Gerome is the best! He was the only one working at this Subway on Phillips Ave. yesterday but still kept up with things better than three staff members they usually have!

1 of the best subways. Not much you can change in a chain store, but the people here make it special. Smiles and great personality, if you want a sandwich this is the place.

I mean, it's subway. It's exactly what you expect. Food seems fresh, staff is always polite.

My friend and I were driving from New York to Utah and just stopped at a random Subway in Ohio. The two workers there were very kind and thoughtful and it was a great break during our long trip. I had to use the WiFi which worked great. The only bummer was that they did have any turkey so it was a 9.8 experience. But if they did, it would be a 10/10 :)

Stopped to grab a quick dinner after a job I had out in Gibsonburg and had a 2 hour drive back home. The bathroom was clean and freshly mopped. Two employees were working the counter so they made quick work of the orders for the two people ahead of me. While I was waiting another customer popped in the door and this Subway has a rack near the door that is for pickup already paid orders, so she just grabbed her subs off it and went back out. It's a pretty efficient Subway. If I was pressed for time (or not in the mood to talk to anyone) I may have ordered ahead, but I was in and out super quick anyway. The footlong Italian bmt sub was great. Tomatoes weren't super soggy and the spinach was also fresh. Overall great experience and the facilities were super clean.

This is the slowest Subway I've think I've ever been to.

The last 4 or 5 times I've visited, the worker working, had the bread rack door open, the entire time. HELLO, SHUTTING IT KEEPS THE BREAD FRESH!!! From now on, if I walk in and it's hanging open, I'll turn and walk back out.

Bought a salad, opened it and smelled something rotten. The spinach is turning black. Need to work on rotating out old ingredients.

Owners where working and almost no toppings!

So on a Sunday at 7:30 pm this subway was completely out of tomatoes and green peppers. And they dont close until 9pm. Wow this is so inconvenient. So I normally get a turkey sandwich with Lettuce,tomato, green peppers, and onions. So I had to get a turkey sandwich with lettuce and onion. So unhappy. I wont be going to that location again

I brag the rotisserie chicken each time and when I get it home, the chicken is ice cold. They try saying “our toaster isn’t working”. If that’s the case, contact the customer and inform them. Never again will I waste my money at this pathetic, lazy business.

(The young dark haired girl was very friendly) he rushed us through the line, was rude and when I asked if he was giving us the the buy 2, get 1 free deal, he rudely responded "no we don't do that deal here at this store" so our total ended up being $30 for 3 footlong subs with chips and drinks. Could've went to the Portage Inn and had my favorite pizza and still would've paid LESS. The commercials for Subway advertise constantly about that deal going on. Shame on this man for being so rude to paying customers. He also squirted so much mustard and mayonnaise that it was soggy by the time I ate it.

I can smell it all throughout the store, and I am a regular, not anymore. The fact that she brings her child in and bothers anyone and everyone who is trying to enjoy their meals is beyond me. Why is that even allowed?? I found a hair in my sub, and that was the last straw. I would ignore the smell of marijuana, but as I said. Last straw. Nobody should eat there and they most definitely should be SHUT DOWN! It surprises me with how much cops do come in and out of there to eat she hasn't been caught!
