Had never been before. Was looking for a nice lunch. This was absolutely outstanding. The best hummus I have ever tasted, and the stone fired pita was unexpected and life changing. The vegetarian grape leafs we're melt in your mouth, who would of thought that. I can't wait to come back! So many delicious offerings i look forward to enjoying. Will definitely be raving about this to friend's and family.

Great, friendly staff and amazing food! Everything my family and I have ever gotten here has been delicious and made well without a significant wait time. You order at the counter and then choose your own table where they bring your food to you. It’s never horribly busy (at least when I’ve been) and they are kid-friendly. If you want authentic, come here!

The food is so delicious. Very flavorful. Medium rare lamb chops were mouthwatering. The rice is so flavorful and the fresh hummus is by far the best I’ve ever eaten and it is served with freshly made warm pita bread.

The place is clean, inviting, decor simple yet homey and calm. Seating is well spaced and comfortable. Prices are quite reasonable, good portion sizes, and the hummus is out of this world good. Note: Humus is marked gluten free yet ONLY comes with a pita (huge fresh one, date ate it). They have vegetables, but it's a separate order. Ordered the Greek salad and Falafel. All was good. Date also got the Arugula salad with goat cheese which she enjoyed. BTW: Staff is super friendly and helpful over all. Highly recommend, and would return. I'm not local.

The food was delicious. Order at the counter and food is brought to table hot and fresh. Nice big table and great for kids. We had a large group and the space was perfect. Very tasty. Would go back for sure!

This location offers multiple kinds of coffee and smoothies in addition to their regular food, which was a happy surprise! The naan and olive oil comes for free. The fruit cocktail has a mix of juice and whole fruit it in, which I thought was very unique. The grape leaves were probably the best grape leaves I've ever had! The food came out in a short amount of time too. Highly recommend!

Soooo good. We sat down with a menu, and then you order at counter there is lots of choices. My favorite was the spicy potato sambosik, the perfect spice and tons of flavor. Jibni with zaatar was really good its there take on pizza. Hummus is really good as well. We also got the chicken shawarma yea probably ordered too much food, but it was worth it.

You can depend on Burger King if you want american food, no matter what country. In this case it was most appropriate for a quick snack in an open square, table outdoors, hi-fi available, and restrooms were clean.

Service was nice and fast. Burger was yummy. Would come again for it. The shawerma was soooo bad. Tasted like mall shawerma in the worst way. Idk they or is it used the same poison pickle spice in their shawerma. Would never come here for shawerma. Came with free bread and zatar. My drink was 4$ which is crazy what is this Joe Biden. All in all it was really yummy and I would def come again. The vibes were so wow here

Reliable place but oftentimes overcrowded and it has no bathrooms (the McDonald's next to it has bathrooms). Proceed with caution

Inattentive staff, pop machine out of most flavors, no napkins, no large cup lids, no toilet paper, men's bathroom locked and not available. Pretty pitiful overall.

Food was as expected. There was leftover trash from diners on almost every table. I have been to other fast food places in Spain but never seen this much trash. Bathroom floors were also wet and smelled bad, toilet paper scattered around. I ordered food to use the bathroom but would not do it again.

The food was ok, the service was mid. The cashier just seemed so bothered with us coming in. He was slumped against the counter and gave short monotone responses. Normally I don’t really mind that kind of thing, but we just felt really unwelcome, especially with it being our first time there. Went late afternoon during the week, and it wasn’t terribly busy. We got the chicken fajita panini, chicken shawarma plate, and a side of hummus. My favorite thing was the panini bread, hot and fluffy but crispy. They did serve fresh bread with the hummus. The rest of the food was just ok.

Could be cleaner. They also gave me a spoon for my salad because that's all they had :)

Just a basic Arabic Restaurant.. when you've experienced good food from Restaurants in the Dearborn area.. it really raises the bar for Mediterranean food.. Sidon is ok.. it just doesn't have much competition in Toledo to recognize its just a basic restaurant.. it doesnt compare at all.. to Restaurants in equivalent size and style. Food was normal.. no extra effort like you would expect in a nice Mediterranean restaurant.. service is not good unfortunately.. staff aren't the friendliest.. like they just want to do their job and leave.. Atmosphere was clean.. but again basic..rating it based upon equivalent Mediterranean restaurants in near proximity like Dearborn.. probably why most people drive to Dearborn i guess when they want real good Meditetanean food and an enjoyable Atmosphere

Bathrooms were absolutely appalling. Black mold all over the ceiling and horrible smell. GO TO THE MCDONALDS NEXT DOOR

I ask for a coup of water and they say" water free only in the wc". Burguer king have shame on you. How the humans achive this point

Slowest "fast" food I ever experienced. Waited more than 20 minutes for two burgers at 5pm. I was bored so much, that I started to count times of the process: ~15s to put on a sticker, ~19s to click a button on the cash register, ~17s to put a meat in a burger... Two guys worked and the third was just waiting to grab it and put on the tray... As a fan of Burger King in Czech, I died inside while watching them...

Ok guys, be real. This is probably the worst possible Burger King I’ve been to. There were only 4 people and they were literally trampling the food. There was no one to clean the table and the upstairs had no breathable air: it smelt like oil. There was only one toilet with no soap or toilet paper. Guys, pls close down, you would do everyone a favour.

This place was FILTHY! There was trash everywhere and there was NO toiletpaper in any of the toilets. The toilets were also overflowing with trash and there was something on the walls. I went and told the employees that there wasn’t any toilet paper and NO one spoke english…Also almost all of the ordering machines were broken so the ordering was slow and there was a big line. The food was cold and the fries were soggy and unsalted. Including the long wait time of 40minutes for some fries. I’m SO dissapointed in this Burger King’s employees and service. NOT coming here again!!

We where staying at the hotel behind burger king and it really seems like they never ever clean up! So much garbage on the floor and everywhere around the tables at their terrace. its so disgusting. Just pi gs working there. A pitty that BK is allowed to be on this square. It degrades it very much

The worst Burger King i ever been to. I had a whopper and a cheeseburger and both were cold, like really cold, I'm not sure if the patty even saw the grill and I'm afraid of getting salmonella, so i just took a bite and left it. Next to it is a McDonald's, GO THERE!

Visited this Burger King to get a quick snack and use the bathroom. My wife was standing in line to use the bathroom and there was a very rude employee yelling that you had to show your ticket to stand in line. I was placing the order and did not have the ticket yet. When I had the ticket for my purchase she got back in line but there was one toilet working for men and women. When she it was her turn the bathroom was very duty and had no toilet paper. So we gave up on the bathroom. We then waited for our order to be ready, but it took so long that we had to leave because our tour bus was leaving.

WARNING, PELIGRO, DO NOT EAT HERE this place is disgusting no soap in bathrooms, urine and feces everywhere. Employees not using gloves. Disgusting diseased restaurant! BEWARE!!!!

Worst burger king ever. Trash everywhere. Toilets dirty. But most important the burgers were dry and tasted like they were reheated several times. Never had so bad food in a burger king

It took us more than 25 minutes to get our sandwiches It was a chaos Tables very extremely dirty Restrooms for men are closed Not a very good image for Burger King I went for two reasons : - I was in hurry (finally late) - I wanted a restaurant I could trust easily (it was not a trusted Burger King)

I’ve been coming here to pick up orders for years, and I’ve never had an issue until now. I was treated with unnecessary suspicion and disrespect while simply standing at the counter waiting, clearly visible, yet ignored. The employee continued wiping things down and avoided acknowledging me, as if I wasn’t even there. There was no reason to question or imply that I needed to prove anything. I am a professional just doing my job, and I earn my money the right way. Making assumptions about customers or delivery drivers instead of providing basic courtesy is unacceptable. Customer service here is extremely poor. A little respect and professionalism goes a long way, and this location is seriously lacking both. Management should address how staff interact with people, because this experience was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and unnecessary.
