The manager doesn’t bother to welcome you in but she watches the French Fries like a hawk. She actually made her employee take off my tray 5 French Fries. The chicken was flavorless and very greasy. Popeyes prices are ridiculous. The Popeyes in Tomball don’t waste your money!! Bad service and horrible chicken biscuits cold. Regret wasting $25 for chicken!

I waited 20 minutes for only 5 chicken tenders. I didn’t even ask for a side or anything else. 20 minutes for fast food is unacceptable

I ordered a 3 piece tender combo. Come home to find it’s not that and it’s actually 2 fried thighs. Didn’t ask for that and it literally says it on the recipe what it is.

This location of Popeyes used to be good, but alas, I guess all things must come to an end. This is the third time that I have ordered at the drive thru and had the order screwed up. There will not be a fourth time. I will not go to this location again, whether drive thru or dine in. It's either missing food, ( pay for a 3 piece combo, only get two small wings and no biscuit ) or the service is so slow that by the time your order is ready, your lunch is over, etc. Also, what happened to the parmesan wings? They used to have the sauce, but now it's that dry rub garbage and they seem to always use the spicy wings even when you request the original. This location took a serious dump in quality.

I showed up before 1 am to the drive thru and the girl said they shut down for the night and have nothing left. I showed up tonight and twice before. All 3 times before 12:45- what’s the point of saying you close 1a when the employees always shut down before then. Completely inappropriate.

Would like to say this review is about food but i cant even get any during operating hours, they aren't even open at 9 like they say. 3 people inside and no one will answer the drive through or unlock the front door and its about 10 minutes past open time. Cashier sees me as they are pouring juices and tending to the counter but ignore me. They even let an employee in as i waited. Looking at previous reviews I can see management is either not managing or just absent in general. Weird to see so many employees inside and them not be ready for opening. Let alone be able to tell a customer who obviously is there to order food that they either need more time or are not ready. Either way. Very poor experience.

Absolutely Horrible Experience at Popeyes If I could give zero stars, I would. I waited 35 minutes for a simple order of tenders — and what I got looked like leftovers scraped from someone else's tray. Dry, cold, and clearly not fresh. But the worst part wasn't the food. When I politely pointed this out, the manager came out with an attitude that screamed “I don’t care.” His exact words? "There more restaurants out there. Go eat somewhere else." Then, as if that wasn’t enough disrespect, he threw some cash at me — literally threw it — like I was some beggar off the street. I’ve never been treated with such utter disdain by someone in customer service. They do it because they know they can get away with that. Save yourself the time, money, and self-respect — go anywhere else but this Popeyes.

Placed a mobile order, 3:01pm. 1 minute after I received notification my order was ready. Clearly this was false, walked into the building and stood at the front counter for 12 minutes before anyone asked me anything. Keep in mind in the only person at the front counter. Check the screen and says my order is in progress. Well 22 minutes later I received my food. 2 meals, a sandwich and tenders. Something has to improve, especially with front counter acknowledgement.

I never write reviews, but this is absolutely horrible! I live a mile from this location, and I’m a frequent customer. My daughter asks for Popeyes at least once a week. This looks unhealthy to eat. I threw the entire thing away. The lettuce was slimy, and the wraps looked like they had been sitting for 12 hours. Definitely lost me and my family as customers.

So just this morning, we did a drive thru and ordered 8pc box meal. We love popeyes chicken but today is a different story. The spicy breast is so hard, dry and burnt. We cannot eat it. The rest were dry too, but not as much as the spicy one. So I called Popeye Tomball to report it, the person who answered my call explained but was kinda disrespectful to hang up my call even when I was not done talking. Poor customer service.

I’m a doordasher and arrived at 12:26 to pickup an order. I caught the employees leaving and I was like hey what time do you guys close and they’re like 1230 and I was like it’s not even 1230 yet… and the kid leaving with the silly haircut with the shaved sided head said I don’t care it’s 1230 we closed.

ordered drive thru and when i got home my chicken and wings was really hard i couldn’t even pull it off. i called the store and no one answered. when i went to the sore they told me i couldn’t get a refund because i didn’t bring the food in even tho i had pictures.. its understandable still feel something could’ve gotten resolved i spent $18 to eat half a chicken sandwich and one wing..
