I love this starbucks...the staff is friendly and very accommodating. The whole team is Amazing. I love the welcoming and relaxing environment!!!
Consistent service throughout the years that we've lived in the area. Kinda hard these days but they have it and even my 5yo can tell the difference between their hot cocoa vs others. Even when I place it in a different cup. That is saying something !
Every time we go to this location, the wait is ridiculous! It’s a super fast at any of their locations as everything is custom-made, but this location is ridiculous! Of course, typical of Starbucks the staff doesn’t care.
This specific Starbucks is wild. It's slow and orders get messed up frequently. I've been waiting on drinks I ordered over 45 minutes ago. In this time I have seen it go from one person to about 20 people waiting for drinks. I think they need to work with a formula 1 pit crew to understand the order of operations that need to happen to get drinks made in a timely fashion.
Food was great. What I didn't like is that when they gave me the food, the drive-thru area, he window was super dirty, too much dust and generally dirty, and they gave me a napkin that when I brought it from inside it fell on the window and cleaned something from there, and they gave it to me and I said no and he said ok thanks and closed the window. If that was done by the person serving and that I as a customer am watchingeverything. I can't even imagine how dirty their processes are. Definitely not coming back this was 9/2/25
Been a Starbucks customer for almost 30 years, and this particular location is consistently the slowest one I've been to! I always order ahead via their app but it rarely reduces any wait time at this location. What gives??? Get it together y'all!
I order here all the time and the drinks are usually ok. Not great but okay. It's just the one closest to my job. I always buy coffee for myself and my coworkers. I ordered my drink today and got a venti and it was not filled anywhere near full. It's ridiculous for the price I'm paying and tastes like there's no espresso. I know they're going to give me the generic answer that the workers could have remade it but it was delivered to me, and it should be at least the size I'm paying for. If I wanted a grande I'd order a grande. 😒
Horrible. My matcha is always flat and the cold foam is always taste less. I will not be wasting my money at this location again
Absolutely horrific service, I am stunned!. The staff ignored me for over 25 minutes, there was 1! Order before me and NO one in the drive through, I was 45 minutes late to my appointment because they didn’t want to take time and assistance me, absolutely ridiculous and buffoonery!
Went through the drive thru with my grandma and ordered a pikes place with half&half on the side like I've done many times before. Barista tried to upcharge me 3.50 for milk. I clarified that I wanted a small bit of half&half not milk that that's normally never an issue and she responded pretensiously that "half&half is milk" and that what what I wanted was a "breve" (it was not). Luckily the manager stepped in the give me the refund because she had overcharged me but it honestly worries me that the barista doesn't know the difference between milk, half&half, and cream (also she only ever gave me milk). There could definitely be improvements in the training requirements.
Buyer beware on 12/2/25 The blonde lady at the drive through took upon herself to tip herself with the hand held reader my father and i went through the drive through around 10ish and she gave the reader to him and said there something to read she snatch it back so fast he barely had time to read anything. once returning home I check my account we was over charge extra $10.00 this starbucks stealing tips during Hoilday season
Website said they opened at 4:30, over four people waiting in line for 15 minutes. You could see people walking around inside, but no one came on the microphone finally, another employee pulled in the parking lot and told everyone in line that the store was opening 30 minutes late due to everyone being late. I feel like someone inside of what everyone else instead of having them sit there for 15 minutes.
Consistently disappointing — terrible service and watery drinks This review is based on multiple visits to this Starbucks, not just a one-time experience. I’ve given this location several chances, but this last visit finally pushed me to write a review. The drinks here are always watery and inconsistent, and the customer service is easily a 0/10. The baristas are rarely friendly or welcoming, and it feels like they don’t care about their customers at all. On this particular visit, I placed a mobile order at 7:59 AM hoping it would save me time since mornings are usually busy. When I arrived, there were only two or three cars in the drive-thru — so I expected my order to be ready. Instead, I waited until 8:15 AM to actually receive my drinks, and only after I stood up and asked about them. When I asked the barista if my order would be ready soon, she told me she was only doing drive-thru orders because she was the only one on bar. That was not true, and even if it was, the way she handled it was unacceptable. I asked, “So does that mean you’re not going to make my drink?” In a polite way which She replied, “If somebody wants to come help me, then we can get your order to you. But if not, there’s nothing I can do.” That’s not an appropriate response to a paying customer who’s been waiting for over 10 minutes. Thankfully, her manager overheard and had someone make my drinks, but the entire interaction was unprofessional and frustrating. I hate coming to this Starbucks, and the only reason I’ve gone back is because it’s the closest one to me — but after today, never again. Horrible experience from start to finish. Save yourself the trouble and go to another location.
Cafe was dirty. Baristas were inexperienced, slow, and couldn't write down the adjustments to the drinks. Couldn't make the drinks right. Out of 6 drinks, 4 were marginal, 2 had to be remade and 1 was still made wrong. People were walking out because it was so slow with several people waiting to order. Drive-tru was backed up to FM249. I wouldn't be coming back to the Tomball store.
Truly disappointing. This is the location closest to my work so I love making a quick stop for morning coffee but lately the location has gone downhill, with almost all my orders being either completely wrong or done terribly (it can’t be that hard to mess up a cold brew). not to mention the staff always has a sour look on their face and an annoyed tone, makes me want to not order here at all! Step it up starbucks!
Absolutely the worst Starbucks experience. I typically mobile order because of the logistics of this terrible location. Today was the last straw for that location. I placed a mobile order at 1028 this morning, pulled up at around 1040, was told they were still working on it which is fine. I asked for two pup cups at the drive through speaker for my two pups. There were about 5 cars ahead of me which I thought would be enough time to make two drinks (the same one with cold foam on one). I get to my turn at the window and got part of my order and the pup cups no labels on anything. I was asked if I had anything else in my order…I knew it was probably going end badly at that point…I said yes I had two drinks. I could tell there was no organization happening at that point because half of the people had no clue what was going on. I felt bad there was one person making drinks and plugging away. I could tell that he was just dealing with the fires in front of him. I got one of the drinks after about 5 minutes of waiting at the window. The manager came over to the person handing drinks out the window and I told her to apologize, hand me two gift cards, and asked me to pull to the front of their location and they would bring the drinks out. I waited and waited until 11am and then got out of my car went inside saw my drink on the counter unlabeled. I asked if this was my drink to which no one could answer me, they weren’t sure! Then one person says yes that’s his I told you that blah blah blah. Then the person that they told that to proceeded to ask me if I had parked out front….moral of the story…do not go to this Starbucks if you are wanting any type of normal experience. People are nice but clearly they need some process improvements in place. Zero communication amongst each other. Zero ownership of the issues at hand. Zero leadership. I have a ton of patience for service since I have worked in it most of my life. I get that things happen but when it’s consistently bad there’s really no excusing it. Luckily there is another location being built closer to me. I can’t wait until they open up.
One star because I cant put NONE. Just went there, ordered my food but they were out so they suggested i try something else. I agreed and paid. Waited over 10 minutes and asked where it was to be told they were out and nobody was gonna tell me. They left me standing there then wanted me to wait for a refund even longer. They can keep the $6 because they wont get anything else from me. Ridiculous to sell stuff your out of then look at me like Im the dumb one.
