⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could give 10 stars, I would! My wife and I were traveling late at night on a 12-hour drive home, and every place we stopped for food was closed. We saw Marco’s and decided to give it a try — it was 10:55 p.m., just five minutes before closing. Tori greeted us so warmly and, even though they were already wrapping up for the night, she didn’t hesitate to serve us. What an incredible act of kindness and customer service! She even waited for us to use the restroom before taking our order. I’ve never experienced hospitality like this. Tori is truly a superstar — kind-hearted, professional, and a perfect example of how great service can turn a long, tiring night into a wonderful experience. The food was amazing, too! Highly recommend this location — 100% worth it.

Only place I know that if they mess up your order they'll give you the messed up item and your actual order and thats without even asking. I was confused why my order wasn't ready but then they explained and made it right and thats just not something I'm used to anymore so I want to thank them. 10/10 customer service and food.

This Marcos has really good tasting hot pizza. The white cheezy is really delicious with garlic butter and Parmesan all over. Ask for garlic butter dip for the crust and be amazed. Would rate more than 5 stars if possible. ***Edit The all meat pizza is also fantastic. The sausage is delicious and really highlights this pie. You can tell that the people making the pizza really like creating delicious food. Thank you Marcos!!!!

This place was great (good Ole Marcos Pizza just as I remembered from my childhood) not only was the pizza better than most big chain pizzas but the pizza split in 2 coming out of the oven and they made another one! (Delivery) it was awesome! 10 out of 10 only wish they would open a shop in springfield OH

Ive been eating Marcos for over 30 years at numerous different locations all across NWO. We frequent the Swanton location fairly often, so we always know that it's gonna be good. Today was no different , the pizza we got today for dinner was possibly the BEST we've ever had from ANY location (even the cheesy bread was better than ever). Hopefully this message is relayed to the crew that was working, they obviously take pride in their work and it shows!!

Nice staff & good customer service for all, especially for vegetarian order. No dine in, but delivery & take out options work perfectly. Always keep an eye on online promotions, really fun & money saving. Online order is easier for new customers.

Our typical choice if we are getting delivery or picking up a pizza on the way home from work. The pizzas and subs are good. You aren't going to write your mother about this place, but you probably won't be disappointed either.

I always order double pepperoni. It seems like they cut back on how much they put on a pizza lately. I asked the last time that I ordered to make sure that they put double pepperoni on, but it was the same. Looks like single to me. I would rather pay more for what I want then for them to cut back. Update. Me and my wife just ordered a medium pizza a piece. I ordered a double pepperoni with mushrooms she ordered a regular pepperoni with mushrooms and onion. If it weren't for the onions we would have had a hard time knowing who's was who's. There wasn't much difference in the amount of pepperoni. Definitely not double. We had to really look to see the difference.

Did not follow directions at all!! I put do not knock and to use the back door for delivery he knocked and used the front door.. I put the option to cut my sub in half they didn't I asked for my pizza to be cut in squares it was cut regular in 8 slices.. just simple things that seem like to much work for the lazy workers

I used to really like this pizza shop. But they have gone downhill over the last few years. I believe it is a training issue. I can not get a consistently made pizza here anymore. One time, it is good, the next few times it's anything but good. I received a thin cracker crust when I did not order it. This week, my large regular crust pizza with 5 toppings was undercooked. It was so bad I couldn't eat it and threw it away. Must have been a new kid in training because the dough was way too thick. Even though the bottom was nice and brown, the middle 8-inch diameter was soggy because the dough under the cheese was not cooked. It also had too much sauce, which contributed to it being underbaked. This pizza can be good if care is taken in the preparation: roll it out nice and thin, and do not overdo the sauce and cheese. There is nothing worse than a wet saucy blanket of cheese over a half-baked crust. I think I will give this pizza shop a 6 month break and let them get their training fine-tuned before I go back.

The last pizza I ordered was probably the worst tasting one I have had from anywhere. It was over-sauced and lacked any type of flavor from the meager amount of toppings that were on it. Even the crust was soggy in certain places from the river of sauce. To sum it up, more often than not, you will probably get a bland tasting, over-priced pizza from this location. (** Not that I have had any better luck, with any of the other Marco locations). You would do better with spending your money somewhere else.

Placed an online order at 6:37. Tried to be patient because I know its a Sunday. I received an email saying my order was canceled at 7:52. Honestly done ordering here its only getting worse anyways.
