This establishment is always very busy and crowded due to the amount of space the business has to operate. But having said that, they some how make it work. The people they have in place fulfilling and expediting orders are quick to get orders moving and in the hands of patrons.
Dined in today at 28315 Tomball Parkway. I ordered the #12 spicy chicken sandwich, onion rings with a side of gravy. Everthing was cooked perfectly. The spicy chicken sandwich and the onion rings were crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. Every bite was delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful. Stop in. You will love it.
I went at around ten in the morning and was pleasantly surprised that I could help myself to the lunch menu already. The cashier was friendly, informative, and despite the busy time, I received my food in a timely manner. I'm definitely coming back.
Always the best burger in Texas. But they also make great chicken fingers. Check out alternatives to the original burger next time you are in.

We go every Sat. Morning. Breakfast bowl or sausage gravy on biscuits suit me perfectly. My wife usually gets what I get the week before. So next Sat. I'll be trying the breakfast on a bun.

Stopped by tonight... had a small problem.. Whataburger over achieved to make us happy. Food was great, Hot, delivered quickly and it just tasted GREAT. People and the management were great to work with. THANK YOU so much for just being a great place to eat. Clean and Fresh.
Very attentive employees, excellent customer service
I've been many times, to this location, and have had a wonderful experience each time. The people are friendly, even when incredibly busy. Yes, things have been made wrong, things have gotten mixed up, but they have always helped us get the right thing when we have asked... Sometimes it takes a little bit, they're busy, we get it. But a little bit of patience when things go wrong, and they'll fix it as if it never happened. I appreciate the staff at this store, for their friendliness and and great attitudes!
Absolutely the best! I eat here often and the food is great. Always hot and fresh. If it's fast food this is the place to go. Service is great too. They have brought my food to me before when I dine in and they always bring a selection of condiments (including spicy tomato sauce for chips) to our table. I am a loyal customer and enjoy their food. Thanks for a pleasant experience. Highly Recommended
Great crew working the breakfast shift, (and I am sure all other shifts too but we only go for breakfast). One of the last places a person can buy quality real food on the go and for a respectable price. Update!!! Whataburger is proud that they use real meat, comparatively, quality meat their establishment can feel confident to serve to people as a good product. So much so that you can buy their sausage at HEB. The public should ‘dare’ Mc Donald’s, Burger King and other, (over priced: under nutritional standards of par), fast food places to step up and offer their whole products in groceries stores or online for purchase since getting into a grocery store is difficult.

I'm new to Magnolia. I went there to get food for my family during the move. Emily welcomed me sincerely, got my order 6 provided great customer service! I will definitely return!
This is a very pleasant location to visit. They've consistently maintained great customer service. I usually do curbside, and the staff always greets me with a smile, whether it's raining or the sun is shining. On top of that, my food is fresh and ready on time.

My wife and I stopped for breakfast. After ordering, we waited over thirty for our food. We soon discovered our order had been lost and had to wait again after they submitted a second time. Note I haven't been a customer forever and a day and this occurrence is the exception and not the rule. When an issue like this happens, it is always the employees and not the business. This one-time event will not change my high opinion of Whataburger as being the number one fast food restaurant that provides high valued quality food and great service.
OPEN 24 HOURS!!!! After 6 hours in the emergency center at the hospital, we were hungry. We had just been wishing something would be open, but this being Tomball, we figured we'd have to go home and cook. Lo and behold, as we exited onto business FM249 from the hospital a 24 hour Whataburger! Pretty good burgers! The patty was rather thin for the bun, but a very unique and tasty burger. Really good sweet tea. The boneless Buffalo wings were fresh made, steamy hot, and a good normal serving. We will be going back. Oh, all went well at the hospital, praise God.

They handled the huge lines from the promotion very well - kudos to the staff for their hard work! Despite the huge line, the burger I got had the right customizations and was juicy (even more than usual?)!
a mess was made and the front counter was told, and they didn’t do anything. but aaron saw the mess, cleaned it up after making conversation with us. really nice guy. we waited about 20 minutes for our food and previously aaron told us it should be coming out soon, and when it didn’t he got our food for us and brought it to us. really nice guy, he deserves a raise.
You have to check your order. They have a tendency to forget condiments or put things on. You did not ask for as far as the service and drive through if I could give it a 0 I would all I ordered was a sandwich and onion rings Nothing else and I sat at the window for 7 minutes while the boy made 9 large drinks. I didn't even have a drink. My bag sat at that window waiting on me the whole time then I left had to return my onion rings ice cold and pickles and mustard on my burger was to only have mayo and tomato and grilled onion.
I think I've only ever been in the drive through. In the late evening there is typically a few cars always in line. The person on the intercom is usually very plain and straight forward, probably because of being busy. But the person who hands the food out is usually a little more cheery, which is nice. Food is consistently good.
The drive through team here has not kept up their previous skill level. This location used to have a very friendly and efficient drive through team, but now they are mistake-prone and slower than they used to be. The food is always good here, it just isn't as easy to get in and out as it used to be.
We like this location much more than the one further south in front of Walmart. Our order is usually delivered accurately and quickly. Our fries were cold and hard on a couple of occasions. But still, leaps and bounds better than the other one so we will take it.
The staff was very friendly and the food definitely hit the spot. The sweet & spicy burger is one of my favorite. The tables definitely needed to be cleaned and they got it taken care of as soon as I said something. I would like to see some new burger ideals from them.

Food is hot and fresh. Service is always pretty quick. However, they should power wash their parking and drive thru area regularly for the amount of people they service. It always is kind of dirty.
Long line at night. They were pretty busy, but it was a Sat night. Food was warm but the beef patty was definitely not fresh. The beef was fairly dry and my fries were just warm and kinda soggy. I usually like Whataburger and have eaten at this location before and it was hot and fresh. Unfortunately this particular time was not one of those.
Ordered the Sweet and Spicy combo. Either the girl is new or didn't know how to take orders. Once we paid we went to second window then asked to pull forward to wait. Then another employee came to ask what we ordered because our order had not came up on the screen. She shortly came with the order but didn't bring drinks and was told to wait for the drinks. Not happy with service.
Good place to grab something if not in a hurry. Have ordered multiple times online. Still had to wail almost an additional 10-15 minutes before my food was ready.
Stood there for almost 5 minutes before I had to speak up to a manager that walked by for the 3rd time. Online order said 4-7 minutes and I know it's usually a couple inches later but 12 minutes later isn't good when you have jobs to get to at a certain time, hence why I ordered ahead.
Good place only complain is i like sitting in the booths but cant because I am a bigger person/pregnant and they dont leave a decent gap for bigger people
I just want to say that I come through this drive-through all the time and most of the time the customer service sucks but today I was greeted by a gentleman named Pedro and he was the nicest man I have ever met. He definitely deserves a raise because he is the only person that has ever smiled at me or been sweet and kind to me. I really really appreciate his service and kindness today. Pedro is the reason I will be returning 😁

I ordered 2 med fries and 2 med cokes, they took my money, brought the drinks and forgot me at that point. Others received their orders and left. Here I continued to wait 20 minutes for our fries. Waiting in my car where they told me to wait and nothing. I called them on the phone and asked what happened. They asked if I was in the car in Lane B and we'll... I am the only one out there. They brou6me the fries, cold and limp. I told them that was unacceptable. 3 minutes later, 2 large order of fries come out. I don't understand how they could possibly think that after waiting 20 minutes they should give me the order they forgot in the first place. Whataburger, you lost my business.
I used to never have issues with this location, but lately, that has not been the case. Tonight, they forgot the 4 sauces I ordered, which I noticed and they corrected. But when I got home I realized they didn’t give me the cinnamon bun and one of the patty melts was missing a burger patty! I waited for 25 minutes in a line. Tried calling but no answer. I realize you are busy but I work in a restaurant as well and it’s not hard to make sure an order is correct.
I observed an employee touching everything with the blue gloves preparing food. Picked up pancakes and pan sausage with gloves without using utensils. She placed the sausage on the metal counter and placed food in container. I was disgusted. I informed the manager Carley. I will never return to that location again.
Service was 5 stars but the food wasn't all that great! I did a quick food run for family in the hospital and was not very happy when I got back and gave the food to my family. Drinks were very flat. Fries were very soggy. The bread on both the Patty melts were soggy. The gravy to the #13 meal was straight water.
What is it with this place?? I went over the order twice and just like other times the condiments were left out. These kids either do not care about customer service or can not remember what was said just a few minutes earlier. The order was for white cheese on the burgers. When we sat down to eat there was no cheese on the burgers. Do I have to open up every order we get from your location to check your work in the future?? Sloppy. What ever the case, check your orders before leaving. If I could give you a zero rating I would have, what a waste of fuel, money and time. Thanks for the neglect Whataburger Tomball.
The manager at this location could use some pointers on people skills. The most unfriendly person in a managerial fast food role I've ever met. It doesn't hurt to smile, I promise. Also, if a customized item that other locations consistently make and have the ability, then why is it only you telling me, "that's not what we do here?" ... and simply walking away. Then you hand me my order with not even a word or a glimmer of a smile. Just be nice. It wouldn't kill ya! Won't return to this location. I'll drive down to Magnolia where they are happy to smile and accommodate.
Driver never delivered food and when called the location didn't seem to care or could help. It was implied that drivers stealing food and the location doing nothing to fix it is ok.
Need to get their stuff together. Ordered and paid for a #2 and received a #1. Only 1 ketchup packet for the 2 orders we ordered. You think they would give 1 per order but I guess not. Also the wait is ridiculous, it shouldn't take 20 to 30 minutes to go through a drive-thru.
I don’t understand what happened to this place. It used to be quick and easy now two days in a row. It takes them 10 minutes at the very least in the drive-through to even see you. Takes way too long this early in the morning being 5 AM.
Sunday I drove through the drive thru and placed my order...I ordered a #1 a #2 and a #13. As I drove toward home, I grabbed a french fry. The fries were ice cold and taste like they were made some time during the week. The chicken tenders were ice cold as were the burgers. I hope this store doesn't end up like Burger King in Tomball...Lots of people stopped going to them for the same reason.
The guy at the window was mute. The food was nasty. The whole thing was just bad.
Ordered two meals. Sat in the line fir 17 min. I thought maybe because they were waiting on fries. Wrong!! The fries were warm at best. The burgers were soggy. This is by far the worst visit ever to any Whataburger. Wont be going back any time soon. Dairy Queen will be my go to fast food burger joint from now on.
No STARS for WHATABURGER and after today it's time to go to another burger joint. This is a time of disaster. I haven't had power since the hurricane crossed Tomball Houston. My family needs a cool place to eat but Not at this restaurant. So does that mean they have employees working inside without power or do they want to keep loyal customers away from their lobbies? My family suffered road rage trying to get out of their parking lot after we were turning away from eating inside. NO more WHATABURGER FOR ME OR MY ANYONE ELSE THAT I KNOW. AN INSPECTION OF THIS RESTAURANT sounds like a great idea.
This locations service and quality have gone extremely downhill. Whether I dine in, drive thru, or order online for delivery, something is ALWAYS wrong with my order! Items are missing, and food is so sloppy that I have to clean it up and remake it. Managers, please get this fixed!!!
Place an order on the app overnight. Restaurant had about 5 employees, maybe 4 lobby orders, maybe 4 drive through orders. My online order was forgotten about, said there would be another 20 minute wait, I'm sure it would be closer to 30. Employees looked clueless and moved very slow and unmotivated, I mean really slow, like they were on drugs, they were trying to grab chicken strips with tongs and were having a very difficult time picking up one, like using multiple quarters to pick up a prize with a claw machine that kept slipping out the claw. They were that inept. I blame the management for hiring such a terrible overnight staff, every single one of them looked useless, they said they were not good at their jobs because they had only been there three months... three months... how long do you need to get good at running a fast food joint, it's three months, not three weeks. And to cancel an app order, they told me I had to call customer service... it's fast food, for Christ's sake, not computer problem. If you can't cancel an app order normally you shouldn't have an app at all. I swear, once Chicago bought out Whataburger, the restaurant chain went to hell.
I had noticed after I pulled out of the drive through that I was missing some of my change, the line was very long so instead of waiting I called them to talk about it, they had told me that I did get my change when I know in fact I did not because I searched the bag of food in case it was thrown in there and I was looking at what they gave me in my hand. I got ripped off by not getting back my full amount of change and my food wasn’t even fresh, it was cold like it had been sitting there the entire time I was waiting for it. Took way to long and wasn’t even worth it
Cannot get orders correct. 2 #1's no mayo cheese on one. 3 medium fries. Not complicated. Order received and noticed once home. 1. #1 mayo,bacon 2. #1 mayo cheese and meat nothing else Only 2 med fries. How hard is my original order to get right? This is more than once my order was basically tossed out the window and completely wrong. Do not leave drive thru no matter what they say or how pissed people are behind you ALWAYS check your order. Fast food is not rocket science - get the orders correct. 😡😡😡🤬
In order a burger but instead of telling the customers yall do not have buns you just through it on toast. It took me driving home than coming back just to get told they don’t have buns. Which is fine but I told the manger no one told any of the customers that order burgers that. So she just than informed her team about the burgers. Than walked away from. I am just saying it would have been nice to know it would have been toast and not a bun.
I went through drive Saturday early morning the girl took my order was very rude and sarcastic so early for this all I ordered was a coffee and breakfast taco I don't know why she is put in customer service line if she is so rude and disrespectful. She is a big tall white female.
I don't understand why whataburger has their lobby closed in this time of need. Was trying to get a hot breakfast trying to relax in a cool environment since power has been out for several days. Is this how our community comes together? I was gonna pay for my food I wasn't gonna just sit there and just cool off. Shame on you whataburger as loyal as customers are to you. You should return the favor. Your drive through is ridiculous as well. You could help eliminate the back up by giving customers different choice of dining with you..FYI post something on your door that dining in is not an option.
dont have a option for ketchup if your not going to even give it to me. im honestly tired of this whataburger. constantly getting my order wrong, refusing to give any ketchup. i work in the food industry and i know it is not that hard to give ketchup to someone.
I came in for lunch last week. There was a man paying for his food in front of me. The woman taking his money put it in the register, turned and walked away to my left of the serving area where she was talking to a few other workers. After about five minutes, she turned, saw me, and asked what I was waiting for. I told her I wanted to order and pay for my food. Not bothering to walk back to the ordering area or sending someone else, she asked what I want. At this point, I asked her, “Are you ready to take my order and money now?” She stood there looking at me until I said, “never mind,” and left. I do not go there often, but I have always found the service to be good previously. Looks like it may be going downhill. I won’t hurry back.
I have had the WORST experience. The manager was rude and made comments under her breath. I then placed a 2nd order and told them that it was for a homeless mad and she looked me up weird. EXCUSE YOU! I will not be eating at this location again. UPDATE: Talking about me and staring at me while reading my review won't change it. RIDICULOUS!!
Did a mobile order, ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with no bun, ended up getting a burger with no bacon and with a bun. Fries were also cold.
Our family tried to get a fast food meal on the way home from the rodeo last night and was a nightmare! After finally making it half way thru the drive-through to actually place our order we realized we were still six cars back even after 40 minutes! Of course we left! Unreal! Honestly, this is not the first time with Whataburger in general won’t be back ever-:(
This is the worst whataburger I’ve ever been to in Texas. Out of the six times I have visited this location, they have gotten my order right once. There is always something missing. There really needs to be a manager checking orders before going out the drive-through window because the kids that work there obviously do not care. I have also tried ordering inside and my fries were missed. Like come on, I only ordered a medium drink and medium fries. Very frustrating
Every time I go to this location, my food is not what I expect from whataburger . Tonight, the window worker had such an attitude I didn't feel comfortable asking for fresh fries. I chose to go hone and air fry them. As I began to unpack my other items, I discovered other things that i requested had not been included . This location just continues to spiral downwards
Placed my order at 5:19p and received like warm food at 5:30p. Manager replaced French fries and brought out the same burger at 5:37p. Told me the burger is fresh and hot because it hadn’t sat there for 15 minutes yet. WTH? Whataburger is supposed to make fresh and hot burgers for every order. But, the manager assured me she LOVES her job, and she understands why I was emotional. I wasn’t emotional; I was pissed.
Did an Uber eats order, a kids chicken strip meal and a shake. They forgot the freaking chicken!!! So upset!!! Of course they will refund but dang I was hungry. I wanted the food. I still had to pay for delivery and tip.
This is more of a complaint against whataburger as a whole. Fix your soda ratios. Every soda is basically just carbonated water with a hint of flavor. I ask the staff, "This tastes bad, is the syrup running low?" It never is. "This tastes bad, can I try another soda instead?" Same problem. This is such a widespread problem currently I thought maybe I was losing my taste buds but then I ate at Trill Burgers and their soda is delicious, they clearly don't restrict their syrup injectors. Shame on you Whataburger, you know your soda is already a profit leader and you choose to pinch pennies there to such an egregious degree. Shame.
I came in this morning and witnessed a customer and a manager together tell an old man outside that he had to move. He was doing nothing wrong but drinking his warm cup of coffee he had from this place. But on a morning that we should be giving and loving I have seen the horrible people that are in this world. Will never give my money to a place that treats others this way.
Standing in line, one register open. An employee cuts the line and another employee opens the second register just to take the employees order, then that register is closed back down. Really? What about paying customers?
