A pretty abysmal lunch experience… ordered lunch thru the app for some sick family at home, three sandwiches for almost $40. Two sandwiches were both supposed to have extra turkey, one of them was lucky to have a normal amount, if extra, the other barely had a normal amount of turkey (mind you, extra turkey is an extra $2.39). My sandwich, a toasted chicken bacon ranch, was almost exclusively bread with a hint of very dry chicken and bacon, none of the toppings I ordered with the sandwich (pictures attached). No one in the restaurant when I came in to pick up my food, so they certainly didn’t have customers beating down the door rushing them (I can’t imagine why after this experience) won’t be back ✌🏼

Do not get a sandwich here. For $8 a bag of chips and a piece of bread with one slice of meat and cheese. No thanks

If I could give zero stars, I would. This location is close to my job, and I occasionally stop in and grab lunch on Fridays. I've given them four chances recently to get it right, and sadly, they have failed each time. I suspect someone who is in charge at this location is instructing their employees to skimp on the meat and toppings to cut costs. I've ordered regular sandwiches as well as extra meat, and both were literally the same amount, and the toppings were just sad. Each time a different worker has made my food so it's a store wide issue. I've gotten sandwiches with TWO pickle slices and the saddest slivers of onions I've ever seen. I'll stick to Jersey Mike's where I don't have to worry about my order being right, and I don't have to beg for the amount of meat and toppings THAT I'M PAYING FOR. The employees are unfriendly and seem to be annoyed that they're at work. Don't waste your time or money at this location.

I ordered pick up. When I got there I realized in my rush to order I forgot to add oil and vinegar. So I asked for a cup. The girl at the register was nice and said yes. She asked the boy making the sandwiches to get it as there were customers walking in. He finished the order he was working on- no issue there. Then proceeded to start another one. The girl reminded him I was waiting and it wouldnt take long. He then went on to a rant....of how I could wait since I didn't order correctly. Blah blah blah... then said, "we tell people we are freaky fast, that doesn't mean we need to be". He finally got my oil and vinegar. When I opened my sandwich I was unpleasantly surprised to find hardly any meat, lettuce or tomato. Definitely not worth the cost.

Worst Jimmy John’s service I’ve ever had, placed an order online and my husband stops by to pick it up and they claim they have no record of the order. I have to call with an order number just to get a refund. Whoever owns this location needs to work on manager training! Wow…

Burned bread and employees that dont care I ordered delivery from here for the first time and got a Ham on sliced wheat sandwich that was not edible due to the bread being badly burned. I had to drive to the store to try and get a replacement and I was told that they could make a new one but it would be the same because the manager had burned all the sliced bread. When I asked them why they sent out a sandwich that they knew was burned they simply shrugged and said "Sorry, do you want another one or not?". They made no attempt to do anything to excuse their behavior or even make up for it. If you decide to order from here, inspect your food before you accept it, they really just dont care. Dont believe me, read the rest of the reviews for this location.

My son and I went there 01/10/23. I ordered the Big John, there was nothing big about that. The sandwich had 2 pieces of meat, 3 tomatoes and a lot of lettuce and I got cheese on it. My son ordered the Jimmy Cubano again 1 piece of each on the meat and I ordered my wife the Beach Club same with the meat but more lettuce than anything like my sandwich. That was my first and last time goin to any JJ. Next time Jersey Mikes a farther drive but worth it. UPDATE: got email from JJ saying that the meat,cheese and veggies are perfectly portioned to get the best taste for the sandwich’s. I don’t see how that’s perfectly portioned.

Of the six or seven times we've attempted to come to this Jimmy John's, I think we've only been able to get service twice. This location seems to never be open. We just drove by at seven pm, a full hour before closing, and the chairs were up, lights were off, and no employees in sight. We've also come several times on weekend nights only to see a sign on the door saying that they've closed early. We're not jerks who roll in ten minutes before the doors lock...these are totally reasonable hours to expect a business to be operating. Seems like it's time to stop trying.

The manager obviously can not read since when I ordered a delivery scheduled for 6:30pm it was delivered at 3:15pm, then after I called him instead of just picking up the first sandwich when he delivered another at the correct time he sent the delivery person right back to pick up the first sandwich. After all of that when he sent a sandwich at the correct time, he sent me the wrong sandwich. I had to go to the shop to get the correct one which made the point of getting delivery useless. When I complained to the owner all I got was an oh well, everyone makes mistakes.

I wish I could put no stars. They change their delivery area by the week it seems. I've ordered delivery SEVERAL times and they have no problem coming seeing that I'm within 5 miles. If Allison is working she WILL NOT allow them to deliver to me.... very unprofessional and no customer service.
