going off repeatedly for 7-10 minutes, and because the oven was still on we tried to look for a subway employee to notify and to make sure there wasn’t a reason they weren’t responding to the alarm. Instead we were met with the rudeness and unprofessionalism of this woman, so we just left.

The health department needs to check this place the assistant manager Jordyn needs training on cross contamination and proper hygiene. She wears plastic gloves touches customers food and then touches her hair and glasses and car keys and continues to use same gloves! I think she is gonna get people sick with her awful practices.

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat, Little gal behind the counter doesn’t even acknowledge that I’m standing there, goes strait into making online orders. Not a simple courtesy of I’ll be right with you. Deliberately avoids looking at me or saying anything to me. I’m not a small person, pretty hard to miss standing right in front of you. 17:55pm 5-7-24

Stopped there on Dec 31st to get a 6" Tuna, the two attendants at 12:30 PM were making sandwiches reading the add -ons from a printout, (must have been a call in) . I waited and waited and neither one of them acknowledged me standing there, I finally said "excuse me, how many sandwiches are on the list", they started counting and when they got to seven or so, I just walked off. They were going to just let me stand there for 1/2 an hour and not even state "sir. it's going to be a long wait" Thats pitiful service.
