had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this Domino’s. I placed an order through their app on August 30th. The app said my pizza would be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived at the pickup window, I waited over 45 minutes. During that time, three different employees came out, asked my name, and never came back with any information. Finally, after about an hour, a fourth person came out and told me it would be another 30 minutes because they were busy — even though the app had already said my order was ready. At that point, I told him I couldn’t wait any longer and asked him to cancel the order since I couldn’t do it through the app. He said “yes, that’s fine”. But the order was never canceled. I was still charged for food I never received. Since then, I’ve called the store multiple times. The managers keep saying there’s nothing they can do and that the general manager would call me. It’s now September 17th, and no one has ever followed up. I’ve also tried calling again, but the restaurant doesn’t even answer the phone. They never gave me my food, never refunded my money, and clearly do not care about their customers. At this point, I consider it theft. I strongly recommend avoiding this location — they will take your money and give you nothing in return.

Management is horrible. Charged me but canceled order and then said oh well sorry you will have to wait for refund. Didn’t care one bit. Will be calling corporate. Managers jobs are to fix things not say oh well

Ordering from elsewhere tonight because I placed my order that was immediately canceled with instruction to call the store. I called and waited for 10 min for someone to pick up. Spoiler alert: they didn’t. Not the first time I’ve had issues with this store either. Buhbye dominos.

I was told that it would be 20 minutes to pickup. I showed then and then came back an hour later and they forgot my sandwich This is twice now I spend 1 hour to get nothing. I complained about waiting extra and things not being ready after an hour and they told me to never come back. Stay away from Dominos!!!

Ordered for delivery from them for the first time, and on a weekend. Manager calls me asking me to come get it cause they don’t have any drivers. I decline, so he will refund my money but it’s gonna take a couple days. Are you kidding me? If you don’t have a service close then. Nobody is coming to pick up late at night so u just sitting in there useless. How you have no drivers on a weekend?

I really loved Domino's... I've been a pretty avid customer/member for a couple of years, now. I wish they offered green olives, but it's decent pricing for pretty good pizza. But I tried to order dinner this week (like I've done several times) to work for myself and a couple coworkers... And not only did the order never arrive...there was no refund or attempt to redeliver. So we had to spend even more money to be fed for our 12 hour shift, elsewhere. ...they sent me coupons for my next order....? I won't be ordering again.... Sorry, but that's the worst response to "I have no food for the next 12 hours" I've ever heard of... I've never had food just not show up like that.

I keep hoping this franchise will produce a quality product. And I keep getting let down. Of course, the commercials give you false hope because the reality is, you NEVER receive what you see on TV. So, I finally decided to give up ordering and write a review. I just can't believe the lack of cheese on this pizza. Just cover the pizza, at least. Plus, the steak sub my wife ordered, was more bread than meat.

I placed an order around 5:27. My order didn't get here till 7:21. one pizza was not only incorrect but also burnt. I understand being shortstaffed to a point, but almost 2 hours? Call customers and let them know the wait will be longer than what was estimated. Or, at the very least make sure the order was correct (and not burnt) before sending it out.

I made a deal order for a delivery online and I made sure that I put everything I wanted in there. I patiently waited for it to come and I also called the store to double check and make sure that they had the order right when the order came, it only had one box of pizza and three paper plates. Nothing else that was on the receipt. I will put the receipts in the photos. I called the manager. The manager told me they cannot do anything because I also got the pizza and it was cold already but then I also had to wait extra time for him to go back to the store and then come back with everything else that I ordered outside of the pizza box was ordered way more than just pizza and they told me that they cannot do anything for me. Absolutely nothing but bring me the stuff that they missed now I have to stay up later for work. I have to wait for them to correct the error that they made . I didn’t even get an apology.

Ordered around midnight, got to pick up my order 15 minutes later and the app said the order was still being prepped. So I sat and I parked for 10 minutes. Gentleman came to the door, locked it. I drove around to the side and the woman who opened the window was really rude. How upset can you be at someone for ordering their dinner after they get off work? This is how I received my italian sub that I requested with NO green peppers. Seems as if this location is having major issues this week. More than 6 complaints in 3 days. Your management needs to do better. I won’t return back to this location.

Was told 35/45 min for delivery.. after almost 2 hours the pizza showed up ice cold and burnt .. only kept it because my kids didn’t eat dinner. Taste like it’s an old pizza from hours ago .. dry .. frozen pizza would of been better
